Simplicity is the art of maximising efficiency, Monday.com has it in spades!
What do you like best about the product?
Whether organising a backlog, a team, or a project Monday.com offers a human experience with an uncanny ability to provide organisation, tangibility, intuitiveness and familiarity. A truly useful tool for a common problem. With its myriad of integrations, it has proved time and again to be able to help small to large teams simplify and improve their processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it's because I've used the tool so much, but I would love to see a little easier means of using numbers within the columns, for example being able to make simple spreadsheet-type calculations to affect status updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves for both item organisation and prioritisation issues within our organisation, whilst providing for communication and focus across teams and departments, which increases transparency and aids flow.
Monday helps me and my time stay organized and on time
What do you like best about the product?
I think the variety of customization on Monday allows us to build out a workflow that works for us. We have tried other products in the past that were similar and they were not nearly as simple and intuitive as Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we haven't found anything as an organization that we don't like. My finance team may say otherwise on the cost but the team that uses it finds in invaluable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of a lot of projects and keeping up with deadlines and coworker progress are the things we love most about Monday. It sure beats the old systems we were trying to use to organize our project timelines.
The best working experience in every area
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, and you can complement all your work processes in one place. There is better communication between peers and management is better informed about all the tasks that workers are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic needs are not there yet. There could be an upgrade on the automation when you are using a formula and there could be a better integration with gmail and outlook that can help you attach documents from a table in an automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com has been very helpful to communicate critical steps to all people involved in our value chain process. There have been times that monday.com help us to take business decisions through dashboards.
The perfect organizational tool to help me and my colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
This site is perfect for assigning people jobs with deadlines and organizing items by how urgent a job is. It's the best tool that I've found for staying organized. I also love how there's an app that can be used so that I can check team progress while away from my computer and on the road. I received immediate updates from the app when someone would complete a project or ask a question about an assigned project.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that I found. I use this site every day to keep me in the loop on how projects are coming along within our work team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're solving my organizational issue. With a small team of 3 people working for me, I need to be able to assign projects with the flexibility of not being in the office if need be. Monday.com lets me go into detail about what projects I need completed, who I need to do them, and even has a section to assign deadlines and attach documents for the projects. I'm very satisfied with how Monday.com has helped organize our office.
Easy to use and intuitive project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been a fantastic project management tool for my graphic design team. The interface is well designed, easy to use and customizable. It also integrates well with existing CRM, phone service and proofing software. The entire team has been more productive and focused since switching to Monday
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features I like required additional payment which I was not initially aware of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management especially between multiple teams was the biggest problem. Monday helped with having easy to to read views making project so much easier to pan.
It helps me keep all my work organized, as well as it lets my boss review it quickly
What do you like best about the product?
the ease with you can separate your work by months or even weeks to be aware of the time you have left as well as the capability to have all the docs assigned to an specific accoun together in a sole cell
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still some bugs when you review the PDFs online, sometimes the HUD gets a glitch that does not go away until you reload the page for that specific item andd even if you go into that item agin it may happen again so that slows down work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The comunication and organization with my boss, she is carefully reviewing everything in order to not do a check with me directly and waste both of our times, also accounting access payment info easily
The best platform for creative project management solutions!
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility is great and the pace at which new features are added is amazing. The number of column types is great. It helps keep clean data. Easy to export to excel if needed. Unlimited guests is a huge bonus for the nature of our work. Been using for 4+ years.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the new "products" are extremely confusing and unnecessary. Makes it much more difficult to recommend to other people. There are still features locked behind an enterprise tier that should be available as add-ons (looking at you pivot tables). Wish notifications and inbox would unify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information used to be hidden in disparate excel spreadsheets, but now information is visible internally and externally. Able to work across boards and view information in a variety of ways.

working together in the team, updates, overview, design, works very smooth, no lags; working together on different boards; many integrations e.g. with microsoft teams or other applications;
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, really nice application, works very very smooth; there is nothing bad we can say about monday; it is a very helpful tool which also gets updated often;
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HR, management, IT; every person in our company is always up to date; we don not have to send tons of emails to inform everyone about something new; integrations with other apps;
Monday as CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Our company began using Monday.com about 5 months ago as a CRM. We like the dashboard and the widgets. Very easy to organize and see what deals we as a team have in the works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hoping with time and some more updates that Monday will continue improving its ease of use. I don't really see anything I dislike about it. I also feel like I haven't tapped it's true potential as I'm still realizing features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is keeping us together as a team and updated on sales happening in our organization. When an employee moves along from our organization, all of their notes remain and we have the ability to pick up where they left of. The details we can include for contacts, businesses and the deals themselves are vast and helpful when structuring deals and meetings. It's great!
Great Organizational Tool for Remote Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday allows us to assign tasks to key players and create custom labels to track progress. It helps us all stay on track and recognize where additional hands may be needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I don't like, but I do think the calendar view layout could use a little work. This is by no means a deterrent from use, but it isn't the cleanest view. We typically stick with looking at our Marketing Calendar board as a list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's enabling us to stay on task as a team despite working in differing locations. It also allows us to provide quick feedback when needed with everything in one place rather than many email threads that may not be visible to all.
