A very useful tool for any business. our entire office use it daily.
What do you like best about the product?
I like best that We can edit how we want to use it in so many ways. Track sales leads, work progress on many levels. I even used it to organize our Christmas party.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only con is sometimes i find it hard to navigate to different boards but that could just be my.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have created a check-off list and gathering point for every construction job, so multiple users can log in edit status and see what progress each job is at no matter where they are, from staff in the field to workers in the office. I even use it for myself to track my sales and Christmas party list.
Aesthetically Pleasing Tool for Great Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
User interface looks great and makes it easy to use. My company is able to organize projects and loop everyone involved. We also keep directories and contact information available to all who need it as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Originally my review said I wanted more organization and they have added that in since I made my previous review! There are so many things to do with Monday and it keeps improving so I don't have anything negative at the forefront to say.

Project management, To-Do lists by team, Training platforms, Contact information available to all in the company, updated easily and by multiple users in case something is missed by another

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to use, and easy to get solutions if there are bumps. The open access to workflows, documents, and projects has made it easier for our school to function and increased the efficiency of our admin staff.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Perhaps, the default notifications are set to notify all users with each update. You'll have to turn it off so it doesn't overwhelm the new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Monday to create workflows that will enable all new staff to onboard in a shorter period, and with less training. Our staff are onsite a few days a week and work the rest from home. Monday enables us to be transparent about progress and communicate easily in our model.

Customizable, Client-Friendly, and Extremely Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I love using monday Work Management for its highly customizable boards that align perfectly with our business processes. The ability to record everything and keep all information centralized in one place enhances visibility significantly, which is important for someone like me who is visually oriented. I also appreciate the capability to set deadlines and record the dates when tasks are completed, which streamlines invoicing and helps maintain clear organization. Furthermore, the platform's automation features are fantastic, as they simplify routine tasks and reduce administrative time. Our clients find great value in being able to track job progress and leave comments in one cohesive space rather than sifting through numerous emails. The simple initial setup was a breeze for me as I've been using monday for several years, and I have never faced any issues. Overall, these features make it an excellent tool for managing daily operations and client interactions efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to use the mirroring systems on monday Work Management. While the shared board with the client allows for private columns to make internal comments, I'm not entirely confident about the privacy of these comments. I would prefer it to be easier to manage two boards - one private and one shared. The private board should exactly replicate the shared one but allow additional private comments, such as notes on billing or time spent, which the client shouldn't see. I wish this feature were more straightforward to set up, and I could benefit from understanding it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to keep all job-related information in one place, automate task notifications, and improve client collaboration by allowing them to track progress, reducing email clutter and saving admin time.

Monday.com is an accessable and user friendly platform for teams to collaborate over multiple projects, share information, and share timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure about all the "add-ins" or "apps" that can be linked to Monday.com. I have not used them because I feel like Monday.com gives me/us all the platform options we need and the extra apps might be too many "cooks in the kitchen"?

Accessable and easy to update and maintain in real-time. A great platform for our team to collaborate, share information and share timelines.

I love the new Gantt chart view. Easy to update and manipulate.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is extremely helpful to keep organized. I login every workday morning to check in on the tasks/projects that are due that day and the next few days. I was just out on extended leave for 12 weeks, and coming back to a completely organized work load, made the transition back into work SO much easier. 10/10 recommend Monday!

There is nothing I dislike about Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping organized ,having high level projects and the details. Project management and laying out how you would like to organize and start a project can be super difficult and many others like to see projects laid out in a different way than you do. One of the best parts about Monday is being able to share projects, timelines and due dates in different eays - through a calendar, gantt chart, excel spreadsheet, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to see everything and keep everything together! Our team is able to communicate effectively throughout all of our programs. Being able to track progress and collaborate with your team on one platform is valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not run into any major issues. Sometimes creating a board can be confusing just trying to find the best layout!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to communicate more efficiently now. When we started working from home, our communication was lacking. Monday has given us the ability to stay organized and communicate clients' requests and updates on one platform.

Monday is a great way to keep track of daily, weekly, monthly tasks. Monday makes it very easy to communicate with your team and stay organized.
The most user friendly AND the most customizable task management system!
What do you like best about the product?
I think the possibilities are just amazing. I'm not the most technically wired but after the tutorials, I felt like I could create a customized automated system for anyone! I work administration for multiple companies, including my own, and it's so fluid to operate and see everything I need in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't handle the billing aspect of it but from what I know smaller businesses may have harder time finding a plan that's right for them and not paying for features they don't use. For instance, I'm a PA for a self-employed business leadership coach and the plans available for just 1 consultant, and a PA is more than budgeted and also pays for up to 5 users I believe? We wouldn't need that much where the business is at currently, but the benefits monday.com brings is essential. Any way to find a better solution?

Not having to have multiple apps running different tasks. Between calendar, team project management, work log reports, and customer profile management it does everything in one place. We're solving the communication barrier between teams!

Go for it! Don't try to figure it out on your own at first, the tutorials are laid out faster and will answer all of your questions.

What do you like best about the product?
i like the sub task addition as it helps me in dividing a bigger task into smaller sub tasks and managing is much more easier. Moreover, the time tracking feature is great in analyzing the estimation provided by a developer and actual hours tracked. This gives me an insight to see how the developers are performing in their tasks.
Filter is also a great feature and it helps filtering based on number of options. It is the tool that I use everyday. Without its use, its impossible for me to track down the projects. Also, integrating the automation is also great which helps me get notifications for example, whenever a task is near to a review date I added an automation to get the notification 3 days ago.

On mobile application the Activity Log is not available. It should also be available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in seeing the daily tasks which are going to be live on a particular day. Earlier I used to do it through excel sheets and use filters over there. Monday.com has greatly solved this issue of managing excel sheet.
