It's great, the dashboards are very friendly and I can tune it whenever I want as my business grows
What do you like best about the product?
It's great, the dashboards are very friendly and I can tune it whenever I want as my business develops. They keep on updating the platform and making it more user friendly. I keep record of my service tickets and my sales funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks a refresh button in the dashboards, but that's just me nitpicking, I can just refresh the browser. There's not much to dislike, I really enjoy the app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep record of my service tickets and my sales funnel. I can track my assistants work easily and determine monthly salary bonuses according to her proficiency. My sales funnel is not just names on whiteboards and notebooks, I can really track my own closing rate and push towards my sales goals.
Great teamwork collaboration and project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tag collaborators and teams within the app is very helpful for updates and assigning new task responsibilities. It makes it easy to share details on projects where there are multiple people involved within different tasks or parts of the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a bit disappointed that whiteboard is no longer part of Monday and that the recommended app to use does not currently integrate with the program. We do a lot of collaborative work and brainstorming sessions via whiteboard, and part of the appeal of Monday was that it reduced our need for other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows me to reduce the number of apps my team uses so that we can do more unified work within one platform. This helps us to boost productivity and reduces the need to chase down information for projects.
THIS APP RUNS MY BUSINESS
What do you like best about the product?
I can keep updates, contract details, assignments ... everything in one place, with easy access for my team. I was a spreadsheet junkie before, but now I spend more time on work than on making sure all my spreadsheets tie together correctly. And the track changes is a life-saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not cheap...i have to buy a license for someone who is only making one check mark a week. But it's still worth it to me because it keeps contracts straight. A poorly executed contract could be thousands lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an inventory of content. It has to be updated on a certain schedule...certain steps have to be taken (by upward of 5 different people)... sometimes content is updated OFF schedule because a contract comes in...Monday manages all of this. It alerts us to contracts ending...and routes our new inventory through the right workflows.
The versatility is unmatched and possibilities are endless to fit any need.
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the different boards that can be created is awesome. I love that in sections and sub-item tasks you can customize the info that is added, whether its links or deadlines it's perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there could be a notification center that is dedicated to comments or tasks specifically for my assigned work. The current notifications are not always helpful as it shares all comments across all boards and topics whether they are assigned to me or not. I have to sift through it too much ultimately making me not use it very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us organize campaigns, objectives, and goals for our clients on a monthly and quarterly basis. We are able to see all of the current objectives and easily find our assigned tasks for various projects in our marketing agency.
Excellent tool for Operations Management!
What do you like best about the product?
The custom status and tasks have allowed us to have a more streamlined workflow. As we work from remote locations, we're able to tag and communicate with each other as our orders move from prospects to production. The color-coded labels help us efficiently determine where our focus needs to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to change the title of an item, it often opens a new pop-up. We have to be precise with our mouse placement or we'll click on the incorrect buttons. Other than that, we've been very impressed with Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a better way to track all of our orders as they moved from prospect to pre-production to production and then to delivered. As a team, we are updating Monday as each order moves along in the process. We work remotely, so it has helped us be on the same page without having to call or email. It has helped us to keep track of all orders and invoice our clients promptly as well.
Not Just Another Task Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
I love how we can easily collaborate as a team on projects that require many hands.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more options with integrations and automation. Sometimes it's tricky. You have to trial and error your way through how to set up a board if you're new. Ex: I can't create the automations I'd like for the timeline, so I go to timeline settings and then have to go back to the automations...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Prioritizing issues that come in from teams on the front lines so higher priority issues are addressed in a timely manner
2. Creating "hubs" for specific team functions using "Workspaces"
3. Organizing systems and SOPs in a repeatable format that can be reused for future events
4. Collaborating on projects with 3rd party vendors with ease, no matter the timezone

What do you like best about the product?
I love the templates and learning resources available to me. The interface makes it easy to select the right template and make changes easily. The Start From Scratch boards are also easy to use when I need to customize a board. I work across many departments in my company and I have separate workspaces and boards for each team I interface with.
I use the My Work area to get a good overview of my own tasks and dashboards or board customization to view work across multiple team members.
Project Management tools tend to be buggy and difficult to adopt across different kinds of people, but Monday simplifies the user experience so that anyone can use it. Some people prefer Gantt charts, and some prefer a Kanban style. Monday can be configured for each, so adoption has been simple.

The only think I dislike is that there are only 2 tiers of tasks/subtasks. It would be helpful to have additional checklist functionality within a subtask to help manage the more intricate components of a work package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is my central resource for managing different projects and their phases across multiple departments. I work cross-functionally within the organization and Monday gives me a central location for management and for visibility. Stakeholders are kept informed with good dashboards, and we are exploring integration with some of our other business tools to increase visibility.

I love that my coworkers can see in real-time the projects that are being worked on and their progress of them at any time of day!

There is nothing that I dislike about monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the entire staff to stay on track with who is doing what, the progress of each project, and the availability to tag people in the comments is great! I also love that we get email notifications for any new items we need to look at.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com completely transformed how we organize our work and track our efforts throughout the year for our diverse client base. It has made it so much easier for us to justify the amount we bill.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are many downsides. Monday is constantly improving. It does take self discipline to stay on top of things, but it really is just a great tool for businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketing agency with 5 full time employees and 13 different clients, we find Monday super helpful in keeping clear communication between our team members that are executing creative projects for multiple businesses in differing industries daily.
Great for Customer Relations Management and Growing Sales
What do you like best about the product?
You can create tables of potential customers and include all their details and follow-up dates with reminders to ensure you keep on top of chasing those sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the features are like excel so if you are unfamiliar with it then you will have to spend some time getting to know it and completing some tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to keep track of potential sales and keep chasing them through a sales cycle and reminders, all of which are customisable. Ensures all staff work in the same way with consistency.
