What do you like best about the product?
It is easy, sharable, and customizable. We have experienced the benefits to integrate Monday.com with other apps and the result is amazing. It seems that they know our needs. They are always optimizing their service and launching new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are some trouble loading boards that have a lot of information. A live chat with the support team would be great. Can you add other levels to group your boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been great. We have the option to plan better our social media and track our budget. We have integrated it with Facebook and Google in order to have all information in one place.

Learn first how to use it and how much can it do for your team.

Monday makes my home office life much easier and optimized

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the way Monday makes my home office life much easier. The way it connects to other plataforms such as Slack keep my team up to date about agendas, deliverables, deadlines, turnovers etc. To me the best feature is the scheduling. In addition, the possibility of indicating the status of the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. As a point of attention, I would like to recommend everybody take a time to immerse into the plataform. It will make your day much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Monday solve is organizing different tasks to different team buddies and being able to track the steps. I can easily access the time each task is taking or when my team will be available etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dont be lazy! I would like to recommend everybody take a time to immerse into the plataform. It will make your day much easier.

A management software solution I can't live without!

What do you like best about the product?
Where do I begin... I love everything about this tool. It organizes, manages and allows team members to collaborate on jobs while keeping everything all in one place. Our teams know exactly who is working on what job, and when it is due and at year end we can run some KPI's to see how we did. I also love how easy it is to find sample boards to build from.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be sometimes overwhelming to get all the boards linked together and running smoothly. There is a lot of flexibility and tools to use, I just need to find time to implement them. Not sure why it took us so long to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently don't have any problems. If I ever had a question, or couldn't find what I was looking for, a quick email and someone what prompt in finding me a solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Having used monday over the past few years in varying capacities, I can say without a doubt it is the most robust software you can find. The somewhat recent additions of subitems and automations have been game-changing. It allows for transparency across all departments and projects, and ensures clarity of ownership and next steps so nothing gets lost in translation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most recent update is a bit more visually clunky, however it does make it easier to see smaller functional tools that were hidden before. It would be helpful to set reminders on certain items that don't necessarily have deadlines to ensure projects move forward even when they're on the back burner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency across departments, ownership, and next steps. Also having the ability to customize buttons based on the board is great. We've also found it super helpful that we can pull in data across different boards into a single calendar board for reference. Overall monday has been an integral part in overhauling and maintaining our project management processes.

What do you like best about the product?
We recently started using this tool and it really has helped keep us on track. We use this as a collaborative tool to ensure we're always up to date and completing tasks as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We also use the mobile experience - which we love - but I think it could be improved a bit with some easier UX. Otherwise, we really don't have any complaints. Its been a great asset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration was a huge struggle and this has really helped. This also helped get a full understanding of everything we have going on at one time. We use it daily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that you create a better customer service team. Getting questions answered does take some time and it would be great to get quicker responses.

What do you like best about the product?
I work at a Digital Marketing Agency and the Monday user interface is awesome! It's consistently reliable and almost never fails to do what we need from it. Our agency has completely transformed our workflow ever since adopting the platform! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's not much I can think of that Monday isn't efficient for. Any time we run into some sort of issue, the customer service is right there to help us with anything we need!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been incredible for facilitating workflow between departments and it minimizes unnecessary emails. We used to all have very cluttered inboxes before Monday and ever since we adopted the platform, it's been a huge help! Things rarely fall through the cracks!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth a try. We started the platform on a trial and quickly decided to sign up for the whole suite of benefits; we haven't looked back since!

What do you like best about the product?
Having one place to track and view workload as a team and individually has been so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the only downside is that there are so many ways to use it, it can be overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of tracking our workload and ensuring fairness across the team. We can see what everyone is working on in one place, and with variations in boards, we can track different types of work and with different teams.

Look at all the use cases on the website to help you with a template that works best for your team.

What do you like best about the product?
What don't I like about Monday? Monday has made my life so much better, I am more efficient, it's easy to use, improves communication between my team and I....the list goes on and on. Love the flexibility to customize based on our needs and so much more
What do you dislike about the product?
hmmm, I can't think of anything that I dislike. All of my needs are met and I can't think of anything else that Monday could do to improve the program. I appreciate the program and the support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I are more efficient and our tasks occur more quickly as Monday sends an email to us all when updates are made on tasks or tasks are done. It's easy to use which in turn means less time spent creating new boards, customizing templates to suit our needs,and has improved our team communication ....the list goes on d on.

Buy it now and begin using it. It will change your life

What do you like best about the product?
Automation across the boards and integrations are amazing. The best part is that it's very easy and simple to set up, whatever the team size or number of processes, it can be streamlined effectively. I have used other PM tools but non are like monday.com, it seems very adoptive and evolving to new user requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat feature is missing, though integrating with Slack resolves this but a built-in platform or Slack inside the monday.com might look better. Email feature is just ok, can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketing agency, we were struggling with managing daily tasks and losing track of communication, files and assets. Most of the team was going beyond working hours due to waiting time on feedback, content and updates. The work pressure used to accumulate at the tail end of the working month. With monday.com everything is organized, tasks are assigned to relavant team members, better communication and everyone has great visibility of how things are progressing. Now work is completed on or even before time. Working really well for us.
