Monday.com is an incredible tool for managing tasks and deadlines day to day.
What do you like best about the product?
Automations are super helpful to maximize efficiency and ensure deadlines are tracked. They allow for a wide array of tasks to be done automatically behind the scenes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am surprised that you are not able to edit the automations after they are created. I would love to see an update allowing me to revise current automations instead of having to recreate complex automations from scratch if I want to add another element to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to struggle managing the myriad of important tax deadlines and the automations have helped tremendously with that. We also love the activity log as it creates accountability.
A great tool to design collaborative workflow processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility that the software allows. its great to have a "Column" repertoir of useful options for most situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like certain features that i believe could be super helpful for me and others. Keep the pricing where it is and avoid increments or features disablement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps organize the team with a useful workflow.
Monday organizes everything for us.
What do you like best about the product?
As a small organization and give us the option to invite partners to special projects on the go. It saves time connecting with everyone in each project. In the end, it gives us the grantt chart as well so we can evaluate the time spent on each phase of the project. We are still discovering all the tools but it's very easy to learn and apply the boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wanted to remind the people who were invited and not joined that they can still join. If there is a reminder that they receive I would like to know as a sender if they opened, deleted or something else. I do know when they join the project but I don't know if they avoid it or not. Or maybe I didn't learn yet a way to track it. But I don't have anything negative to say about monady.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't have any problems yet that require solving but all the answers to my questions I've found on monday.com through videos or FAQ.
Monday keeps me organized EVERY day
What do you like best about the product?
I run my own business, so the ability to have multiple boards and automate them keeps me organized and running smoothly as I juggle (or, manage!) multiple clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only feedback - and this is more on my side than a product failing - is that there are a lot of ways to work with Monday, and I can go down the rabbit hole to figure out which works best for me. The help articles are actually helpful, but as a 1-gal business owner, I feel like I'd learn more by working with an expert or having others use it with me. Again, not a failing of the product...more of me needing to dedicate additional time to become the power user that I want to be!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping both me and my clients on track for deliverables is never easy, but having a single place to manage my business (and some around the house/solo Mama tasks as well) is really putting "work-life-integration" into play.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped our team organize our CRM database as well as set up automated formulas to help keep track of our contracts pending & sold.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really anything that we don't like about monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a CRM to manage our client information. We also use it to show our real estate info for our business: upcoming homes for sale, current homes on the market, pending, and sold. It helps us keep track of which agent is doing which transaction easily too.
Great to manage all types of projects across all departments. Love the versatility automations.

What do you dislike about the product?
It allows me to add users and automation over the amount accepted by my plan and then tells me that my monthly invoice will increase for that reason. It would be better if it wouldn't allow users to add more than our plan accepts and let them know the reason, so they can request a plan upgrade to upper management rather than just go ahead and then upper management find out when the invoice arrives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For departments and projects that interact with each other, it gives visibility of progress to each member without having to call, email, or meet the other group. Communication between departments and project managers is o longer a problem for us. Now everybody knows what is needed from them, and when, and we all get notifications every time a task has been completed. All the information we need at any given time is available through the app, so our teams can update and get updates on the go.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and allows to use multiple board for task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there is no undo feature. That would help me a lot as sometimes I mistakenly may displace the column and have to rearrange everything time by time again.

It helps me to organize the tasks not only for myself but for my team in general. Moreover, it is useful to manage tasks and make sure that everyone fulfills their responsibilities.
Easy Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great platform for managing complex projects. It allows me to set up and create templates that can be used for new projects as they happen without having to build from Scratch. The Monday.com support team are quick to respond to questions and queries. The Monday.com community are fantastic at answering complex questions and providing formula insights. The Automations are also great tool to ensure consitancy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit time consuming buidling the boards from scratch, but once you have it the way you want it its great. I have experienced fustrations with getting boards to talk to eachother and 'mirror' information.
Formula is complex to use, much more so than excel and difficult to express formula results in anything other than a number. e,g, as a % or currency.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us to manage the full project lifecycle from proposal to project completion. We are 1 year in and still building wiht a few stop and starts/ trials and errors. We have now setteld on a specific format the works for us. It is great to have easy to access dashboards of key informations.
Awesome tools to use for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I used multiple tools or websites to collaborate with my colleagues but I am proud to say that Monday is the best among those tools.

So far it is working for us, and it helps us to manage our daily tasks.

Efficiently handle tasks
The ability to customize and not have a high learning curve makes this a fantastic tool
What do you like best about the product?
Customizability and the ability to add clients to dashboards giving them the ability to see the project progress in realtime. It adds significantly to the client internaction process and is a true value add for creative and consulting businesses
What do you dislike about the product?
slow load times, duplications, difficulty with ipad interaction, inability to snooze alarms, messaging feels wonky and less reliable than email, maybe the lack of a web browser plug in? I dont know, I like you guys and gals a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A a small business consultant that touches lots of small and micro businesses the lack of a bility to understnad project and program management and how to solve problems remotely and quickly can be very difficult. Monday.com allows my consulting practice to conduct a symphony for our clients and they can either see that work progress in detail, or they can see a "pizza tracker" of how our work is making an impact through customized dashboards.
