* Allows companies to centralize data, collaboration, and gain agility in the development of their daily activities.
* Ease of use, intuitive
* Prefabricated components that allow linking to workflows addressing current needs in companies (For example: visibility of resource workload, resource availability)
* It is a tool that allows employees of a company to centralize their work and the activities they perform with other colleagues from their same area or others; gaining agility and having data to generate indicators that allow timely decision-making.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about monday Work Management is that, although the platform offers a wide variety of functionalities, there is no centralized, clear, and updated place where all of them can be consulted, organized by category, type of functionality, description, and use cases. This makes it difficult to have a global view of everything that can be done with the tool, especially for new users or administrators who are looking to make the most of the platform without having to explore it in a fragmented way or rely solely on trial and error or technical support.

What do you like best about the product?
This program has completely changed how my company manages projects and Project Managers. It started with only two of using the program and once the rest of the team how efficiently we were working they all jumped on, one by one.
This has allowed our team to streamline tasks, manage multiple projects at a variety of stages, estimating and bid turnovers, plus document tracking.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is its current limitation in other forms, templates, boards, that would be beneficial to other aspects of work management that I currently believe could use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the tracking of multiple projects and tasks associated with such projects. We are able to all manage ever aspect of our different construction projects from document tracking to punch lists.
Modern and Fun Organization
What do you like best about the product?
It is a modern and fun way to track any and everything! It’s basically a spreadsheet, but in “fun” form. This makes things very efficient and easy to collaborate on. I have had to use customer support a handful of times and they’re always helpful. The template center and articles provide ideas for your business and we use monday Work Management everyday to manage our business!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the monday Work Management phone application. It glitches occasionally and does not update consistently. It is also missing a couple of features, like being able to archive a board. Checklists within updates are wonky, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of entire workflows so that nothing falls through the cracks.

The useful automatizations, the different views, and the collaboration between users make it easy to involve other team members.

It is not a problem, but a wider variety of templates would be more useful and avoid the need to adapt or create a new one from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to monitor more effectively the task assigned to my team. It also became a check list of the repetitive tasks that are important for finance.
Allows for Maximum Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to see what my colleagues are doing with a specific project and if it is not clear, I can ask directly to the team members on the platform without leaving the app and sending an email via another application.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is outside the MS365 purview, which I think should have more integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the fragmentation that can happen with understanding what is going on with a specific product.
GREAT RESOURCE FOR STAYING ON TRACK + ON TIME WITH MULTIPLE PROJECTS
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it is user friendly and helps me stay organized. It helps reduce clutter with written notes and also improves the communication between various colleagues, while tracking in real time and setting expectations accordingly for all who are working on a project together. I also love the notifications via email.

While I do appreciate the notifications via email, I do think that some of them can be redundant.

I believe it is helping with project creation being completed quicker.
An Essential for Project Managers
What do you like best about the product?
My project management team has been relying on Monday.com to track hundreds of commercial projects for the past 6 years. We love the user interface and searchability of the platform, as well as the ability to make and share updates in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rearranging items can prove to be a minor inconvenience if clicking and dragging is required across multiple rows or columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to track and organize large quantities of projects with ease.
Easiest to onboard!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the workflows are extremely customizable, and the interface is easy enough to use that the team was quick to pick it up. I had a much easier time onboarding our studio team into monday than I did with previous PM tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it often lacks the standard project management setups (like being able to select all and link dependencies start-to-finish in the entire timeline, rather than having to go one-by-one).

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management has been a game-changer for us. It provides a clear, high-level overview of everything happening across the company. Before using Monday, we relied heavily on Excel, which made our workflow slow and disconnected. Now, everything is centralized, transparent, and easy to manage. It's very user-friendly and highly customizable, which makes it easy to adapt to different teams and processes. The platform also offers excellent customer support and a wide range of integrations with tools we use every day, like Gmail, Slack, and Google Calendar. Additionally, its API is powerful and well-documented, which makes it easy to build custom solutions and connect it with other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday Work Management handles basic automation very well, it can be limiting when you need more complex workflows. For advanced automation or integrations, you often have to rely on external apps or third-party tools, which adds extra steps and complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using it, we were managing tasks and projects through disconnected Excel files, which made it difficult to track progress, collaborate, and analyze data efficiently. Monday brought everything into one place, giving us real-time visibility across teams and departments. This has significantly improved our ability to coordinate work, make informed decisions, and stay aligned company-wide.
