Perfect way to stay on (many) tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to manage multiple boards in just a few clicks and drags. I manage a lot of projects, and being able to not only track my status, but also keep notes and files attached to each item has been a huge game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alerts tend to proliferate across the site -- I get emails when a coworker tags me in a project, and I see those. But I also get in-app notifications that just pile up somewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a creative, disorganized person. Monday makes the act of staying organized feel creative and fun. I love building new boards and using it to really think through my projects.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly, highly integrated with other platforms we use, and there are many features that help us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the app on my iphone. I feel like it's hard to view and a lot of the info on the screen seems jumbled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to get organized w/ tasks as well as get on the same page w/ co-workers and delegate tasks properly and clearly

What do you like best about the product?
The daily emails that let me know what is on the docket every day first thing has been invaluable. Being able to have boards for each of my clients, the ability to drop in emails, share boards and keep everything in one location instead of trying to manage with a paper planner or just a lot of prayer and hope to keep things in order. I have used A LOT of different CRMs and this is by far the most user friendly, easy to learn and with endless features for every situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version isn't as easy to manage but I spend 95% of my time using it at my desktop so this hasn't been much of an issue for me personally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have an entire client roster and being able to map out months of content in groups, drag and drop rearranging, and ease of updating and attaching emails directly to boards has been fabulous. The reminder emails of what is due each day has helped me out more often than not.

Flexible and powerful platform for small business

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Monday.com has a number of ready-to-use templates that you can begin with. It's really helpful to get inspiration from something that already exists and then customize to meet the unique needs for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there were some more options to manage boards in bulk. For example - I'd love to be able to change multiple columns at once instead of going column by column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com for managing our sales process, running our weekly leadership meetings, managing projects, and organizing contacts. It helps us keep everything in one place and integrates with the other systems we use (Google, Mailchimp, etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is simple and versatile. With its intuitive graphics and colors, it helped me significantly in the automation of my business daily tasks, across multiple processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little hard to do the initial setup. I hired a good collaborator to "translate" our flow into Monday's modes and after the initial phase, everything became a breeze!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping me interact with my team, and be super quick in screening hundreds of candidates. I use it mainly for HR (but not only). It makes my life easier, my job quicker, and more pleasant.

What do you like best about the product?
Their automations and integrations have made it so much easier for me to do lessen manual, unfulfilling work in project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really dislike -- but more because it's still a young product, so there's still some features I wish it came with. But Monday.com always works on innovations anyway!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of visibility on where projects and stakeholder requests are has been resolved because of Monday.com.
Their forms also made it so much faster for us to sync requests automatically in a database.
Of course, the automations and integrations saved us a lot of time too

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has allowed my team to get all our systems, projects, and regular and recurring tasks organized and in one place. I love being able to have different boards for each department in our operation and sub-boards and tasks for every step of a project. Plus the ability to assign responsibility and ownership, places for notes and files too.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be difficult to navigate to a task or a particular section of a board when clicking through links in emails. Toggling between different workspaces could be streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has saved our company from having to-do and checklists, systems and SOPS in different places all over Google Drive on different spreadsheets and documents.

What do you like best about the product?
This project management platform is designed in a very logical way. The best part is the ability to create sub-tasks and being able to assign ownership to each task that is needed to be performed. It has a lot of automated actions that may streamline your workflow. It works across all platforms - your PC and mobile devices. Ability to invite guest members from outside the company
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really much that I would say I dislike about this platform. The main is going to be the subscription model. If your project team is sizable, it may get costly as it is done on a per/user basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An ability to manage, and monitor the progress of various projects that the company is conducting and undertaking. Without this software, any project management will be very challenging.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for keeping track of project status, including only the necessary people on each steep, it is very versatile as it allows you add sub-items, upload files, comment and have specific notes directed to an individual, group and even external parties by linking an specific email to the updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations are time consuming, you can add them and be as specific as you want and if anything changes the automation feature will do as indicated; however, there can be time-consuming if you have multiple boards that need to be set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a workflow, PM system. It does allow us to involve the required people per board so that only that group gets notified and can act upon it. it has reduced the clutter on our emails as it keeps it on the thread of that specific project. We are able to invite customer so that they can follow up on their project and allows a flow of communication in a single place.
