Intuitive UX with Stellar Productivity Boost
What do you like best about the product?
I love the UX, especially the new Sidekick tool. It's intuitive, and I would say it's best in class for general user experience over any app I've used. Setting up the boards used to be a pain, but now it's painless, which is a great use of AI. I use monday Work Management a lot more now, and the initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Teams is a bit clunky. Also, it would be nice if you could have different formats of boards on the same page as this changes with different groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management lets us work collaboratively across time zones on complex projects, boosting productivity and making it easy to spot project blockages.

monday Work Management is an excellent platform for organizing projects, tracking work, and keeping teams aligned in one place. The interface feels clean, flexible, and easy to customize. With boards, automations, dashboards, and templates, it’s straightforward to build workflows that reflect how a team actually operates. It supports both structured project planning and everyday task coordination, and the clear visibility into ownership, deadlines, and progress helps reduce bottlenecks. Integrations with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and other productivity platforms also make it easier to centralize updates and improve execution across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the platform is highly flexible, it can take time to design the “right” structure for boards and workflows, especially for new teams. Without careful setup and ongoing management, boards can expand quickly and start to feel cluttered or harder to navigate. Also, some of the more advanced features—such as deeper automations, permissions, or reporting—may be limited to higher-tier plans, which can increase costs for larger teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I love monday Work Management. I love how I can organize my files in a way that I need to or the way that it's easy to access. I can break it up into categories that I need to access. I work in sales, and whether I'm looking for auto sales or construction sales, it's all separated into files that I can access easily. The initial setup was really easy, and I find it beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning all of the different categories and locations. It's not that it's hard. I just gotta get better at knowing where everything is.

monday Work Management keeps my work very organized, allowing me to categorize files for easy access, which helps in sales tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that monday Work Management is very easy to use. I can easily use it on both my phone and computer, which is super convenient. The user-friendly design makes everything a lot easier. It's also great that it's easy to organize, especially when dealing with customers that have multiple locations. I can report whether I met with corporate or individual locations without any hassle. The setup was very easy to learn, and I've found it to be the most efficient CRM tool I've used.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy and user-friendly platform with flexibility to adapt to any workflow. The automations and workflow options are helpful for reminders, notifications, and board maintenance.

The reporting is simple. I wish there were more nuanced reporting options. Reports and Dashboards are essentially the same.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into work and streamlining operations. We've moved team members from Excel and other tracking documents to boards, which improved efficiency and the general work of the team through automation reminders, triggers, etc. We've also automated and leveraged the forms for a number of intake processes and client interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday work management helps our team save the time we need and meet the requested KPIs. It also allows us to take on additional tasks within the time we’ve saved. Overall, our operations run more smoothly, which makes it easier to adapt to any obstacle or change in the work process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m missing the standard pivot table functionality I’m used to in Microsoft Excel. I’ve also noticed what seems to be a limit when selecting more than 500 lines, which makes it harder to work with larger datasets. On top of that, we need more options for managing each board’s sub-items so we can handle and operate them more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work management has really enabled our team to stop relying on multiple Excel sheets and bring all of our workflows into one place, where every team member has the option to edit and contribute. In most cases, we can also reduce internal email correspondence and collaborate directly via monday instead.
Highly Customizable but Needs Better Initial Guidance
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Status bar and how it is endlessly customizable. I also appreciate how you can link workspaces with apps in the monday marketplace, basically tailoring your monday to suit your needs down to the smallest detail. I think the notification system works very well and has been essential to ensure timeliness on our tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a clone feature, so one workspace's board could be cloned onto another workspace with live updates, but each is only visible in its respective workspace. There are apps that do this, but I'd prefer it as a native feature. The initial setup was a bit challenging since we weren't sure how to configure it for our business. More industry-specific guidance would help make the first days with monday quicker and more effective.

I like the intuitive interface of monday Work Management, which allows me to use the basic tools in a simple and quick way. This is especially useful when new people join the team, as there is no need for training on the tool. I also appreciate that monday Work Management offers more features for managing projects compared to Trello.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it very complex to make the connections between boards in monday Work Management. It could be simpler. Additionally, I found the integration with Outlook difficult. I also found the initial setup a bit complicated. Therefore, my team only uses the basic tools.

Allow me to see the delivery deadlines and organize myself among many demands.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management is user-friendly, allowing me to efficiently manage my project tasks and each phase of my projects. I can easily update tasks and tag team members for updates when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
attaching multiple documents can be confusing, as it becomes difficult to distinguish which document is needed. This often leads to accidentally opening the wrong document. It would help to have clearer labeling or organization to avoid this issue.

It really boosts my productivity and improves my time management. By creating different boards for each project, I can easily track and manage everything efficiently.
