Glad to be back using Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the user friendly interface of Monday. It's easy to navigate and new team members are able to get up to speed quickly.
I have used a number of different products to help manage projects, and whilst none is perfect the abilty to customise Monday does make it a really good fit for purpose.

What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to reporting, it is good for basic dashboards but it might be nice to have more advanced or customisable reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage our full project management lifecycle - from project request to completion.
A Highly Flexible and Collaborative Platform for Managing Tasks and Leave Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management makes it simple to coordinate team tasks and monitor leave in one central place. The platform is very intuitive — creating boards for task assignments and leave calendars takes just minutes. Custom statuses, date tracking, and notifications make it easy to see who is working on what and when colleagues are off, which really helps with planning and avoiding bottlenecks. The ability to automate routine updates (such as notifying teams when someone books leave) saves time and ensures visibility across the team. Overall, it helps us stay organised and improves accountability without adding complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it works very well for day-to-day task and leave tracking, reporting can be somewhat limited when we need summaries or audit trails, especially across multiple boards. Building consolidated views sometimes requires workarounds or exporting data. Additionally, leave management lacks the more advanced features you might find in dedicated HR systems (e.g. approvals workflows, entitlement calculations), so it’s better suited for simple team-level leave coordination rather than formal HR processes.

Leave and Task Tracking
Monday.com has been a great tool for internal tasking and communication
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and navigate, and the automation process is very smooth. It is also very easy to intergrate with other apps like Slack and Gmail, where I can get notifcations from other peoples task.
Having Monday really makes tasking, managing my own task and makes the whole team workflow smooth.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Monday board's sometimes could get buggy, and don't show all the columns, even if its it available at the main board
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing would be task and project management. This benefits me because I can manage and track tasked to diffrent teams in one singular platform.
Alot of automation to be utilised, and its great.

Monday.com, The Beating Heart of our Business
What do you like best about the product?
As a live CRM with 'All User' access, this platform allows our business to manage almost all of our operations in one place. Then, the versatility of the automations and integrations adds a whole other level to our User Experience. It is responsive, robust and all-round excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some Monday Automations that don't include enough options or actions. Example: Using an 'If - Then - Else' action to create both Items and Subitems in a new board. Monday.com does not have an Automation that includes SUBITEMS.
Monday Version - When STATUS changes to SOMETHING, create an item in NEW Board.
There is no Monday option to include Subitems.
Therefore I had to use the paid Integration 'Subitem Automations' to achieve the Cope and Migration of both ITEMS and SUBITEMS.
This example seems like a simple step that Monday would include, especially within some of the User Account price points.

Managing a very large volume of data (as we are) is fantastically streamlined within the Monday Work Management platform.
Small business, big costumers. And how to keep track.
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small business of 3 people, we design and do production of fashion collections. Monday helps us to keep track of the status of all our garments. Plus our clients can view our boards as a guest, so they always can look at the current status of things, saving time in emailing and communication. Though monday is quite costly for us as a small company, it helps us a lot! Monday also helps us keep track of the small "to do's". Our gen-Z interns descibe Monday as "satisfying" and they pick it up super fast.
Costumer support is always helpfull and easy to reach, which for me is a big plus.

What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the price for us as a small company, and I need to find the time to dive into tasks automatisation and see how we can make even better and more clear boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is that every garment of our collection follows a different timeline, as all pieces of the fabric and production proces can be different. To keep track of this in excel of via email is really hard to do. Monday was the ultimate solution for this. I has a fashion program before, but that wasn't as good in tracking the status of everything.
Efficient and very flexible tool to manage teams and projects

As an agency user who works with Monday every weekday, Monday.com has empowered our workflow with its exceptional design and user experience. The intuitive interface makes navigation very easy, allowing team members to quickly adapt without extensive training.

The ability to create different board types for various project methodologies gives us flexibility without compromising organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform occasionally experiences little hang-ups when inputting new information, requiring refreshes (not losing data-entry).
Also, despite its user-friendly design, Monday.com's sophisticated feature set can overwhelm less tech-savvy clients who may struggle with the learning curve. The abundance of customization options, while beneficial for power users, can create inconsistency across teams without proper governance.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We usually worked with platforms like Trello or Basecamp because we didn't want to get lost in infinite email threads. Monday has proved itself much more efficient as a work and project management tool. It helps us by showing all the project and team info tidily and visually.
Practical and effective
What do you like best about the product?
I like how manageable the tool is. The features are straightforward when I need to set an event. I use it daily but usually set my events once a month. My clients never complained about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about it to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday as a tool to organize and book events (meetings) with many clients. I have an average of 80 or more events booked through Monday per month.
The platform is easy to navigate, also you can label your tasks or other stuffs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Here's also some that I dislike:
1.Pricing Can Be Expensive – Especially for smaller teams or freelancers, the pricing tiers can feel high compared to competitors, particularly since some features are locked behind higher plans.
2.Steep Learning Curve for Advanced Features – While basic use is intuitive, setting up more complex automations or dashboards may require a bit of time and experimentation.
3. Limited Reporting on Lower Plans – Robust analytics and reporting features are only available on higher-tier plans, which may limit data-driven decision-making for smaller users.
4. Notification Overload – Without proper configuration, users can receive too many notifications, which can become overwhelming.
5. Mobile App Limitations – While the mobile app works well for basic tasks, some users find it less smooth or fully functional compared to the desktop experience.
