Monday Board is easy to use and helped you to organize things beautifully
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can help me to organize my stuff in work and be able to access it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't see any downside while using Monday Board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see how many hours did I work on a specific project, and I can put a tag on it to organize it more. It's like doing a bookmark in a book but virtually.
Amazing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
As a business manager, I was responsible for finding the best tool to organize the work process of our employees and also the management of the company. Monday provides us with almost all we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday could be a little more flexible with some features, like the management of file download permissions, and provide scheduling features "in-house", without the need to acquire other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us to organize our work process and the business management. We've found many optimizations in our time and noticed a considerable amount of time saved
Automations are the best
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a very versatile software. It is a spreadsheet that looks good and does things for you automatically if you take the time to set up the automation. It is fun to build boards and perform large numbers of simple tasks while keeping better track of the complex tasks. This software is as simple or as complicated as you want to make it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have two qualms with the software. First, when you create automations for people, there is no way to transfer singular automations to a new user. This can make the creation of automations more challenging depending on the desired outcome. You can transfer ownership of all user Automations, but that isn't helpful if you only want to build one for a coworker who doesn't understand or have time to develop their own.
Second, Workdocs (their word editor) is super slow. Our company tried to use them, but they would always freeze up, and it would take a while to enter even a few sentences. We moved back to google docs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us manage projects, tasks, form submissions, and a lot more across all departments in our company. It has excellent reporting features that help me analyze spending. There is so much that it does for us.
Easy to use for every team
What do you like best about the product?
Hopefully my title says it all or says most of it - each of our teams at our organization enjoy using Monday. It's been easy for managers and teammates alike to utilize, across multiple team types (marketing, customer support, engineering, hr)
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of much that I dislike. I had a concern about timestamping or finding deleted items, and I reached out to their customer support team about it and they helped me find what I needed right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping our team track projects without the complexity of Jira and without the disorganization of slack. It's very easy to use and customize boards and projects.
Intuitive & Flexible System
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a very intuitive tool that was quick to learn and get up and running. It has great templates to get you started, and the support videos are extremely helpful for learning about setting up your board. There are so many different types of columns that we had lots of options for how to build out our boards and processes. The automations are very flexible and allow us to automate workflows, leading to less manual work downstream.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com has system glitches infrequently, but at a higher rate than I would prefer, but the support team is very responsive and they are ususally resolved within an hour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday.com to manage Creative Services, including all our marketing projects, from intake through production to post-production. It has allowed us to be very nimble and flexible with our process, and we can manage hundreds of projects at a time.
Monday.....More than I expected
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has a lot of integration and automation options. While automation had a learning curve, it was not sharp and was easy to overcome. The depth of automation and uses for the tool was impressive. To be able to use the tool for everything from budgeting to management of identified business risks makes this a useful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
While automation options are numerous, it does lack some automation on the forms, which would have been helpful (adding individual values, so the customer does not have to add the numbers in the form)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisting with managing budgetary items, work tasks for employees, sharing forms for the organization to fill out for various operational requirements and managing forms used for risk management.
A playground to be creative, organized, and efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
There are quite a few things that I enjoy about Monday.com. First, the opportunity to track production is vital to our efficiency. Second, the ability to have dialogue with the team within each line item prevents having to dig through hundreds of emails/threads to find the answer. Everything is right there at the click of a button. Thirdly, I appreciate repetitive emails that can be automated based on a timeframe, column status, or a combo of both. Lastly, the ability to link boards and share information without having to retype, reupload, reorganize etc, is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
I preface my "dislikes," recognizing that the options of what can be automated continue to grow, and I know the team at Monday.com is working hard to hear from us, the users, what we would like to see next. For me, the biggest downside is the limitations in automations (what can/cannot be automated). Whether it's sending out a link column as a hyperlink (instead of as the giant url website links can be), changing statuses based on mirror/linked columns, or organizing columns not just by date but by time within those dates as well, these are a few things I hope I'll see resolved in the coming months/years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't know exactly what problems they are solving. However, I do know that any time I have had a question concern, or just felt road-blocked in how to make my workflow more efficient, the team at Monday.com has been amazing at responding within a super timely manner, and also gone above and beyond every time to support me!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Monday is that it keeps everything organized. I love having a list that I can use to help me know what I need to do each day. It's been highly beneficial in the workplace and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes feel overwhelming when you have so many boards, and finding what you need to use can be challenging. In addition, sometimes, notifications get a little bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been able to help the company that I work for to organize communication and better delegate the things that need to get done. I feel more productive, and as a company, we thrive much more!
User Friendly App
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to use. The outlets help with organization, and the updates help you communicate with your work team. It also collaborates with outlook email well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any dislikes for this application in the year I have been using it. I will update you if anything comes up.

Monday helps with communication between teammates. You can live email updates and tag any teammate or colleague at the click of a button.
How Did I Ever Manage Without Monday?!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation functionality when working with multiple team members across various accounts. It makes the process more seamless based on our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It freezes from time to time or moves a little slow when it's late at night but other than that, so far, so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving for juggling over 20+ clients and 10 team members in one place. The automation helps me to see exactly where a project is, have a clear view of team member capacity and deadlines.
