This functionality is instrumental in helping me plan my work, daily activities, and personal goals efficiently. Additionally, I introduced monday Work Management to all my colleagues, which reflects my satisfaction and trust in its capability. The initial setup was smooth, confirming its user-friendly nature, and I find the integration with WhatsApp beneficial for staying organized and connected.

For instance, by automating emails to candidates and setting up reminders for health boards, I can streamline these repetitive tasks, enhancing efficiency. The straightforward initial setup also adds to the overall ease of use, making it a seamless addition to our existing systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the dashboards in monday Work Management could be more customizable. They currently lack the flexibility needed for more complex data analysis and presentation. Additionally, the absence of advanced data cleaning features limits my ability to refine and manipulate data effectively. More sophisticated graphing options that can handle multiple data sets are also needed to better support comprehensive reporting and visual analysis.

Additionally, the process of making documents doesn't feel intuitive, which suggests that it may need an upgrade or different version to improve usability. The initial setup is also not as straightforward as it could be, deserving only a five out of ten in terms of ease. Once the setup is complete, using the tool becomes easier, but the initial steps could be streamlined.

At the moment, we need to manually update due dates whenever tasks are repeated, which can become quite time-consuming, particularly when handling several projects at once. Introducing this feature would greatly simplify our workflow and save significant time for teams like ours that depend on recurring tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve realized that one feature I find lacking is the ability to have due dates automatically update for recurring tasks. It would be extremely useful to have an option where you can set a task to repeat, and then have its due date automatically move according to the recurrence schedule. For instance, if I set a task to repeat every week, I’d like the due date to update each time the task recurs, so I don’t have to change it manually.

I appreciate the way we can provide transparency and collaboration across departments when completing multi-team projects. It's easy to understand what needs to be done, and who's doing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to get all of the linking and workflows configured the first time when using Monday. Developing a good template isn't trivial the first time around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small organisation with many teams working across multiple projects at the same time. Monday helps us keep track of what needs to be done, and who's doing it.

I appreciate the user interface and the versatility of monday Work Management, which allows me to easily build whatever I need without much hassle. The initial setup process was very easy, enabling me to get started quickly. I find the platform immensely useful for managing my workflow in both the slaughterhouse and as a CRM. Its ability to sync information between field results, customer orders, and billings is invaluable for my operations. Furthermore, the platform’s integration capabilities are impressive; I successfully use monday Work Management in conjunction with Engini, to sync with my Israeli ERP, Priority, which Pipedrive could not achieve. Overall, these features not only enhance my productivity but also streamline processes that are crucial for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes experience issues with automations lagging or not working temporarily, which happens quite frequently. Additionally, I'm frustrated that the automations I create on the computer do not consistently work on the mobile app.
