What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com gives me the power to be aware of my tasks and not worry about missing out on anything.
As a manager i manage my team and their accountability pretty much with ease.

What do you dislike about the product?
None! Can't think of anything which is a mess in here!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When your are aware of everything, your work gets visibility. Monday is all about awareness.
Monday is very user friendly. You are able to shape the software exactly how you need it.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Monday is it's versatility. The software is able to be built to your needs and preferences. It is easy to collaborate with people on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some parts of it still in the process of being built by the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us streamline processes. Especially working for a nonprofit, it helps us communicate much easier with everyone and create automations to allow us to focus our time on more important things.

It very easy to use, I like that I can use it from my phone, it has a lot of integrations that are very useful to be organizd and I LOVE Automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more freedom when working with the automations and dashboards. Would love to be able to add formulas for things to work and I would like for automations to allow me to do OR, instead of only using AND.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we work in a fully remote company with pretty diverse timezones, the possibility of having all of our info where everybody can work on it and be updated in real time is amazing. Excellent collaboration tool.

Ensuring we all remember to use rather than e mailing.

Allows us to be consistent on event planning so we do not miss important steps

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday.com every day as part of a small team, developing software and managing support. It's a great way to share data, plan projects and keep track of progress. Access can be controlled, so we can have a 'workspace' that is visible to both the team and the client, with controls in place to only share what's needed for each party.
Help is always available, so when I've had questions, I've been able to get answers, even if it was for something that proved to a daft question, it was still answered in a friendly way.

What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to get your head around how it works, and in reality, I've no doubt I have more to learn and understand, as it's such a wide-ranging tool, which is being constantly developed. It can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but the system does guide you to a degree, and with a bit of experimentation, it doesn't take too long to get it working for you.

It allows our team to collaborate on development and deployment of software, using easy to manage workflows, task assignment and communication methods, with full visibility for all involved, including the customer for the elements we need them to see

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and editable features to adjust each boar to your liking or needs. The AI function helps a lot to adjust things when you don't know exactly how to get thing done since it has plenty of features
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of so many functions. I probably don't get to use even 20% of its full capacity, but I still love the program. Also, the phone version of it sometimes doesn't update as often as needed and the info sometimes doesn't get safe if you try to do it quick

Help me store vital information and keep track of important matters. The integrated formulas help me find necessary data instantly and keep it organized

What do you like best about the product?
Creating tasks, updating and uploading files/assets is easy. I work with it every day and never had any major issues. My employers rely on it for basically all our admin and documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit slow sometimes and recently went into maintenance in the middle of the day

Managing tasks and time scales for projects.
Boosting our business
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very clear and understandable system for daily tasks, and monthly projects. We could integrate it to our website, so leads come directly to one of our boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't mention any dislikes about it. Errors were there, but they have been corrected. Support was very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday it was a big challenge to organize our tasks and the communication with our customers.
A Great Tool For Team Management
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to move items to different groups and boards easily and being able to duplicate tasks that are repeated often.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find that the platform does glitch sometimes and we have experienced downtime fairly often.

It is streamlining assigning work and team communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, easy to create or build off templates. I have used Monday for 4+ years now. I work in Live Events- tech, trade, concerts and festivals. I use Monday for all my project planning, tracking and in post. It is my go to over any other platform.

No complaints at all. ease of use and to train
