Designed for all users—even those with limited tech experience.

Limited access to customer support or a dedicated account representative, unless you are a premium-tier customer.

It provides built-in project management support, ideal for teams without a dedicated project manager.
Real time & simple collaboration experience
What do you like best about the product?
It’s a very visual and intuitive platform that lets you manage projects, workflows, and team collaboration all in one place. As someone working in insurance industry with many clients to manage, I think you’d benefit a lot from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't had many issues with the platform, but if there's something to highlight that i don't like is the Monday.com version for android. I think it can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps save time, reduce mistakes, and get a better overview of our workload.
Monday has been extremely helpful with communication and task management.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to communicate on a particular task within a project and know that everyone on the team can access the information without having to go to different software such as email or spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the automations would have better time options. Such as instead of every six months do________ , I wish Monday.com could say every May 1st send a reminder. Basically have more calendaring functions in the automations.

What do you like best about the product?
It offers an intuitive and visually appealing interface that makes tracking projects and tasks easy for all team members, regardless of technical skills. Its customizable dashboards, automation capabilities, and robust integration options with third-party tools streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts. Collaboration becomes seamless with real-time updates and notifications, making project management much more transparent and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is powerful, some advanced features require a steep learning curve, and occasional lag in performance or sync issues can disrupt workflows. Improved offline capabilities and more flexible reporting options would further enhance the user experience. More data types should be introduced along with functions to use logics and basics calculations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has significantly streamlined our project and task management processes. It solves the challenge of scattered project data by centralizing all tasks, timelines, and project updates in a single, easy-to-use platform. With clear visibility into project progress and resource allocation, managing multiple projects and portfolios has become much more efficient.
Powerful and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very customizable and easy to use, set up is quick and my team understands it quickly. I don't have to spend a lot of time managing the systems and I love being able to invite our clients as board guests. So far we've found it to be pretty scalable for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish reporting on finished tasks was more user baked in to the system and I wish there was a default description box that stayed with the rest of the default task information instead of in the feed. I love the new Kanban board feature, but wish this was available across boards as well.

Monday is the best for our remote team.
What do you like best about the product?
When I started in my position we did not have a program in place for our team. The whole team is remote and we struggled to stay on task and organized. Monday has helped with us prioritizing and products and staying efficient. I am the main administrator for our team for Monday and every time I contact customer service I love that there is someone I can talk to right away with any questions I may have. I have now implemented Monday across our other teams in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we had access to more of the enterprise features. We are a small company and the enterprise cost is too high for us but many of the features we are locked out of would be so useful. Like column templates!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team stay on task and helps with communications. We don't have to wait for a reply to see the status of a project or a task, we can just go see the status tab and see if the project is stuck.
Easy and Organized for Large Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The overall visual organization of the program. One of my favorite features is the ability to create sub-tasks for projects. Another highlight is the automation built into tasks. I love the simple "status" update that changes color and notifies team members and allows us to see a project status quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the comments on tasks are not organized by time/date it was posted. Also I wish files were under the comment and not in a separate tab. It's hard to know who uploaded what and what version it is. We have to be aware of file names more now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping my team eliminate back and forth email communication. It's become a platform where project updates, details and file organization can all live in one place.
One of the Best and easiest work Management programs I have used.
What do you like best about the product?
I find the areas where you create what tasks you are currently doing, plan on doing next week, next month or yearly, extremely helpful as I work in multiple areas in our practice and have many different tasks, projects to complete. I am able to rate these tasks according to urgency of need and also to share them with the other Managers in my group to see the progress and what I am working on. We can collaborate and not duplicate any work.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not seen any downsides. I am very happy to have this work management program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables me to rate my tasks on urgency and that way I am more efficient in my duties. Also, helps the other managers see what I am working on so they know not to duplicate my work.
Using Monday.com to manage project tasks and support requests
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Monday.com because it is easy to use and has the capabiolity to create automations for tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
What i dislike about Monday.com is the inability to put 2 different projects on the same workspace board but in different sections. Sometimes I work on 2 separate projects that are interrelated and it would be helpful to be able to track both projects within the same space than 2 different spaces

Great Product for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to collaboratively collect data on many active projects at one time. It is great to compile notes and documents from meetings that not all of my group are able to attend. Monday is extremely customizable and the colors/labels make it very easy to spot problems or hold ups on projects at a glance. The automations are very helpful as well (i.e., I can set an automated message to go to a team member when I move a project from "pending" to "active"). Monday integrates well with outlook and I have not had any issues with the automated emails. I use my Monday boards on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issue with Monday has been the gantt chart feature. It is the one thing I have been able to make work how I would like it to.
