Centralized and Efficient, But Needs More Integrations

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact it stores everything in one place for us. Helps us work smarter and faster. Customer Support is helpful especially when it's a simple thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more integrations out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Make us sing from the same hymn sheet - we're all aligned.

Powerful Workflow Automation, But Reconfiguring Can Be Tricky

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to set up automations on Workflows, the number of features and the organisational features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to re-configure once Workflows have been built
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to create a more standardized approach to project management which we didn't have before, making it easier to track projects across the organisation and providing greater transparency.

All-in-One Project Management with Great Visuals, But Manual Revision Scheduling Needed

What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place. Also, all the automations are great! But the best part are the timelines and calendar format as clients can see the project plan in a very visual format and understand the needs for completing each stage in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a creative team, our projects often require multiple revisions. While we can set up an automatic timeline based on the project category, we still have to enter the revisions manually. The automation currently doesn't recognize when to schedule the next person for the second or third version, which means we need to handle that part ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All information in one place that everyone can access. Automated briefing forms, and reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive system which can be tailored for any need. The support services are truly fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with colleagues outside of core teams is a challenge. Would be ideal to have a lower level of membership - viewer plus - which allows them to engage with a limited number of columns (e.g., simply comment and select status).

Project management for cross-team initiatives (e.g., tenders)

Flexible and Intuitive, But Complex Setups Need Workarounds

What do you like best about the product?
Relatively intuitive for new users to pick up. Very flexible Lego kit of building blocks that you can create pretty much any business operation or process. Well connected to other tools and systems such as Make and Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
You may need to find some work arounds when you start to introduce complexity to your processes or move beyond things that are out of the box. AI developments are probably to soon to be entirely useful within a corporate, enterprise or regulated environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business workflows and processes. Bringing in data from other sources. Reducing manual work and improving efficiencies through automation.

Powerful Workflow Automation, But Struggles with Large Datasets

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create clean Workflows to process lots of complex data through each process stage. Automations are really useful to reduce manual input and data entry mistakes.

We found that building new boards and rolling out new projects very straight forward and quick to do. The use of dashboards has been really useful to visualize highlight data.
What do you dislike about the product?
If working with large datasets the platform can be quite slow or fall over/not save updates. We also find the webhook integrations and automations can stop working with no reason.

Dashboards are good at displaying high level data, but struggle if connected to large-scale boards or have too many widgets.

It would be good if some of the minor QoL enhancements which are supported by third party apps should be rolled into Monday as native enhancements, for example, the ability to convert a formula value into a data value. There seems to be a focus to build the future but not so much focus on polishing up the present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has reduced a lot of manual processing, made it clearer to multiple teams where projects are on or off track and helping to build a consistent and centralized approach to data collection and management

What do you like best about the product?
This software is easy to learn, yet it offers a wealth of features and endless options for customisation to suit your needs. While some of its functions can be replicated using standard office software, those alternatives rarely achieve the same level of elegance and usually require more time to accomplish similar tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar could really use a proper annual view feature. I also haven't been able to set up a recurring yearly task for a specific date other than January 1st, which is limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps our team stay organised, allowing us to plan ahead efficiently. It also makes it easier to assign tasks fairly and generate clear, easy-to-understand reports for leadership.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how each aspect of the platform speaks to one another. From creating items from docs and automating dashboards directly from boards, everything is super streamlined for accurate data across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to pull features from each product into a custom built solution!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of high level and low level items was a challenge I've experienced when working with multi-faceted projects and clients. monday solves this by keeping everything in clear view, with even more options to stay on top of everything.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it is a single source of truth for all our current projects. The updates function means complete visibility for all team members. Automations and workflows are also a great feature that drive greater efficiency. The user interface is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. I rate it 10/10!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I have been a user for a year and it has transformed the way I work. I would find it extremely difficult to manage projects without it!
