Great for staying organized and accountable
What do you like best about the product?
I truly love this platform. It helps me and my team stay organized and our work to be visible to one another. I especially love the customizable elements, the automations, and the color coding. It is the first platform to help me stay organized and on top of my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found the mirroring feature to be intuitive or easy to use, however, I reached out to support, and they immediately wrote back, so I have a meeting set up with them to get a tutorial on what my teammate and I are looking to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized, remembering what is due when, ensuring that my team and my leadership, have his ability into my work, and collaborating with people from other teams and departments

What do you like best about the product?
I like the different types of templates you can choose from, according to the campaign you'll be working on. It's easy to notify other team members and include them on a project.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a shame you can't add the same shared board to everyone's own list as well. For example: we organise a conference yearly. Every team member works on this project, so you can find this project in the general overview. But we also have our own list of projects. To have a complete overview per person of all campaigns (see what everyone's working on), it would be great if you can also add that one 'conference board' to your list. (Not a new one with the same name)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A to do list is created automatically if you fill in deadlines. You can see clearly how a project is progressing. We have a great Social media calendar to depend on now. We can check if workload is divided evenly for every team member, or who will be very busy in which months. We are now easily tracking the performance of our social media posts.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday enabled us to effectively track our client work, distribute tasks to team members, add hour estimates, track team members time per assignment, and get a complete overview of the general workload distribution across our entire team, so I can know exactly who is scheduled to work on which tasks on any given week, and to know if they're overloaded or underutilized.
One of the most powerful features is with integrations. It is very easy to connect our outside platforms, even our support@ email address to auto-create tasks and have our version of a ticketing system in Monday, and Slack notifications to the right channels and right people is a game changer.
UI/UX is top notch, automations smooth things out, and never felt limited in our work.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although they have a number of helpful templates to start with, the real value comes out of more powerful features and columns, and that takes time to learn and get up to speed with. That being said, it's definitely waaaay less of a learning curve than other systems out there.
I also didn't find a quick / good way to easily produce professional invoices directly from Monday, but it's more of a lack of effort than a lack in the platform

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't have time or patience to setup project tracking in a long-winded way. Having a friendly, refreshing UI/UX, and ease of automation/integration setup enabled me to track client projects very quickly, and then had time to iterate on my board and column setup as time went on.

You cannot open and work simultaneously on two different boards. E.g. if you want to compare the info and open another board in a separate tab, the first tab will also display the latest opened board.

Time-efficient Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a time-efficient platform, allowing the user to produce desired results on their current project(s). Utilizing its features greatly enhances team effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I am not facing any issues with Monday.com. I was not left with issues that could not be fixed. If there are any technical/bug issues, there are usually quick resolutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There were issues with the Activity Logs and Updates Section, and they were quickly addressed and updated. I am more productive when I need to pause, and then return to perform an ongoing task. It's helpful to review the progression of a current assignment, while seeing the progress of the entire team.
I use Monday.com and I love it !

I'm able to manage somes workflow and connect it to our local project easly with the monday API.
The api documentation is unambiguous, and a good community for help.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage more than one IT project and my colleagues are always aware of the task I am working on, this avoids duplication of work and leads to good communication

Loads of tasks can become clutter without the proper management and if it is disorganized. That's where monday.com comes in
Great way to organize IT sheets!
What do you like best about the product?
We have clients that all have individual needs and different networking for each. Monday let's us organize Sheets in a way that makes it easy to access the information needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app on my iOS device refuses to open the Google Sheets page, but it's strange that it never affects the desktop version. Usually, just have to restart the phone, and it's good to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps organize files and customize the display the way you like. It's an integral part of the IT process, and without it I would probably be unable to ever help a client!

What do you like best about the product?
As a business manager, I was responsible for finding the best tool to organize the work process of our employees and also the management of the company. Monday provides us with almost all we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday could be a little more flexible with some features, like the management of file download permissions, and provide scheduling features "in-house", without the need to acquire other tools.

Monday helps us to organize our work process and the business management. We've found many optimizations in our time and noticed a considerable amount of time saved
Automations are the best
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a very versatile software. It is a spreadsheet that looks good and does things for you automatically if you take the time to set up the automation. It is fun to build boards and perform large numbers of simple tasks while keeping better track of the complex tasks. This software is as simple or as complicated as you want to make it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have two qualms with the software. First, when you create automations for people, there is no way to transfer singular automations to a new user. This can make the creation of automations more challenging depending on the desired outcome. You can transfer ownership of all user Automations, but that isn't helpful if you only want to build one for a coworker who doesn't understand or have time to develop their own.
Second, Workdocs (their word editor) is super slow. Our company tried to use them, but they would always freeze up, and it would take a while to enter even a few sentences. We moved back to google docs.

Monday is helping us manage projects, tasks, form submissions, and a lot more across all departments in our company. It has excellent reporting features that help me analyze spending. There is so much that it does for us.
