Monday.com for a Travel Company
What do you like best about the product?
The holy grail of organisation, it has streamlined all of our processes into one application. We use it to track customers from booking stage to returning from their trip. I love the automation you can set up and how easy forms etc are to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very trivial but i'd like more colour options, would like to see formulas implemented, and the automatic emails we have set up by integrating outlook, it would be good if we could make these look better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a master portfolio, it solves having to constantly run reports from our other system for each task. E,g searching for departures for ticket team, searching for the returning clients for the feedback team. It is all in one place and we can clearly see what is what.

Monday is, hands down, the most user-friendly project management software we have used. Additionally, the customer support and dedication to software improvement make Monday.com the best PM software available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com has so many capabilities that it can be overwhelming at times. There is always that hint of doubt that you are receiving all the benefits simply because Monday has so many powerful options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our agency has many moving parts and multiple departments. Monday.com allows our department heads to easily set up and manage multiple flows of work at a time, becoming an invaluable piece of software for our company.
Helps Productivity and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
As an accountant, juggling a monthly close schedule alongside various projects can be a bit of a headache. But with Monday, it’s a breeze! Setting up, adding dates and notes, and duplicating the close schedule monthly is effortless. Plus, creating interdepartmental projects is a snap, with tasks easily assigned to different team members. It's a game-changer for keeping everything organized and running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have is when I create a new board with dates, I wish there was a way for the board to automatically add 30 days to each assignment so I don't have to manually update each item every month.

It is easy to set clear timelines and collaborate with team members. For task management, Monday makes it effortless to break down projects into manageable tasks. When it comes to workflow management, Monday office great features (like designing custom workflows) to streamline processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped organize our department's tasks, projects, events, campaigns, social media content, contacts and so much more! Our team of 10 uses it daily to keep track of statuses without another email hitting the inbox. The online platform is user friendly, intuitive and engaging. New teammates have no trouble learning the platform and quickly adapt to the Monday way of doing things!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really hard to find anything bad to say about Monday.com. If anything, I would say some of the templates could be better updated to suit various industries better, such as healthcare. Most campaign templates are geared to product marketing campaigns, rather than service areas. Again, this is niche and not a deal-breaker! Our whole team loves the product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall project management for our team of 10. We can easily see where a project stands along the way and then managers can step in to assist if deadlines are looming and the project is stuck.

Flexibility to adapt to your needs - lots of tools that can expand as your needs and use cases grow over time. The offering is continually evolving so it feels like there is a lot of ongoing support

It's sometimes challenging to find exactly what I need due to the breadth of features - this is a double-edged sword as it's great to have an extensive offering, but I often rely on internal experts to help me get the most from the solution

What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday everyday for managing multiple sites; maintenace tasks, notes, to dos. We're able to prioritise them add photos and updates for the team to use. We can customised it depending on the board we're creating or how we need to view the information. We're able to view and analyse data gathered from specific boards and compare employee input. We've linked it to Slack and now the wider team can log jobs for us to action.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating boards to view specific data took a while to master but now it's really simple to use and do. The whole team can see how our department are performing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone can view the same boards and update them real time. It allows us to monitor repeated job and SLAs.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely user friendly and intuitive! Provides a simple way for you to organize yourself, your team, and and entire organization. Gives you the ability to store a lot of useful information in a format that is easy to read and find what you need quickly. Ability to share information with others easily. Access anywhere at any time using any device!

To my knowledge you are not able to upload an Excel spreadsheet into Monday.com, only export one.

Monday.com is providing us with a tool that centralizes all important information for the departments in our company. It gives us an easy to read and easy to use platform to share information.
