What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, easy to create or build off templates. I have used Monday for 4+ years now. I work in Live Events- tech, trade, concerts and festivals. I use Monday for all my project planning, tracking and in post. It is my go to over any other platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at all. ease of use and to train
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralize projects. Eliminate email threads.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Monday Work Management is how it combines flexibility with ease of use to keep teams organized and aligned. Its visual project boards, customizable workflows, and real-time collaboration tools make managing complex projects simpler and more transparent. Plus, the automation features help cut down on repetitive tasks, freeing up time to focus on what really matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to point out some downsides about Monday Work Management, they’d be:

Pricing can get steep as you add more users or need advanced features, which might not suit smaller teams or budgets.

Some features have a learning curve, especially for new users who might find the interface overwhelming at first.

Customization is powerful but can become complex, leading to setups that are hard to maintain or over-engineered.

Occasionally, automation and integrations can be a bit limited or require workarounds compared to more specialized tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management primarily solves the problem of disorganized workflows and poor team visibility across projects and tasks. By centralizing work in one platform, it helps teams:

Keep track of who’s doing what and when with clear task assignments and deadlines.

Visualize progress through customizable boards, timelines, and dashboards.

Improve collaboration with built-in communication, file sharing, and updates all in one place.

Automate repetitive tasks to reduce manual errors and save time.

Integrate various tools so data flows smoothly without juggling multiple apps.

For me (or a typical user), these benefits translate to less time spent chasing updates or clarifying priorities, fewer missed deadlines, and smoother coordination across departments. It essentially turns chaos into clarity and boosts productivity by keeping everyone aligned.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Monday.com daily for basic admin and project management tasks, and it's become an indispensable part of my work routine. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and visually intuitive, which makes it easy to stay organised and on top of multiple projects at once.

Setting up workflows, tracking progress, and collaborating with team members is seamless. I particularly appreciate how customisable everything is — I can tailor boards to suit exactly what I need, whether it's a simple to-do list or a more complex project timeline.

Occasionally, the platform can be a bit slow to load when switching between large boards, but it’s nothing that seriously affects usability.

Fewer dropped balls. Better visibility. You can quickly prioritise your day, follow up on what’s pending, and never miss an important task even with multiple RFQs or clients running at once. You get instant clarity without digging through spreadsheets or chasing updates from colleagues. It helps with executive decision-making and planning. Smoother collaboration, faster decision-making, and fewer misunderstandings even when you're not constantly checking in with your team.

What do you like best about the product?
The Portfolio Solution is a game changer for engineering firms juggling multiple concurrent projects. It provides a high-level overview of all projects, allowing us to track progress and spot potential issues, while also giving us the ability to drill down into the details of any given project. This, combined with the pre-made templates that help expedite project launches, means monday.com's Work OS has helped our organization continuously improve our culture around Operational Excellence.
What do you dislike about the product?
One key drawback of monday.com, especially when compared to a tool like Motion (usemotion.com), is its reliance on a manual approach for scheduling and prioritization. While monday.com offers immense flexibility and powerful tools for visualizing workflows, it lacks the built-in AI to automatically manage time. With monday.com, you or your project manager must manually set priorities, allocate tasks, and adjust timelines when deadlines change or new work emerges. This manual process can become a significant time sink and introduces the risk of human error. In contrast, Motion uses a proactive, automated approach, where its AI automatically schedules and reschedules tasks across your team's calendars, automating time-blocking and saving valuable management time. While monday.com excels at giving you control, Motion's strength lies in automating the work of organizing that control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday's Work Management has been instrumental in unifying our scattered processes and information repositories. We now have a holistic view of our business operations, thanks to a single, highly visual platform that centralizes everything from project management to event planning. Furthermore, we can set and track OKRs directly within our workflows, which ensures our day-to-day work is perfectly aligned with our strategic goals. This has brought a new level of clarity and accountability to our teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface, its colors, and its simplicity. Very easy to use.

The only thing that I don’t like is that every new task goes to the bottom instead of appearing on the top.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday.Com to manage our ongoing client projects, and it provides clear and easy insight into what items are in progress, overdue, etc. It allows us to collaborate in a fully remote environment, sharing resources, and the integrations with Slack, Zapier, and G-Suite allow for automating so many recurring tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Collaboration with client teams who do not use monday.com can be a challenge. When they're still using Excel, but you want to share your KanBan board with them!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping as many elements in one place as possible and providing flexibility with integrations really helps us keep track of our projects!

What do you like best about the product?
We started the implementation of Monday, along with the process mapping project, and without the platform, the process would certainly be more time-consuming. The platform allowed us to quickly analyze the flows, improve the company's productivity with customizable resources, automation, file centralization, reports and analyses, integrations, security control, and data protection. I highly recommend Monday!
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support leaves a bit to be desired, improve it for Monday to continue being the best platform on the market.
