What do you like best about the product?
Here are some of the features that I like on Monday platform:

1.User-Friendly Design – Its drag-and-drop boards, color-coded statuses, and clean layout make project tracking easy to understand at a glance.

2.Customizable Workflows – You can tailor boards to fit virtually any workflow, whether it’s for marketing, HR, sales, or software development.

3.Automation & Integration – Monday lets you automate repetitive tasks (like sending status updates or due date reminders), and it integrates well with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and more.

4.Team Collaboration – Built-in features like updates, tagging, file sharing, and notifications help teams stay aligned in real time.

5.Templates – Ready-made templates make it quick to set up boards for specific use cases, like campaign planning or onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Here's also some that I dislike:

1.Pricing Can Be Expensive – Especially for smaller teams or freelancers, the pricing tiers can feel high compared to competitors, particularly since some features are locked behind higher plans.

2.Steep Learning Curve for Advanced Features – While basic use is intuitive, setting up more complex automations or dashboards may require a bit of time and experimentation.

3. Limited Reporting on Lower Plans – Robust analytics and reporting features are only available on higher-tier plans, which may limit data-driven decision-making for smaller users.

4. Notification Overload – Without proper configuration, users can receive too many notifications, which can become overwhelming.

5. Mobile App Limitations – While the mobile app works well for basic tasks, some users find it less smooth or fully functional compared to the desktop experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management solves problems like poor visibility, scattered communication, and manual task tracking by offering a customizable, all-in-one platform that streamlines workflows, enhances collaboration, and boosts team efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user friendly and intuitive. There are a lot of capabilities and functionalities, it pretty much does anything I need it to do. I like that it is very easy to modify and customise boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a general user - I can find no obvious flaws in using Monday.com WM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us to have a view on team capacity and workload, in order to effectively schedule and prioritise upcoming pieces of work.

What do you like best about the product?
The site and app are very convenient, accessible with good visibility and lots of easy and neat options to edit and arrange the board the way I want and manage the project my way and with a simple and neat data presentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are shortcomings in the options I want to perform, such as automations that the only way to do them is through an external application at an additional cost.

What do you like best about the product?
The useability of the system is extremely easy to follow once set up. The customer support is always available. There is a great number of features, all of which are very well integrated within each other, this means every time the system is used, it gets easier. I use this on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The colour schemes can be confusing at times & there should be different themes for those with visual impairments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system is putting all of my projects in one place, showing me what I have on my plate to do next. Each project is individually marked depending on the stage which it is at.

it dosent seamlesly connect to google workspace.

What do you like best about the product?
The best features of Monday.com are. It is easy to use for non-technical backgrounds as well. AI automation and integration/implementation are easy. I'm a frequent user of Monday.com, as we are using it to track projects on a daily basis. I have not used customer support much, but my experience with their support team was good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside of Monday.com is that it comes under the expensive pricing range.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem monday.com is solving in our organization is it provides a centralized platform where tasks, status of work, and communication between teams are all in one place, reducing the need to switch between multiple tools and improving team alignment. Also, it allows a lot of automation features that help us to track projects efficiently.

Great, but not without hiccups

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Monday has cleaned up so many of our processes with features that allow us to reduce the number of manual spreadsheets and conversations. The implementation and integration wasn't without hurdles, but some of that was based on the change anxiety of the team. Our team are collaborating in Monday.com everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are clunky and inconsistent. The tools look amazing, but details can become unviewable for no clear reason. It would be great if the colours were consistent and/or different enough from other used colours so that the legend isn't so confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have different spreadsheets for everything, but with Monday.com we've been able to combine and simplify our processes and tools.

Easily track rebates and deal payments

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to record and track rebates and deal payments for our group of stores. We can group them by supplier, category, or however we choose. It allows us to set due dates for follow ups, as well as attach the files or deal sheets to make it easy to follow up on missed payments. Being able to allocate to different staff and also update with notes on each individual item makes it simple to for multiple people to keep track as all comms are centralized.
We use it pretty much daily now to stay on top of payments. It was easy to roll out, and staff who use it have all found it easy to pick up and learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to drag attachments back out of Monday and straight into an email or folder, rather than it just providing a link, or needing to re-download would be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Monday we had a clunky process where individual stores would try to record and follow up on rebates, or it would fall to Head Office staff to put them through. We found a lot of suppliers would forget about payments made after the deal was done and if our staff were not onto it these were missed and we never got them.
Having it centralized in Monday where all the info is recorded and due dates set it made it easy for HO to follow up end of each month and treat as accounts that had payments due. Suppliers also rarely dispute outstanding payments as all the info is still there. Monday also comes across more professionally than an old spreadsheet or note

What do you like best about the product?
Most users can itneract and create their own boards with just little or no tutorial. Because it's so easy to use adoptation is high and people are happy finding their own way to work with Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing information between boards can be hard to set up. The CRM lacks the option (or we've missed it) to let select groups of people see only certain customer profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One central paltform where everyone can see and track their and others work

What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows us to seamlessly collaborate with colleagues and partners across different offices. It also simplifies our project management and makes campaign planning easy to track. Whenever we've faced challenges setting up new boards or encountered issues, both the AI chat and Monday's support team have been incredibly helpful. I spend several hours in Monday every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're not sure if it's due to our setup or internal procedures, but onboarding new team members can sometimes be a bit complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a great overview of our projects and campaign management, but also of internal discussions with the finance team regarding payments and invoices.
