What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Monday is its intuitive and highly customizable interface. As a team lead in a creative environment, I need full visibility across multiple projects, deadlines, and contributors — and Monday makes that effortless. The visual layout, color-coded statuses, and built-in automations help me stay on top of everything without micromanaging. I also love how easily it integrates with tools we use daily like Slack, Google Drive, and Figma, making our workflow smoother and more connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that the wealth of features can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new team members. There’s a slight learning curve when it comes to using advanced features like formulas or building dashboards. However, the tutorials and support resources are excellent and really help bridge that gap quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps us solve the challenge of managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders across different teams. Before using it, we struggled with scattered information, missed updates, and unclear ownership. Now, everything is centralized — from task tracking to asset sharing — which reduces confusion and boosts accountability. The transparency it provides helps our team stay aligned, prioritize more effectively, and respond quickly to changes. It also saves us valuable time by automating repetitive tasks, which frees us up to focus on the creative work that really matters.

What do you like best about the product?
It's hands down the best organizational tool in the market - an absolute game changer. It's so easy to use, and it has honestly made my job as a manager so much smoother on day to day tasks and assigning things to my team..
What do you dislike about the product?
I occasionally find the automations are not as smooth and easy to apply as they could be, and have had to develop workarounds on instances that should be direct to create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining processes and projects used to be a major headache for me. Keeping track of all the moving pieces, making sure they were on schedule, and also ensuring the team was communicating clearly and constantly took up most of my time. Now, so much is automated and ensuring everyone is aligned on the projects and tasks at hand.
Plus I can track progress in real time. It's taken a lot of stress off my plate.

Amazinggg for Getting Things Done, Could Be Better For Going Deep!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes it easy to build custom workflows that fit the way our team operates. The automation features help us streamline repetitive tasks, reduce manual follow-ups, and stay on top of our priorities without needing to constantly check in. The visual interface is intuitive and flexible, which makes collaboration smooth and tracking progress simple. It’s a great tool for boosting day-to-day efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the basic automations are helpful, Monday falls short when it comes to more advanced workflow capabilities. There are limitations around custom formulas and conditional logic that make it difficult to fully optimize our processes. Some of the more powerful automation features require workarounds or simply aren't supported, which can be frustrating when trying to scale or manage more complex workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday gives us a much-needed alternative to managing projects in Google Sheets. Instead of relying on manual updates and static spreadsheets, we now have a centralized platform built specifically for tracking tasks, collaborating in real-time, and generating insights. The ability to visualize progress, set up automations, and pull reports makes it far easier to manage workflows and understand project status at a glance. It’s helped us become more organized and proactive in how we handle work across teams.

We use it as an applicant tracking system. It keeps our team moving applicants quickly through the interview and onboarding processes
The Perfect Work Management Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The tools are super user-friendly and easily accessible. I love that I can create and manage different board within my Monday team, but also share viewing access to any non-Monday users. This makes work tracking a breeze for my entire team. I use this tool in my daily work life!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain view-only features that are missing from the user experience. When I share a viewable board with non-Monday users, they can't see any of the comments/updates/notes that are included within the board's projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Event Coordinator, keeping track of countless events throughout the year can be overwhelming to plan and keep notes with just a standard calendar. Monday allows me to stay organized with my event timeline, budgets, tasks, notes, and meetings! My Marketing Team uses Monday for our weekly team meetings, and it's made our workflow so much more streamlined.
Monday.com Helps Me Keep My Work Life In Order!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me to organize each sprint using a beautiful UI and many helpful features, such as sprint dates, progress indicators and points. It also gives me the ability to connect design artifacts via link fields so my whole team can stay in sync with my work and understand how my design work connects to all the larger team project goals and milestones. One of the coolest features is the ability to send emails to my Monday board via my Outlook inbox. Collating project communications into one spot is so helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found anything I dislike about Monday. I absolutely love using it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to plan my design work to ensure I am not over capacity. Using Monday helps me to know where I am at in my work and to connect stakeholders/project team members to it.
I have been using MONDAY for over 4 years now and it is a key tool for my companies success.

Great flexibility. Constant improvement of funtions.

Insufficient support of Subitems when it comes to automatization.

What I like best about monday Work Management is how visually intuitive and customizable it is. The layout makes it easy to track multiple projects at once without feeling overwhelmed. I also love how flexible it is—you can build workflows that actually reflect how your team operates, not just force everyone into a rigid structure. Whether it's content calendars, campaign tracking, or onboarding checklists, monday adapts to what we need it to be. Plus, automations save me from a ton of manual follow-up. Big time-saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. It's amazingHonestly, there’s not much I dislike about monday Work Management. It’s been reliable, flexible, and user-friendly across the board. If I had to be picky, maybe just that there are so many features it can take a bit of time to discover everything it’s capable of—but that’s also part of what makes it so powerful. Overall, it’s been a great fit for our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay on top of everything by giving me a clear visual of all the tasks I need to finish. It takes the guesswork out of what’s next and helps me prioritize better. I also use it to build and manage our content calendar, which makes planning and collaborating with the team way easier. It’s helped cut down on back-and-forth and keeps everything moving on schedule.

How can I filter tasks and the interface is completely intuitive and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides; I would only suggest creating ways to link Monday with an external calendar, such as Google Workspace.

Monday helps me manage deadlines for daily tasks, thus preventing any potential oversights.
Monday has replaced my physical note pad
What do you like best about the product?
The automation function when a task has moved onto the next stage is my favourite feature, it streamlines tasks and doesn't require additional attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
The view I work with doesnt visualise deadlines unless you go into the task - colour coding when its creeping towards a deadline is a good way to track the deadline without the need to go into the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has streamlined projects and simplified the process of setting these up and tracking them. I have been a note pad user for years, and the struggle with pen to paper is the tasks that have hit a stalemate - where as with Monday visualising and building a list that shows Problem / In progress (i.e.e specific status's) gives you the option to high level review or detail review.
