Reliable and user friendly project management website!
What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday.com has been a game changer for my team, during lockdowns it was invaluable in being able to communicate and track the progress of jobs and projects. Its very intuitive and easy to use, the automations ensure a seemless experience and have been quick and easy to set up. Everything is straightforward and visually ordered. Being able to easily add, delete, move and track with statuses, reminders and times is fantastic. Using the integrations and different board views for data insights has been extremely helpful for the company as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent found any issues or bugs when using over the past year, I have nothing negative to report or dislike about the website. It works and performs exactly as we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved keeping track of our workload across the team, we can easily WFH and see what needs to be done in the day in order of priority. At a glance I can see my entire workload on one page without having to navigate multiple websites or click into different areas, its streamlined our processes.

A Must for small organizations looking for scale!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is totally customizable by anybody. The fact that anyone in your team that understands your process can build a tool that runs your whole business is great. Takes the idea that most people know and are using (excel spreadsheets) and makes it a full business solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that anyone on the team can add things without oversight can be dangerous. Flagging admin that bigger changes have been made would be helpful. (I think the bigger accounts have more locks, but the small ones need a few too, or notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday as a CRM and project management tool, and how we can integrate those 2 together has been awesome. Our team gains productivity and overall project awareness the more team buy-in that grows.

Collaboration, responsibility and team work. The simplicity of the UI has been very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite view in Monday is the "My Work" view. I love being able to see what I have coming up that week, but also being able to look into the future! I've never been one for "dates" on my to-do list, but wow this makes it so much easier. I can easily change it if I need to, or I get the pleasure of updating the status to "Done". The best!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't like that they start the week with Monday. I get it - they're called Monday - but WOW it throws me off. Maybe just like highlight Monday or something on the calendar. That's my one big beef with the software!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using a different software *cough* Airtable *cough* which is SO CONFUSING! We were building all of these different views and it was causing so much chaos. With Monday, we've been able to easily put our Marketing campaigns together without having the trouble of not being able to navigate the software. Also, the being able to share the calendar views out to executives so we can see all that we are sending is so valuable.
One inch from total perfection
What do you like best about the product?
It's super friendly and really easy to keep track of activities, progress, collaboration, furthermore, it´s easy for my clients to learn in less than 15 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can get too many notifications, and to disable them can be a bit of a pain, so your email invoice starts to flood over monday notifications. It should be easier to turn off notifications for different boards of specific groups of activities. Also, the first screen should be "work of the day" instead of the Inbox, because usually you check your email first thing in the day, It´s just my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially communication with my clients, they want to monitor the progress of my projects (I`m a consultant) and they can log in with visitor´s accounts (which are unlimited in my plan) and monitor the job, the progress graphics are really a selling point for me, customers love it.
Easy, intuitive, game-changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to create/edit boards. Within a few minutes, anyone on my team can be up and running. We tried multiple platforms and this was by far the easiest.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. We have a Data & Analytics calendar and I wish I could figure out how to create recurring items rather than having to duplicate and change the date.
2. Would like the ability to export the calendar view to Powerpoint.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having a hard time working ahead because we didn't have a single place for the entire team to see what was due, assign and manage tasks. Using email for approvals of copy and creative were creating bottlenecks. Monday has allowed us to work weeks/months ahead on our marketing calendar, creative request and tracking projects. We tried several different platforms and none have touched Monday.com
Makes work easy, effective and productive
What do you like best about the product?
WorfForms are definitely my favorite feature monday has to offer. It works wonder for teams that have clients, it makes it easy and effortless to receive these petitions, evaluate them and assign them to members of the team. Without monday this process would take several emails, messages, or things left said in the air and has a bigger error margin for misunderstanding with clients. With monday petitions and communication is clear for both parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that the emailing feature is not as powerful yet. Id like to be able to automate emails and from the automation establish main recipient and CC's, which right now can be done but manually, not through automations. If i have an automation to send out an email for several people it sends the email once to each user, instead of to all of them at once. This sometimes is not ideal since it does not allow for an email chain with the users im sending this to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my teams' need to map our tasks, the big projects we are working on together and to receive our clients petitions and be able to answer them and provide them with their needs automatically.
Everyday use, perfect for small company
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very well organized and their time tracking feature is really handy for use in a small team that works remotely.
I also really like the look of the site and app. Compared to many similar services that are very utilitarian, Monday.com is colorful and looks nice while having an intuitive interface.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is high and I don't like that you have to buy seats in sets, instead of being able to customize the size of the plan to your needs.
The timing feature in the app could also use some improvement. When I start a timer on the app, if I stop it on desktop it will continue to run on the app and cause the app and desktop time tracking to be out of sync.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team works completely remotely, so it is important for us to be able to track the tasks that eaxh person is doing as well as how long they are spending on them. We use Monday.com to organize our team of 5 and track hours for everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how there are several ways of project managing in this platform. The different tools you can utilise just makes project managing so much more creative and appealing to the eye; as a visual learner, Monday has helped me get my tasks completed! It is an efficient way of keeping track of my team's work and communicate regarding certain tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have anything to fault or any areas of improvement at the moment. However, if I do come across anything that I think would be a great implementation towards the platform, I will make sure to let you all know!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One crucial problem for our team has been the lack of organisation with back-end (admin) work. There are lots of tasks that we say we are going to act on, but end up not getting actioned at all. Since using Monday, we have been keeping track of every single action point we add to the platform. In meetings, we have, surprisingly, used the platform as a report of work that's been covered in the past couple of months and the projects that we are planning in the future. We now use the platform in our internal weekly meetings to keep on track of who is doing what and set goals for the week!
