Gets stuff done!
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive! I researched features, signed up, and had a team member create the boards we needed. Within a few days, Monday.com was easily integrated into our workflow and we have a much easier time keeping track of projects, tasks and deadlines!
We have now been using Monday.com for almost three years, with different team member constellations, and it keeps being a super useful tool that we turn to several times a week. We particularly enjoy it during our weekly team meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve as with everything, but nothing beyond what would be expected.
Of course, I wish I could see all levels of detail at once. :) I think Monday.com does a fine job letting you see as much info as possible without getting messy.

We now keep track of our weekly meetings, ongoing customer projects, task lists, company priorities, and more, all in one place.
Great Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great way to see the status of all of your projects at a glance. There are a bunch of ways to view the same content, so you can gain new perspectives on your workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some standard expectations for features are locked behind different pay tiers, but the free version is still relatively useful. Pricing seems a little high, but as long as you use it daily, it will change your day-to-day processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remote across time zones, everything before Monday.com was solved via email. This is a very good way for things to slip through the cracks. With Monday, we assign things directly to the right employee, and then it is in their court.
Love the customization.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate all the templates for the different uses of monday.com. I like that it is very customizable so I can take a template and modify it to fit our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more time to learn everything that I could do with monday.com. It's probably capable of more than I'm aware of. I also wish we could have more than 20 boards on a dashboard calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use it as a ticket system for our website maintenance projects. We also use it to track time spent on new projects and keep the project moving forward.
Organization at it's BEST
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE that I can customize every board to fit the need of each company. I work with a variety of companies ranging from pool construction to roofing. I can keep them honest with their tasks promptly with features such as a timeline, and being able to email from within the Monday app. I use this app the most out of all my other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, the app froze and took a few minutes for the automation to kick in, however, I really cannot think of any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep companies up to date with any legal issues, inventory, SOP manuals, WIP and backlogs of jobs, you name it and Monday can keep track of it and make it an actionable task!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is more expensive than other project management tools, but its power lies in its ability to support project management and collaborative work. Its work Intelligence suite leverages AI and machine learning to proactively predict and manage project risks, create tasks and subtasks automatically, and streamline collaboration easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it's one thing I dislike about monday.com: the lack of admin control over users. As an administrator, I don't have enough control over who can access specific projects and resources or see what everyone creates. This can make it challenging to manage permissions. Competitive market and one should focus on pricing as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a digital marketing agency and manage dozens of social network accounts for our clients. The usual day of work for us it's full of small tasks, so it's important not to miss anything. With Monday.com, we can control and manage many studies precisely; it's easy to know who is responsible for what and establish a clear workflow for everyone involved in a task or project. We love the approval and proofing functionality and use it, especially with our clients, so that they can annotate creative posts. The study goes back directly to the designer's collaboration, no matter where they are located.

I want Monday to have alerts by email with no need to connect my mail using a third-party program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday to organize my projects, which helps me because of the templates that are thinking to solve problems.
monday.com checks every. single. box. that I was looking for when evaluating project mgmt software.
What do you like best about the product?
I'm very precise when it comes to the features I look for when starting to use a new piece of software. What makes monday.com valuable for me is that it leaves users the room to structure things exactly how they need them. One of my all-time favorite features is the ability to invite external project collaborators or clients. This increases the efficiency of our communication greatly and also leaves a very professional impression. Currently, we're probably only using about 15% of the full potential of monday.com but that's also what makes it so great: One can truly keep things "as simple as possible, as complex as necessary".
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the offline desktop app has been a bit unresponsive or slow to reflect changes. The document management behind monday docs could also continue to be improved as we've had some sync issues resulting in minor data loss. I hope to someday have access to a general team chat / 1-on-1 messaging, something along the lines of Slack or Discord. And lastly, sometimes I feel like what we truly want to do would be way easier in a standard Excel spreadsheet, especially when it comes to managmenet aspects that involve tracking numbers etc. There are number and function columns but it would be interesting to have a type of board that really acts more like a generic spreadsheet than a monday.com board. (Maybe in the form of a monday spreadsheet doc?)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is creating an enormous sense of accountability in our business, even between projects or with smaller side-tasks. We have also cut down on SO many emails as we're now able to communicate directly within the context of any given aspect of our operation. As a division manager, it is also giving me insights to the overall workflow status of projects running parallel to each other. Monday.com has become the compass of my day, offering peace of mind by knowing that everything has been planned efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
i like the way the effeciency of how we connect with all the coworkers, the fact that we can help eachother through our work, and mostly the the fact that our work has gone easier during the course of the use of monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
there isn't much i dislike, maybe the prices of the apps but those are not from Monday but integrated within Monday, so to be honest, there isn't that much i dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were working with another kind of app online before we hit on Monday. Since we use Monday, our communications within the company have been improved. We connected more and we now have more efficiency within our work. We found that we can make a lot of automations to make our boards even more efficient which ofcourse makes our work easier and faster. The possibilities are not endless but with all the integrations it feels that way. Incoming mails directly on a created item, give tasks to your coworker, connects different boards, connect different items, analysing everything we do, once you get to know monday, it changes the way you work for the best. i can only be positive as it changed our line of work.

What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks a refresh button in the dashboards, but that's just me nitpicking, I can just refresh the browser. There's not much to dislike, I really enjoy the app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep record of my service tickets and my sales funnel. I can track my assistants work easily and determine monthly salary bonuses according to her proficiency. My sales funnel is not just names on whiteboards and notebooks, I can really track my own closing rate and push towards my sales goals.
Great teamwork collaboration and project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tag collaborators and teams within the app is very helpful for updates and assigning new task responsibilities. It makes it easy to share details on projects where there are multiple people involved within different tasks or parts of the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a bit disappointed that whiteboard is no longer part of Monday and that the recommended app to use does not currently integrate with the program. We do a lot of collaborative work and brainstorming sessions via whiteboard, and part of the appeal of Monday was that it reduced our need for other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows me to reduce the number of apps my team uses so that we can do more unified work within one platform. This helps us to boost productivity and reduces the need to chase down information for projects.
