Very intuitive, simple, and nice to use project software

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Monday.com because of the intuitive interface, great features, simple to use approach, and quick support when needed. I strongly recommend to give it a try if you are searching for some great solution for a mid-size company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would suggest to add a following feature - add a person to a particular tast without seeing the whole board. For ex., we need an HTML developer for some tasks on the board, but not to see all board for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved our desire for transparency in the company in terms of the projects and its' progress. Now we are all on the same page, so we see the general results of the company as well, and can quickly see if something is similar in terms of tasks.

Userfriendly and great for planning

What do you like best about the product?
Its very useful to get insight in your own and other peoples planning. A great way to communicate and see eachothers progress
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing! super happy. i honestly dont have any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy to have insight in the company's and collegues planning.
Shows progress on all tasks.

Great Innovative Product

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows the creation of interactive boards that can be utilised for any type of work/industry. Automation features on Monday.com make life easier - overall the CRM is user-friendly and highly recommended
What do you dislike about the product?
Users not having the technical knowledge might find it difficult to set up the boards, or find it time-consuming to read through articles. Definitely support team should be able to help out the user. Also, I find monday.com a bit expensive as a mid-sized business can easily run out of automation and they are required to purchase extras.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us to manage the job effectively so we never miss a deadline, we do miss sending items straight to the board with the unique email address - now we cant have that. It was a cool feature

What do you like best about the product?
We tried Asana and then Trello, both worked for a time. But as the team and client roster grew, we knew we needed something more robust. Monday.com is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to be able to share just particular sections of boards (not the whole board) between Monday.com accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't miss a beat when it comes to managing tasks for each client, and we do have a fair bit on the go: for each client we're covering SEO, blogs, email and paid.

What do you like best about the product?
organising all my stuff
its really cool, very colourful and can automate workflows
team communication is really sick
haven't used any competitors, but its better than pen and paper
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday offers so much flexibility but can be a little complicated to get your head around, perhaps suggestions on pre made popular workflows that other people doing my job use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organisation is the biggest one

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it helps me to have better organization in my activities and to be able to track the progress I make, as well as organize my work team.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the activities are easy to edit, so any team member can modify the delivery dates, parameters, or even add or delete activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of the company's activities allows us to keep track of the progress and modifications that arise as a project develops.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday.com has been a game changer for my team, during lockdowns it was invaluable in being able to communicate and track the progress of jobs and projects. Its very intuitive and easy to use, the automations ensure a seemless experience and have been quick and easy to set up. Everything is straightforward and visually ordered. Being able to easily add, delete, move and track with statuses, reminders and times is fantastic. Using the integrations and different board views for data insights has been extremely helpful for the company as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent found any issues or bugs when using over the past year, I have nothing negative to report or dislike about the website. It works and performs exactly as we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved keeping track of our workload across the team, we can easily WFH and see what needs to be done in the day in order of priority. At a glance I can see my entire workload on one page without having to navigate multiple websites or click into different areas, its streamlined our processes.

Indisposable tool for multi-project tracking

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to transition from timeline to Gantt chart has been indisposable. We can create extremely detailed itemized to-do list and transition them into Gantt charts that our clients love to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can take a long time to set up extremely detailed lists appropriately. Stacking items that with simultaneously completion windows that are dependent on different upstream tasks can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As business owners, our clients expect to see project delivery timelines in the form of Gantt charts. As scientists, our company's staff is not overly familiar with the creation of Gantt charts. Monday allows us to take our internal to-do lists and create the kind of feedback that our clients expect to see, and does so easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how attractive the interface looks. I feel happy every time I have to see my projects on Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see a more friendly user experience when it comes to Editorial Calendars. With this I mean, the calendar view is a bit complicated to edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me solve my daily operations. For my marketing agency, Monday is the dashboard we use to know "what's next". As a director, this helps me save management time.
