User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
If you need a project management platform, turn to Monday.com. With plenty of ways to integrate with other apps and services and very quick setup, Monday.com is a great choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see my flexibility with setting up automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has empowered my teams to execute together with speed and accountability, driving to successful outcomes faster. Also, I can manage projects, portfolios, and resources with a holistic view across all lines of business to increase flexibility and agility while we deliver value fast to our customers.
Monday Matters
What do you like best about the product?
The opportunity to collaborate and include deadlines and trackable accountability is highly valued in any organization. I have yet to see any other tool that offers the quantity and quality of features that Monday does.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our organization has so many Monday pulses that it gets difficult to find the one you're looking for when you need it. Is it possible to automatically tag the user and everyone connected to each pulse every time an update is given? I shouldn't have to tag everyone (@name) every time I make a comment in a pulse to ensure that they get a notification of the update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I stated earlier, the ability to track comments and hold people accountable to deadlines is super valuable to each department in our organization. Setting deadlines and receiving auto-reminders is a great feature as well. I also like using Monday for meeting agendas and adding the timer feature as a column to keep us moving forward in our discussions promptly.
Monday: the tool I never knew I needed
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Monday is how customizable it is. You can build the tool in a way that actually helps you get your work done more efficiently, rather than adding to your existing workload. Having used multiple project management tools, not feeling like Monday adds more work to my plate is the best feeling!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were possible to add more than one level of subitems within each item because sometimes complex projects have detailed tasks that I think could be managed well in this way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a fully remote organization, Monday is solving communication problems across the board. Instead of communicating about work via email, Slack, text, phone calls, and more, we now keep conversations (questions, ideas, updates, files, etc.) directly next to where everything else related to that project is also kept. This ensures nothing is lost, that everyone is on the same page, and that the rest of our staff not directly involved in specific tasks can still follow ongoing projects as they progress.
Our organization has realized that we were not operating at our full potential before. Now, we can clearly see what is taking up most of our time, the varying avenues each staff member is pursuing, the overlap and gaps between programs, and more. We also have a way to track different internal and external documents associated with projects, a way for employee forms and processes to be organized and expanded upon, and it forced us to re-evaluate our organizational structure.

Monday Does It Best!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Automations and Integrations features of this tool. You can automate just about everything from dates, to reminders, to items moving between groups. The Integrations let you connect your Monday boards to many other services such as Slack, Google, Mailchimp, Outlook, Facebook, SurveyMonkey, Google Calendar, Gmail, and tons many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there is a limit on the number of Labels I can add within the "Status" column type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has truly helped our company get more organized and be more on top of everything. We are able to complete audits more efficiently due to the Integrations feature being able to send us emails/Slacks for reminders on follow-ups. Teams that work in different parts of the country can collaborate on boards to get more done more efficiently.
monday.com is user-friendly and I recommend it
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is super user-friendly. It's a simple interface, and every person on my team can use it without prior knowledge. It's beneficial to keep track of everything, and I don't know of any competitors, but it's better than just a calendar tracker.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike. I can't think of anything. Sometimes the linking to Slack doesn't work seamlessly, but it usually flows just fine. It's a simple platform, so it doesn't need much improvement. If there were a goal to add more on, it would require more work, but as an activity tracker for my Marketing team, it works perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My Marketing team can keep track of our work all in one place. It's helpful to be able to communicate tasks and leave comments to show productivity. It allows us to see what each person is doing.
A revelation for creative projects
What do you like best about the product?
It's constantly being updated, which means our usage can evolve at a natural pace. The integrations are super handy for the other platforms and software we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing immediately springs to mind...I think I'd really be reaching to try and find a major negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping creative projects relevant and productive whilst working remotely - also it's improved individual team members' engagment with their projects as they can visualise the scope in a way that suits them
The perfect platform for work management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday's interface is spot on. The user experience in my opinion is flawless and the platform is very convenient. They have plenty of features which I'm sure I am yet to discover.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I've had every need answered by the product and it truly makes your business life easier, especially for bigger teams. When the platform offers countless possibilities, even more than you thought you needed, that's when you know you got it right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We communicate tasks solely through monday in my company. It takes away the need of countless emails and chat messages and puts everything in one place. My team is able to follow my work as I go along, and I am able to receive tasks effortlessly.

It's a perfect tool really.

Intuitive Automation, Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability of monday Work Management to automate business processes, which is essential for our internal operations. The easy integration with third parties, such as APIs and tools like Zapier, allows us to enhance existing automations. I find the platform easy and intuitive to set up, even with basic guides. The versatility and scalability under a single license are fantastic, and I consider it an excellent tool with extensive support.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I would change is to have native automation that allows me to copy and paste data between boards or from an item to a sub-item, or from a sub-item to an item. Also, the ability to copy data from a formula field to a text field. I consider this a significant weakness and believe that this functionality should not be left to third parties. Strengthening this aspect would make the platform much more versatile and interesting to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday Work Management to automate internal processes, such as payroll and requests, improving efficiency. It facilitates the reception and sending of emails for processes that require approval and integrates easily with Google and Slack, optimizing project management and team availability.

monday.com has adpated and changed over the years finding better solutions to help keeping businesses organized and functioning like well oiled machines.
I really appreciate that when I came to them with a question about a feature, they politely let me know this feature wasn't available at that time and they were working on it. That feature is now available and makes how I use Monday more efficient. Thanks for being open to new things!

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that have been removed that were absolutely necessary to how we organized files within boards. The Info Box feature is greatly missed and we haven't been able to find other solutions to replace this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping our team with communication issues. We can keep all information organized and available to everyone at any given time, allowing us to answer questions between departments without bugging others all day. All the info is at your fingertips.
