One inch from total perfection

What do you like best about the product?
It's super friendly and really easy to keep track of activities, progress, collaboration, furthermore, it´s easy for my clients to learn in less than 15 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can get too many notifications, and to disable them can be a bit of a pain, so your email invoice starts to flood over monday notifications. It should be easier to turn off notifications for different boards of specific groups of activities. Also, the first screen should be "work of the day" instead of the Inbox, because usually you check your email first thing in the day, It´s just my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially communication with my clients, they want to monitor the progress of my projects (I`m a consultant) and they can log in with visitor´s accounts (which are unlimited in my plan) and monitor the job, the progress graphics are really a selling point for me, customers love it.

Easy, intuitive, game-changer!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to create/edit boards. Within a few minutes, anyone on my team can be up and running. We tried multiple platforms and this was by far the easiest.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. We have a Data & Analytics calendar and I wish I could figure out how to create recurring items rather than having to duplicate and change the date.
2. Would like the ability to export the calendar view to Powerpoint.
3. Wish some of the automations were a little easier.
4. I have integrated some other apps, but it's not clear where to go to see or set up items after it's integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having a hard time working ahead because we didn't have a single place for the entire team to see what was due, assign and manage tasks. Using email for approvals of copy and creative were creating bottlenecks. Monday has allowed us to work weeks/months ahead on our marketing calendar, creative request and tracking projects. We tried several different platforms and none have touched Monday.com

Makes work easy, effective and productive

What do you like best about the product?
WorfForms are definitely my favorite feature monday has to offer. It works wonder for teams that have clients, it makes it easy and effortless to receive these petitions, evaluate them and assign them to members of the team. Without monday this process would take several emails, messages, or things left said in the air and has a bigger error margin for misunderstanding with clients. With monday petitions and communication is clear for both parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that the emailing feature is not as powerful yet. Id like to be able to automate emails and from the automation establish main recipient and CC's, which right now can be done but manually, not through automations. If i have an automation to send out an email for several people it sends the email once to each user, instead of to all of them at once. This sometimes is not ideal since it does not allow for an email chain with the users im sending this to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my teams' need to map our tasks, the big projects we are working on together and to receive our clients petitions and be able to answer them and provide them with their needs automatically.

Everyday use, perfect for small company

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very well organized and their time tracking feature is really handy for use in a small team that works remotely.

I also really like the look of the site and app. Compared to many similar services that are very utilitarian, Monday.com is colorful and looks nice while having an intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is high and I don't like that you have to buy seats in sets, instead of being able to customize the size of the plan to your needs.

The timing feature in the app could also use some improvement. When I start a timer on the app, if I stop it on desktop it will continue to run on the app and cause the app and desktop time tracking to be out of sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team works completely remotely, so it is important for us to be able to track the tasks that eaxh person is doing as well as how long they are spending on them. We use Monday.com to organize our team of 5 and track hours for everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how there are several ways of project managing in this platform. The different tools you can utilise just makes project managing so much more creative and appealing to the eye; as a visual learner, Monday has helped me get my tasks completed! It is an efficient way of keeping track of my team's work and communicate regarding certain tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have anything to fault or any areas of improvement at the moment. However, if I do come across anything that I think would be a great implementation towards the platform, I will make sure to let you all know!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One crucial problem for our team has been the lack of organisation with back-end (admin) work. There are lots of tasks that we say we are going to act on, but end up not getting actioned at all. Since using Monday, we have been keeping track of every single action point we add to the platform. In meetings, we have, surprisingly, used the platform as a report of work that's been covered in the past couple of months and the projects that we are planning in the future. We now use the platform in our internal weekly meetings to keep on track of who is doing what and set goals for the week!

What do you like best about the product?
We love that each board is so easy to customize and understand. It's visually very appealing and new team members find it so easy to be onboarded to. We love the real-time updates it provides and adds so much efficiency to our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much - I am a big fan of the tool. We sometimes experience delays and/or system shut offs but that never lasts long. Overall we're very happy with the tool as an organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool to best connect our time all while considering the vide variety of projects our agency takes on. Monday is so easy to customize and use so it's really the best tool our team has ever used.

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to make custom tables to accommodate our data.

The learning curve was high, but I'm feeling quite familiar with it now.

What do you like best about the product?
I typically use both a written and digital calendar but with Monday I can utilize the dates, times, time tracking and reminders to do everything all in one. All of my files, links, text and ideas can be placed in Monday where I can share it with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that sometimes I don't always get subitem notifications and not all notifications are automatic. But once you add this in settings it's super easy so I don't think its a huge negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all of my to-do's, due dates, being able to see how much work my team mates are doing, scheduling around the amount of hours each person has and remaining organized. I also like how i can graph out the information in more than one way.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very intuitive. Once you have set up your first project, using the videos and tutorials on the help sections of the website it was really easy to set up more complex boards. It went from being simply a digital to do list to a rich sharing resource for working collaboratively with our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find anything that I dislike - I suppose the only thing is sometimes the notifications in outlook and on the site are a little too many if we have a lot going on with a project, so I always advise people to turn off the notifications if we have some large project updates taking place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of our foundations charitible fundraising is much easier now that we are tracking prospective and actual grant applications through monday, which is saving us time and allowing for more accountability and reporting functions.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track tasks in a way that is intuitive and pleasing to the eye.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more spread sheet functionality. Sort of like Airtable. But I don't necessarily have a dislike to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of client to dos. We have 25+ clients and before Monday we were using paper. I love that it is easy to write a task no matter if you are on laptop or phone.
