Flexible and Reliable PM & CRM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the CRM functionality because it allows for client management and team management, which integrates well with task management.
Other PM tools are only focused on Tasks and Projects, which requires other tools for our CRM needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the design was better and less clunky before, and linking boards or related items can be a bit easier.
For example, one option for automated linking is based on the Column and if it matches another column from another board, but if I'm trying to match the email and 1 letter is capitalized in one column but not the other, it won't link it.
So it definitely can be more intuitive with connecting boards.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems it's solving are using less tools for management, dashboards allowing for managers to get a fast overview of different boards, managing people with the CRM functionality, and organized communication with the team.
Monday is a must if you value organization!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign tasks to individuals with specific due dates. This makes it so much easier to follow up and hold people accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are less straight forward and I don't have tons of time to dig in to try and learn how to use every feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to keep our team on track by accomplishing tasks on time, and helps keep people accountable.
Great project management tool with lots of customizability and features
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it makes collaborating with team members and the customization is so rich that it's almost overwhelming! There are endless automations you can create and lots of different types of views to suit how you need to manage your tasks. There's also a convenient tab to aggregate the tasks assigned to you so you can see all your tasks in one consolidated list.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that need polishing, first of which is the calendar and gantt chart views. These views can get quite messy and it's cumbersome finding the information you need at a glance. The second is that the "my tasks" view could be a little more robust. As it is currently, it compiles a list of all your tasks individually, regardless of whether they're part of the same parent task or not. It would be nice to be able to see those parent items without having to click through to a new tab. Lastly, the sort by person view doesn't currently pull up subitems with that person assigned. This would be helpful to see one person's tasks at a glance whether they're assigned to the parent task or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool for managing projects in a visually appealing and organizationally pleasing way. Many task lists are easy to forget about because they exist in a vacuum, but I've found that checking Monday very easily became a part of my daily and hourly routine to make sure I'm on top of my work.

Not really a negative but the flexibility and options makes me like a kid in a candy store.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to track progress with my team and clients in a concise, adaptable, and visual way. I lay out a clear path and everyone knows where we have been and where we are headed.

My favorite thing was that it was very easy to upload any format of information you need to have reviewed by other team members and for those members to add their inputs. There wasn't any information from other platforms or services that I had difficulty adding or sharing visibility to
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could host meetings directly on the platform instead of needed to go elsewhere for that. It would be better if this was a single platform that you could execute a fully remote business within
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was helping us solve the problem of assigning deliverables to indivduals and making those deliverables easy to view to the entire team, including the exact content of those deliverables, without leaving the platform

Flexibility to set structured timelines and monitor progress

there is no possibility to add voice notes it would be great if we could have this sorted so that teams can just send voice notes on progress and also prevent having to type at times.

enables one to do sufficient Structuring work and avoid procrastination with realistic ways to monitor timelines. It also allows me to organise and conduct my work effectively

I have used Monday to organize the communication structure and information flow in 3 companies.
Employees can easily understand the operation and tools due to the friendly interface.
The automations are extremely efficient, the links with other services are fast, I never had connection problems, we never had service drops or connection or data drops.
I use it daily and would recommend it to anyone who needs to organize the flow of information.

I'm using Monday since 2017, with each update it gets better, I can't think of improvements

It incorporates all needed information in one setting. Very efficient.

At this time I haven't determined any downsides.

All of our HR staff and leaders can view the overall hiring platform in one place.
monday.com Saved My Business
What do you like best about the product?
When I first started using monday.com I was solely into it because of the aesthetics. The more that I started to study the platform and look into its templates, I fell in love. My business was in a place where there was no organization or systems set up to succeed. By mapping my business out through monday.com, I was able to see where I was going wrong, but also how I could improve. I was able to see, through the template, where I was missing the mark on social media promotions. Since starting to map out the type of content that I want to show my audience, I was able to create the right type of content and post it with confidence. I'm so thankful to monday.com for allowing me to map out my entire business. Social media is so easy now and the conversion to sales is through the roof.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving the ability to be organized by helping create systems for your business no matter your niche.
Great way to manage multiple workstreams
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams from across the world, simple and easy to use for most features, fairly flexible and integrations are relatively simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
While baseline functionality is good enough, some features to link between dashboards are missing. Integrations are great, but require rampup. Adapting for features that Excel power users expect to have would be fantastic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of the work performed by multiple teams across the globe. We manage our CRM and ongoing processes through it, in a seamless way that allows me to be on top of all the combined efforts at a glance.
