Very useful for in-person and remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to upload files, complete status updates, communicate with in-person and remote employees, and keep track of client updates. I used monday.com at my past workplace and fell in love with the product. Once I started my own company, I knew I needed to use monday.com for my business. As a marketing agency, keeping track of client updates, managing employees, and tracking time are essential for delivering an excellent customer experience. I would recommend monday.com to any of my business connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this moment. I like most areas of monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com provides an easy one-stop software for my team to easily communicate with each other as we work both in-person and remote. It also allows us to upload files, keep track of time for our monthly or hourly marketing packages, and have personal and client folders.
Excellent tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and easy to use, I use it at work to organize my team, check assigned tasks, to be able to visualize large projects over months, and to check my daily tasks. It provides a good overview, has many templates to organize projects, people, clients, etc. Besides the good design, very nice and simple with a variety of colors and the possibility to create folders, link them, and separate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still feel that it can improve in many aspects. As such, there isn't anything that bothers me, but it can improve by adding more functions for project mapping, being more specific regarding tasks in a single day, since right now there is only the "Day to such Day" function but there is no option for "hour to such hour."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to switch users more easily, with a personal one separate from the corporate one to be able to have future projects separately to implement when they are approved in general
Great for everything!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can color-code things and use just about any type of organization method! Sometimes I use the calendar view, but one of my faovrite features has been the gantt chart view!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike, but if I had to pick one thing, I wish there were more templates, but I know new templates are always being created that I can use at any time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with 10 or more clients a month so Monday helps me organize the status of everyone I'm working with so nothing ever falls through the cracks. I also use it for content planning.
Great for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Great, simple automation options to make smarter, more efficient workflows for you. Simple project management system that is very easy to use and customize for specific use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do experience some automation delays sometimes (or automations we have set up just never trigger). The only other complaint we have heard is that it is not simple for account guests to access projects that apply to them. I think this has more to do with training and them not being in the system regularly, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made our project management much more organized. This has benefitted us by making our team more efficient and making it easier for us to see and move our projects forward.
Super CRM Tool For Agencies
What do you like best about the product?
Our team at work discovered Monday.com to be a quick fix that is simple to handle and constantly maintains interaction amongst team members through notifications.
We appreciate that Monday.com keeps integrating additional third-party programs, such as Slack, and that it keeps adding new features to make managing boards with various column types, including dates, people, budgets, sub-elements, and diagrams, easier.
By enabling you to replicate existing boards and export them in excel, Monday.com also greatly aids management. Automating repeated emails for clients saves a lot of time for us. It keeps data structured and convenient to use while also saving us a ton of energy.

What do you dislike about the product?
We still need several automation that does not yet function, and some automation recipes are a little stiff. For instance, the majority of Mirror columns that originate from other boards are not recognized by automation, making a workaround challenging. I think there is a way to personalize actions and triggers, but it's difficult to figure out how to accomplish it if you are not a developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as a PM system and workflow. It does enable us to include the necessary individuals for each board so that only that group is informed and able to respond. As it keeps emails on the thread of that particular project, it has lessened the clutter in our inboxes. We are able to invite clients so they may check in on their projects and facilitate communication in one location.
Monday.com is a great add on tool for any organization
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has an incredible number of automations and third party integrations that work together very well. Customer support has been very positive and issues resolved in a timely manner. The cost of the subscription is very economical and valuable for smaller teams and organizations. My overall experience over 3 years has been overall positive and I continue to add more automations to run my department more efficiently. The regular improvements, updates, and added features definitely excites me as a regular user of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to add more storage and have more granular control over permissions is not available on non-enterprise plans. The number of features and customization is overwhelming at first and integrations/automations sometimes fail randomly without any changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving communication, automating redundant tasks, and having a group workspace to collaborate efficiently. Having a group dashboard is very convenient as well.
Monday helps us keep track of our social media schedule for the month.
What do you like best about the product?
We love all the capabilities that come with it such as tagging people and updating the task's status. We wouldn't be sane without Monday!
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't experienced many downsides yet! Monday is a good fit for us. I wish you guys would open up a social media scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delegating tasks, keeping up with what each person is doing, and scheduling our social media across 5 platforms!
Second time using Monday.com, even more useful!
What do you like best about the product?
This is the second time I've used Monday.com in an organization and it's proven even more useful this time around. Previously I'd brought it into a company it in the private sector for our sales team and our new business development project management. This time around I have brought it onboard for a non-profit and we are using it even more broadly. Updates to workshop curriculum we develop, tracking progress on new toolkits and other resources being developed or revamped, tracking and communicating updates to language around mental health or substance use, even as simple as developing meeting agendas and personal to-do lists. Plus we're using it for larger projects like the development of a respite centre and a year-round men's mental health campaign.
Because Monday.com is so customizable, each team can mold and shape their workspaces and boards so that they work exactly the way they need them to. Automations (which I didn't get into the last time I was using Monday.com) are also a great tool and again, so easily tailored to everyone's specific needs. I often find myself listening to someone explain a problem they want to solve and easily thinking of a way a workspace or board could be built to be the solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Monday.com can be onboarding new users. There's so much that Monday.com can do it can be overwhelming. I try to do a really basic show and tell, then let people explore a bit and have them come back to me with questions. Often people will say, "can it do this?", or "I wish I could do this" and then when we dig into it turns out you totally can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management
Task management
Meeting planning
Planning for new publications or updates to publications
Tracking changes to language that happens frequently and needs to be communicated to the whole staff

Monday.com has helped me stay more organized with my work
What do you like best about the product?
The conversation feature tags people and assigns them to tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish things would filter easier so I can search quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wear a lot of hats so organizing everything and staying up to date on tasks has really helped me.
An Easy Collaboration Location!
What do you like best about the product?
The thing we love the most about Monday.com is how EASY it is to share and collaborate on the same "spreadsheet". This has enabled us to alleviate the burden that was being placed on one person to keep up with a spreadsheet and now given us a way to work together! This has been a game-changer for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
The most limiting thing about Monday.com to me is the lack of flexibility to have multiple types of boards with different columns in one space. I have found it difficult to encompass everything that I need into one board, but we're making it work because of all of the other benefits that Monday provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have always struggled with creating ways to collaborate on the same documents using the traditional office products available. Not only can you collaborate and work on the same "spreadsheet" with Monday.com, but you can also use Monday to communicate and leave notes regarding a particular matter. This has also cut down on the amount of e-mail going back and forth.
