A delightful experience with a super flexible tool

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is extremely flexible and it doesn't hide all the features behind a gazillion paywalls. The UX is fantastic, I sometimes create boards and track projects just because I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
When the boards get really long and with many different columns the performance gets a bit worse. I could definitely use a better laptop, but it feels like the web app gets quite clunky when dimensions grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small charity with tons of moving parts and a small team, which means we always juggle several projects at the same time. We need to be extra careful with our project management and Monday has been able to help us manage projects better and more collaboratively, and that's particularly amazing as not all of our team members are tech-savvy

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Monday.com is the ease of use its interface provides. Me and my team had little to no problems learning how to use the platform and start utilizing its features right away. Other project management software usually has a bigger learning curve until you can properly use it to its full potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I ran into while using the platform was transferring tasks from one board to the next. The problem is that the task I'm transferring needs to include all the same column details to move to the next board seamlessly. Not a huge deal if you are shifting a task between to seperate teams in the same department but shifting a task from the Designers board to the Developers board didn't go through soo well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My workplace had a problem where we had a lot of tasks to accomplish per week but some of them were getting forgotten and not completed. Monday allowed me to have a space where I can see what my team has going on and track their progress on each task.

What do you like best about the product?
As a digital marketing expert, when I looked for a CRM tool I knew what to look for, and was surprised to find Monday gave me the best solution. Combined with the powerful team management tools they are known for and a good dashboard, it's the one-stop system we need. Also, automations are super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some calculations are still complicated to find or implement. The dashboard needs diving into to learn how to make meaningful insights. But honestly, I keep recommending Monday because we really enjoy it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A super agile CRM system.

Automated reminders - nothing gets forgotten.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Monday is that I can have all of my tasks in one place.
I also love the prioritizing feature, so that I can keep track of what needs to be done first if multiple things need to be done by the same deadline.
For a forgetful person like me, it's a lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday on the browser is not very optimized. Slow, and laggy at times.
However, when I learned of the laptop app, I was blown away! Fast, responsive, etc.

I'd like to have the browser version work better if possible in the event that I cannot get to the app!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped me keep my mind free of clutter. I'm sure we've all experienced the "Oh my gosh I have so much to do and I don't even know where to start...." type of workdays.
Monday gets rid of this for you in a blink. It keeps me level headed and helps me deal with the stress of a busy workday.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Quit the headaches, and get Monday! Monday will keep everything you need in order and keep your team ready!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about monday.com is that it is easy to manage the tasks that need to be done, from high to low priority. The status of each task is so visible that you never will miss doing it. Moreover, the convenience of responding to each task that you want your superior/manager to update is so easy. The main workspace is also easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of the moment, I haven't experienced anything that is less functional in this program. I only thought if from this program we can also send meeting invitations using this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The monday.com customer service provides quality and helpful responses especially when the system is down or a little bit slow. Yes, in my observance the business performance has increased since we start using this tool.

Monday.com is a perfect tool for a growing company.

Keep your team organized!

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is great at keeping our team organized! We have weekly standup meetings and it helps us all to be aware of the tasks we're all working on. The options for setup of the boards is very flexible and that lends itself to the unique jobs of everyone in our marketing department.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main dislike of monday.com is that there are sometimes features I'd like to use that can seem very basic, but require an upgrade. I realize this is pretty typical of software now, but simple tasks like summing a column aren't in the midgrade account we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small team, but we are always working on multiple projects with our different subsidiaries. We were having trouble keeping track of projects and how we needed to assist each other. monday.com has fixed this issue by organizing and assigning tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used monday.com at two different organizations and after trialing many solutions this is the solution I've recommended twice. If you're looking for software to organize tasks and keep you on schedule, monday.com is a great solution!

A game changer for daily efficiency and project management!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps us navigate through multiple projects in a very efficient way that no spreadsheet can beat. We started using it with one of our vendors on a website development project and enjoyed working with it so much we decided to subscribe ourselves.
It helps not only with project management and daily tasks but also with budget management by "hacking" existing features. It's very easy to use and available templates really help with starting from something that can apply to your own need.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few crashes from time to time which gets a bit annoying when your workflow doesn't respond, but the Monday team is always keen to help and turnarounds are very quick to respond.
Sometimes a little un-flexible but that is comprehensible with such a powerful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time collaboration with messaging tool that saves us from (too) many e-mails.
It helps us with multiple websites and social media handles updates tracking, and calendar management.
A real time-saver overall and a great way to manage projects with multiple stakeholders
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simply try it first and you won't be able to go back! If you are looking to gain efficiency within your team or your company it's quite quick and easy to understand and the free trial should help you get an idea of how powerful it is.

User-Friendly and Makes Task Management Fun

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to design boards, dashboards, and more that fit your team's needs. Monday.com makes it easy to learn the basics, but if you need more, they make it extremely easy to find the info you need. Also, the new Monday.com Community website has been a life saver! If you're looking for a product that lets you manage nearly any task your marketing team needs, this is the tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there aren't roles in-between admin and user. It would be great if I could be the admin of my team's workspace, but I don't need to be a full admin. This way I can still help my team with their boards without being listed as an owner, or if a team member leaves and I wasn't a board owner, I can still edit their board. Also, automations can get a little wonky, and sometimes it takes them quite a bit to process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team needed an easy solution to optimize our task management. We grew from a team of 5 to a team of almost 20 in less than a year, so it was imperative that we created processes that were stable. Monday.com really helped us to create processes for our team that are trustworthy; however, if we ever need to change or update those processes, Monday.com is so flexible that you can edit your processes whenever.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely look into the training and videos that Monday.com has available. They are super helpful in learning how to use the product. Also, sign up for their community so you can interact with other Monday.com users.

The best tool to boost daily productivity

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very versatile tool that allows the integration of the entire work team to track tasks on a day-to-day basis. It allows a specific configuration of tasks and processes depending on the need of a team. Assigning tasks and subtasks and being able to delegate to different people is essential to define responsibilities and execute a more detailed follow-up of each one and of those responsible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is really very good in terms of usability and scope. However, when it comes to integrations with third parties or searching for specific tasks by project, it tends to be a bit tedious if you have a large number of tasks and subtasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to divide a complex process into different tasks and assign people responsible for each one. For example, the entire process of creating advertising campaigns. From campaign conception to execution, going along with copy generation and creativities, it tends to be a breeze with Monday.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a no-brainer. I really think it is the best tool for team productivity right now. To carry out day-to-day tasks or execute projects in the medium and long term.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps me keep tasks organized and coordinated. I love the automations, which allow me to set reminders automatically for deadlines. It's the best project management software I've used!
