The Exceptionally Helpful Instrument Made
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is adjustable to meet your requirements. This implies you can construct your work processes in any capacity that works for you and your group. This is one of the fundamental motivations behind why countless groups across businesses and seas have embraced this stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to follow time and costs. A few clients find it trying to follow time against each errand and the expense for every connected undertaking for a specific client. Likewise, it doesn't have a Gantt diagram or intends to have one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For following client work. Showcasing groups can follow projects for their clients. From their load up, the undertaking administrator makes the errands, allocates them, and characterizes the period. Colleagues work on the various chores allotted to everyone, like composing the materials, shooting the recordings, and fostering advancement, and that's just the beginning.
Organization at It's BEST!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com keeps me organized for many of my workflows. I am a visual person, so the color coding for each topic is very helpful. MDC also helps me create sub-tasks for each task that I must execute. It's also good to create Gantt Charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more ways to create specific columns for additional phone numbers and be able to create columns for specific information. Overall I appreciate how Monday.com keeps me and my colleagues organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com keeps me organized and helps me remember each task in a process. There are many tasks for many of my workflows, so using Monday.com as a checklist is very helpful for me.
This keeps us on track, organized, and meeting deadlines.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization of the boards, the plethora of options to set them up, automations for board movement/assignments, and email integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could set email integrations for sub items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps keep us organized so things aren't following through the cracks. It also helps in workload management and assigning tasks. We never miss deadlines anymore!
A must have tool for all business
What do you like best about the product?
I like it when you're able to keep track of the tasks that you need to accomplish. It also gives you a clear vision of your goals from both an individual and a team perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. This tool has become part of our day-to-day routine and is very helpful for the group. Maybe it could improve designs, like creating our own team designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps the team to keep track of our goal and a very clear presentation. It also helps us to communicate to other team members what has been completed in a timely manner.
Efficient Team Communication in Remote Settings
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday! It's so helpful to be able to completely organize my brain into a way that makes sense to me, and to be able to have my team members visualize my thought processes as well as where exactly a project stands. The templates are awesome, but totally modifiable to fit your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike much about Monday, other than I wish there was the ability to add more than 5 boards to a calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping our team of 3 (plus outside vendors) stay on top of projects as we all work remotely. It eliminates the need for constant emails back and forth asking about project status' or next steps.
Highly Customizable, Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is extremely beneficial because of how customizable it is. It is easy to extract data from for Dashboards/analytics and such. Client facing "boards" are also an option if needed. What I find to be most useful is the internal communications that can be had within the updates. All paperwork can be stored in the info box and is accessible to everyone. The automations are frequently used on a daily basis for us. It alerts employees/groups when something is needed on their part, or is complete. There is a feature that allows you to see the progress of a job and the stages it's in. It is difficult to find a project management tool that entails as much internal communication as Monday does. Their support team is also extremely helpful in finding customizable solutions for you. If Monday doesn't have a current solution for your teams objective, they will recommend third party integrations that can achieve your request.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor downside of Monday is sometimes it lags and is slow to load. However, this is a rare occurrence and doesn't last for a full day. Something else I have noticed is that some PDF's that have been uploaded to Monday in the past indicate it has been corrupted and unable to open. Overall, they are the only inconveniences that come to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is assisting us with keeping internal communications in one place, rather than in separate email threads or pings. Monday's updates allow you to bcc links in email responses so you can keep track of certain requests/communications for certain jobs and clients. We have customized one of Monday's boards to keep track of all PO's we send out under each job, order confirmations, tracking #'s, invoices, and product ETAs. Having this info at a glance allows the PM to schedule project timelines based off this information.
Monday solves all my time management problems
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is extremely intuitive. The learning curve is fast and easy to implement within our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little trouble having one Monday board influence or change a task in another on board. If we have a management board that is dependent on functions completed in an individual board, it's tedious to have to make the change manually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is currently giving us the visibility needed to stay on top of all our projects. It also promotes team collaboration which helps complete tasks in a quick and timely fashion.
Very practical and intuitive platform to use in a daily basis
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to personalize everything according to my necessities and to be able to share in a fast way my work/boards with the team
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the bugs that can happen in the platform. For example: when I upload an image, the same one is dupped during the upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping my work to be even faster than it was without it, making way for me to work more days and also give higher attention to other concerns.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any real downsides. I haven't fully explored all functionality, e.g., making use of the API, other smart automation, but it's a lot easier for project management than Google/Microsoft alternatives.

Tells me what I need to work on or think about for the upcoming week (provided I have put in the information beforehand!). So, helps with work prioritisation and focus.
Essential for any Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
Its reliability and access are top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tech support is a bit tedious as you have to do much of the heavy lifting on the backend for their team to fix your problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Purchasing, Order Tracking, and Project Management issues have been resolved through Monday's built-in automation and platforms.
