Useful and friendly
What do you like best about the product?
You can have all your tasks in one place. You can have your personal and your work tasks all in one place. You can also have all your contacts with all their info and keep track of anytime that you have contacted them. You can add people that you worked with to a particular task. You have labels that you can create to keep up with your tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about it, for me and my work and personal life is working well. It has all that you need to have organized work and personal matters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solved a problem that I had at work which was not having everything in one place, centralized. Now I have all my to-do's, my tasks, and my pending jobs in one place.
Game Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that every member of my team has a central location to check-in. I also LOVE that it keeps me organized and on track. I feel so much better about the week when Monday is updated and ready to go for the team. I tried other systems, then settled on Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike. I will say that there are so many features and it takes time to learn the program. If you choose Monday take the time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the whole team in the loop on the progress of big projects. A great way to communicate about specific tasks throughout the day. I have been able to increase the productivity of the team using Monday consistently.

What do you like best about the product?
- The user interface it's easy to understand and use (it's also really beatifull which is a plus when you work with designers)
- In the pro plan you can share boards with unlimited members from other organizations without increasing your membership costs, this creates an extremely collaborative environment where everyone can edit, create and access information in real-time
- Dashboards help you interpret all the data that you're generating, keeping track of my KPIs has never been easier
- Design, Product Owners, HR and Communications, are all the areas that use on a daily-basis boards inside monday, each one with a different purpose and use
- Automations save you a lot of time, I have more than 100 and they get executed 15000 times each month. Alerts, e-mails, status updates, formulas, meetings, etc... are some of the things we accomplish through them.
- Public forms allow easy data transfer between teams and organizations

- There is a huge focus on development and marketing, which leaves behind interesting integrations with specialized software from other areas (like design)
- Notifications can be annoying and not very customizable, almost all automation generates e-mails or notifications inside monday, so you can imagine how it feels to get almost 15000 e-mails each month (you can create rules inside your e-mail provider but it should be easier to do through monday)
- Time columns are not useful, in services where you charge by the hour it's hard to create a board that reflects when was the work done and creates the respective invoices for your client.
- There is a huge focus on development and marketing, which leaves behind interesting integrations with specialized software from other areas (like design)

Sometimes the limitations, when you have the view permission only.

Monday is good in managing your projects and sharing with your coworkers.
easy learning and use
What do you like best about the product?
control and management of prospects and customers. sales closing support. I like to use colors to prioritize closing leads. in other companies use crm complicated to use. monday helped me keep track of my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
when deleting something by mistake, it is complex to recover the information. the battery graph would be ideal to place the variables that are being used on the same bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When looking for information about projects or clients, it becomes very easy using the search engine. easy reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped our team become more process driven and helps create actionable items for our day-to-day operations. The simplistic use and initial build-out were easy to get our organization rolling. We are constantly making changes to our platform that are the best use for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a few features that are lacking. Some of the essential customization options could be updated. For example, we would love the ability to rearrange the different tabs on each board. As of right now, once you create a new tab view on a board that is the order it is stuck in. The last feature we would love to see is the ability to not automatically open all the folders when you go to a workspace. We have folders to keep boards organized and when you scale workspaces sometimes it gets messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is creating a process that is making our business smarter day by day. We are creating objectable data on our business. We are constantly adding new tasks to monday.com. We are always exploring new board types to implement that make us smarter.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. The best tool we have used, to take control and we customize it to our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is that there is no support to call and ask questions about the platform's operation. it can be tiring to navigate to inquire about certain concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best solution we obtained was controlled, eliminating duplication of information sent, having the data line, and being able to control the data flow.
Monday.com has been a lifesaver!
What do you like best about the product?
We have had excellent success managing our workflow and custom orders with Monday.com. The ability to customize the platform to your needs, excellent customer support and community help have been nothing but excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we have experienced is due to it being cloud-based, the servers going down. Which has been resolved quickly in our experience.

Monday has helped our company get organized and create better workflow through board automation and notifications for each specific job role or order.
Great task management and collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's very customizeable for task management to support different projects and workflows. The collaboration tools and task automations are huge time-savers. It's also very easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more resource and portfolio management features. I would love one tool that's great at tracking time, scheduling resource hours, viewing a portfolio of projects and has excellent task management features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes us more productive by organizing task assignments and information. It also helps with record-keeping by providing a searchable archive on task history.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is fun and easy to use! It helps keep you and your team on track by clearly delineating responsibilities. Your ability to customize based on your team's environment is endless!
What do you dislike about the product?
The premade automations are great but there are so many to sift through it can be overwhelming. It takes a while to figure out the right one for you and requires you to be very specific to achieve the desired result, which is not a bad thing but I felt like it took me too long to set mine up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me keep tasks top of mind without things falling through the cracks. It also helps me assign tasks to others and keep track of the status of those tasks and whether I need to reach out to another to check in on a task.
