Using Monday made the communication in the office so much better

The ability to see the progress of each job as its happening

I've been using Monday for almost 8 months and haven't found anything I didn't like about it. It's just so easy to use

Keeps everyone on the same page and the job moving along without any hiccups

What do you like best about the product?
With work/life being so hectic, Monday.com takes away the stress of having to remember it all. With Monday.com I never have that feeling of "what am I forgetting...".

What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can feel a little clunky, the user experience isn't as sleek as it can be. Notifcations don't seem to be consistent and can either show in my notifcations or inbox with no rhythm or reason as to what made them go into one or the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of my work and ensuring that all work is completed on time. I also use it as a project management tool, so I can quickly and easily see where everyone on the team is up to in the project without having to check with them.
A great product for team communication and efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I like the transparency that this app gives you. For organizing teams and communication, this is paramount, yet you can still keep your private work private. I was using a combination of excel, microsoft project, google sheets and email prior to this and for the vast majority of tasks, Monday replaces them all.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I was being picky I would say that some of the automations can be a bit more of a hindrance than a help, for example, the two way google calendar integration can be tricky with the dates when they are changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped me solve a communication and information sharing issue which was hampering my team's performance. This has also consolidated the training that I need to provide to my team as I can now focus on just training my staff on Monday allowing us to go more in-depth with the program.

Give it a go, I am sure you will not look back

The in-app email system saves a lot of time and it is effortless. Also, the tracking of my timed assignments makes invoicing so much easier.

Nothing I can think of right now I haven't really come across something

Great product for our small nonprofit
What do you like best about the product?
There are several reasons why our organization chose Monday.com for project management needs: cost, training, ease of use. It was a great price for us, and had many of the features of more expensive pieces of software. The training and resources (self-guided) are very intuitive to find and implement. Our staff is comprised of all ages and comfort levels with tools, and everyone has been able to successfully onboard to Monday.com. It is easy to use. The biggest plus? It has provided thorough documentation for all of our processes, which is essential for succession planning!
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite part of Monday.com is the name. It is sometimes confusing to colleagues when you ask, "did you check Monday?" Or, "can you toss that on Monday?" Our workaround is referring to it as MondayDC or spelling out MondayDotCom. I also felt I was getting way too many email notifications at first, but it was very easy to customize that process in settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization had no central place where all assets and processes were stored and documents. Monday.com now serves as that hub. Since becoming a remote organization, we use Google docs all the time. Google docs works seamlessly with Monday.com and allows us to store docs, organize docs, and find docs faster. It's also cut down on many internal meetings and emails.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very organized from Pre-production until you finished the project. Every detail is there and it is easy to learn or to adapt the feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have dislike about website. For me even it's your first time using it, you can learn it in about a minute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By solving the in order dates. From start to finish.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, I love that my team can all work together on a project and break down what each person needs to be accomplishing. I LOVE the due dates section and always feel so good that all of our conversations about the topic can be in one spot to tag each other in. We can work together in a way that can streamline where our 'hang ups' are without losing so much time on an issue. I'd recommend anyone to use this for task-oriented projects with their team members. :) GREAT JOB, MONDAY!
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to figure out that you didn't need to get an email for every issue that you're tagged in. I think this should be something that is within the easy tutorials of the software at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
YOUTUBE IS LIFE! Although I YouTube most things when I have questions. Monday does a great job reviewing the step-by-step processes there!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Monday is the ability to tag my co-workers when I write on a board. After I tag them it not only provides notifications on my Monday dashboard, but it also sends an email to my co-workers alerting them that they have been mentioned
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to find previous notes, mentioned or activities done on Monday. Most of the time I have to search archives of recent boards, the search bar would be a better way to try and identify past events to reference
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of multi-department communication with Monday. Monday allows our notes and requests to be tailor-made for each department so everyone gets the info they need. The benefits we realized are that as we grow we have a robust form of communication to keep things organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go with Monday if communication is an issue, just make sure you stick with it at first!

Monday has kept our organization moving in the right direction. I personally use the Last Updated Feature and tagging features in the automation process.

It can be cumbersome to start but once you do, and get it in the right fit for your company, you'll thrive.

We've been able to use Monday to help remote work inefficiencies and how we can adapt to making things work properly for people all over the nation.
