The most complete platform and very helpful

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me organize my work, put together projects and keep track of each project individually, in an easy, fast and effective way. In a few words, it makes my work life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can get a bit heavy with multiple projects.

I would like it to be a little less heavy to load, but I solve it by putting together a repository of my activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improvement of the work in my team, communication on the platform is very easy, organization of my projects, and being able to carry them out on time, without missing a single detail

What do you like best about the product?
Remote access to files. The search engine is amazing. Ease of use. You can upload almost everything. You can allow remote access to others. Overall the best software I have ever had for organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The different levels of payment and features. Basic to Pro. My friend has the pro and it is amazing. But my business is still too small to get the Pro. The Basic does what I need but it would be nice to have the Pro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of information is the key to his software. The fact that you can click on the search bar and find what you want makes this software incredible. From information to pictures to documents. It organizes it all.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is incredibly pleasant and easy to use, intuitive and yet very powerful. I can manage almost any aspect of my business really limited only by my imagination.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike. There are some aspects which are still developing but literally every week there are improvements and Monday are very responsive to feedback as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday for everything in my business. Project management is a crucial function. We have also developed a framework in Monday.com around ISO compliance for clients which has become very popular.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been the best addition to our daily operations. We have been using it for several months now, and our Team has been able to stay up on task, stay organized, and communicate more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I do not like about this platform. I like that the system is consistently being updated and new features added with things I didn't even know we needed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped us become more organized as a Team. We used to manage everything in our emails, which was a nightmare. Having a place to centralize all of our client information and documents has been a major improvement,

Great Tool for Project Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
It has been a wonderful tool to use for our team projects. I like the color codes so I can gain a quick visual update of where each staff member is with their portion of the project. Whenever there are issues, it is quickly handled or help is provided. messages can be sent to team members and everyone gets the update.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I have not had any dislikes with the system. The system works well for our project needs. Keep up the good work and make updates periodically as customers needs change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has eliminated the need for meetings for everyone to update the project participants. That was how we started on this project and it was time consuming and tedious.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com makes tracking projects amongst several team members so easy! I also appreciate that anytime there is something I have questions about, I can easily find answers to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't figure out how to assign one client more than one email address in order to track all emails that come from the one client (but different email addresses)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really, Monday.com is keeping our whole business organized, and allowing us to provide access to only certain pieces for different team members and outside contractors that help us with our business, but do not need to see all of the details. Also appreciate that it works with Square.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to delineate and track the progress of projects across remotely located teams. This works great for us as well are all in different offices/cities. It is also very customizable. You choose the fields that you want to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is a bit of a learning curve for being able to utilize the software. Once you take the time to move around inside the system, it becomes pretty obvious how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having difficulty tracking, setting, and executing our marketing plan. We also use this for office-level projections so that we can stay on track with changes that need to happen for the offices that are all in different cities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization capabilities I have in Monday, as I can work with multiple projects and workspaces, filter them by phase, see activities in progress or paused.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are no negative aspects but I would like the mobile application to be more native, and to have more emojis or gif. Otherwise it has helped me a lot in my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I can be more organized in my work thanks to Monday, I improved my workflow so I am more productive and I have more free time with my family. Our team's performance has increased by 30-40%.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibilty of being able to create workflows that help me manage projects from start to finish and keep me on tract to serve my clients to the best of my ability. I like the was it is easy to create reporting dashboards that tract the business stats I need to measure my success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the automations had better editing and organization tools. As automations are added it is hard to tract what the steps of each automation are and it is difficult and not intuitive to add additional steps. Expanding the data present under each automation and perhaps adding a folder structure to sort actions into similar groupings would help make them more useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run a real estate business with varying types of transactions and both individual and corporate clients. Monday.com allows be tocreate workflows for each type of client and each type of transaction.

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the options for the different formats and tools. I also like how intuitive and easy to use. We have a lot of tech unsavy folks who understand how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that I have much to dislike about the program. I can always wish that it was free, but seriously it is very affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We went from being in one office to being all over the place with COVID. Monday.com has come to the rescue with allowing teams to communicate across various locations. We are able to manage workload better and actually do more with less by using Monday.com.
