Organized scheduling, categorization, and board optimization. Great overall tool. Fits what you need, specifically with automation. Once you get to it, it's easy as pie.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not user-friendly at first. It would help if you had someone to get the work around and all the essential and critical concepts. Some of the settings are not fun to do by yourself for first-timers like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workload management problem. Unlike spreadsheets, you need to do some manual sorting and filtering. However, this game-changer platform makes your job easier, from work management to creating essential roles for each team member and automation.
Intuitive and Efficient Task Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that monday Work Management is really easy to use. All of the features are super straightforward and simple, which is really nice. I also appreciate the ability to get more complicated by moving into integrations and automations to add even more functionality. The initial setup was very easy as well, allowing us to start building boards right away with very little training needed. I use Monday literally every day, and I don't think I would function well without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that really stands out as something I don't like, is that if you are inviting somebody to your Monday space that doesn't work for your company, for instance, somebody who works at a sister company in your organization, you need an admin's approval in order to add their email address if it doesn't match your domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management gives me a central place to keep track of everything I'm supposed to do daily and integrates with other software to send tasks to the right people upon completion.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com does have a very straightforward user interface, making it simple to navigate, schedule activities, and update them with ease. This is the main purpose of any app of this kind, and after using different alternatives, I can tell Monday.com does what it should. Some other software is used to demand more time, decreasing personal productivity.
Monday's.com free tier is excellent by the way, and it does support little projects to grow until they are able to reach more potential to take advantage of the paid features.

By now, I just found advantages, since the main purpose of any project management system is to help any team to be more productive and keep track of their assignations, and Monday.com excels in this segment.

Monday.com allow our team to keep track of the activities and better organize us to be more productive and efficient at planning the actions that shall be performed on a daily basis.

I tried several platforms. Most are lacking in the features I need. To me, if a platform doesn't do what I need, it's not worth using. Monday.com looks great compared to others, is updated behind the scenes, has excellent customer service. offers very complete tutorials when I find something I need help with, and the app is very reliable. For me, monday.com is a good fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
My sticking point is the required number of seats for the membership level. For my operation, it's too many to buy personally. I just don't need that many seats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need one central location where I can list all my projects and monitor my status on them so I keep everything moving forward. Many are time sensitive, so I don't want projects falling through the cracks while waiting for more information or a board meeting, both of which can happen. This makes me more prepared on those projects that are in a bit of a holding pattern and jogs my memory that it's time to check in with someone or begin working on the next board meeting. The stress level has decreased since I found monday.com.

There are several good things about monday.com: The looks, the feel, the customization. All adds up to give the user a great experience, both when managing existing items and adding new items.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still in the early stages of using Monday.com, but know-how of how to make combined list with other teams. I can see our business has created several boards, and we have a bit of a hard time figuring out how to combine them.

Monday.com is helping us being on the same page across teams, as well as making reporting to our bosses easier to do. We also use the commenting system to stay up-to-date with each other.

I am a customer relationship manager. I use Monday.com as a utility tool to assist me in the creation of a database for all customers, their statuses on the application and employment process. Monday.com gives a holistic view of the database for the current month and the next month. The filters available effectively reduce the required details in a very swift and seamless manner. The software has enabled me to maintain an activity log for my employees. The provision Timeline is a critical tool to assist me in daily monitoring of all assigned tasks. Monday.com enables smooth integration with Gmail for a data transfer with customers/employees to the work chart. The most effective tool available on Monday.com is the automation of the complete tables. Overall a complete professional application for all Human Resource problems in business.

Monday.com is like excel spreadsheets on steroids. Anything you wish you could do with spreadsheets is possible on Monday.com and intuitive as well. Organize, systematize, automate, and save tons of time with Monday.com.

The only downside of using Monday.com is the steep learning curve. I've had to help some of our employees learn the ropes, which has been confusing for them. Employees who do not have English as a first language find it especially difficult. I'm also surprised that it took so long for me to learn how I could personally use Monday.com to help streamline my processes. I think it would be helpful if there were more help videos that show how to use Monday.com for first-time users and informative videos that show all the different ways it is possible to use Monday.com to its full potential.

Monday.com has been exceptional at helping our nonprofit organize and categorize the different projects that we support. It's an excellent place to store all the associated articles, photos, and other documents and files related to the projects. We also use it for social media management, and more recently, I have started using it to organize and prioritize creative requests.

I really like that when you have a large work team, it's easy to see each person's tasks, schedule them, and view delivery times. You can add collaborators to the project, set delivery dates, add documents, messaging, etc., and that facilitates team communication.

I really don't dislike anything, you can modify your boards as you wish and add what is most useful to you according to the project.

Very good system for viewing and updating information
What do you like best about the product?
It's a really good piece of software for holding information about customers, projects, systems and other similar things. It's really visual so is great as a manager to be able to see where everything is up to and to easily find information at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be a bit restrictive, it would be nice to be able to have boards that allow you to hold different columns in each group. I understand why you can't, but this would make it suitable for reducing the number of boards required.

It's benefiting us by allowing for us to track lots of information in an ever growing business. It's really easy to see the in platform which makes collaborating and tracking workloads really easy. It's solving lots of issues that we face as we get more and more information.
