I really like the fact that I can make Kanban boards for each different project. It helps me organize my work and meet deadlines. I also like the fact that you can get email notifications when things are due, so you're able to meet your deadlines as well. I enjoy using monday Work Management so much that I've even paid for a subscription and recommended it to others for its workflow management capabilities and many other features like Gantt charts and dashboards.

I don't like that when you try to add more work on the phone app, it doesn't work. You can only add work on the desktop, on the computer, but you cannot do it on your phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for both work and personal reasons, creating Kanban boards for task organization and prioritization, helping me streamline tasks and meet deadlines.

I like that monday Work Management is very easy to use and it's user-friendly. Even though I don't have a lot of technical skills, I'm able to create automations with it.

Automation has transformed collaboration and has enabled transparent, error‑reduced project tracking
What is our primary use case?
The main use case for monday.com is to track project progress from start to finish, beginning with the sales team and continuing through the onboarding process. It helps keep our teams aligned and organized, and we are also able to produce a variety of reports to determine where we are with KPIs for each team.
A specific example of a project I have tracked using monday.com is using it as a capacity plan for capacity planning, task management, project management, and some amount of finance calculations. My use cases are mostly capacity, project management, and collaboration, and we are also able to track tasks, stakeholders, resources, and any material needed for the deliverables.
For daily tasks, I use monday.com for collaborative projects, requests from team members, onboarding new hires, peer coaching, and event planning. It allows all of my work to be transparent to our organization, and it saves me and our people leaders hundreds of thousands of dollars and time and hours per year through templates and automations. monday.com is one of my favorite project management tools.
What is most valuable?
The best features monday.com offers include automation to move and fill items without much manual work, thereby saving a lot of time, working from templates to keep things moving quickly, tagging and pinning others to increase transparency and communication, and the bright and warm colors and easy navigation create a pleasing user experience.
Automation has had the biggest impact on my workflow because we are able to automate small, tedious, and time-consuming tasks, thereby saving a lot of time. Additionally, monday.com calculates the amount of new and returning clients, which is very useful. It allows us to create forms that our clients can use and personalizing the platform based on our needs, setting up automated workflows for tasks and team collaboration.
Overall, monday.com has positively impacted my organization because task management is easy to set up, easy to replicate, duplicate, and modify. Collaboration has all the standards by now: tagging, linking, messaging, and many more. Boards enable fast organization of tasks, repositories, responsibility, and tracking with dates and notifications, while automation enables fast actions that provide no real value if done manually. Being able to auto-create, auto-close, and many others makes it easier to follow processes and make fewer mistakes, and also saves a lot of time.
We have seen a reduction in errors from twenty percent to seventy percent, and we save a lot of hours, having been able to save five to six hours per day through automation of tedious and time-consuming tasks.
monday.com has saved us time by allowing us to have all our program information in one place. It has also helped us greatly with collaboration with our program partners who need to use our data. It has saved us a lot of time, cost, and has also reduced error through automation.
What needs improvement?
One way monday.com can be improved is by enhancing the notification system, which is not trustworthy for me, as some notifications are very overwhelming. I also see a need for more tools to input data automatically and more functionality without having to do APIs would be great.
Additionally, I think more calculation capability within the columns would be great.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been working in my current field for six years.
What other advice do I have?
My advice for others looking into using monday.com is that it provides great project and task management with robust tools including automation, where automations work great if you learn how to use them accordingly. Once you put in the work at the beginning, it can save you a lot of time and reduce errors, and the templates are also great as they give you ideas on how to start, thereby making it smooth to learn and easy to use for non-technical users. I would rate this product a nine out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
Many different boards, connecting them, building custom apps is great so everything stays in one ecosystem. Often I need to rely columns from another board in my new board and it works great
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I dislike: right now I cant edit groups in a board when I choose to sort by date. Sometimes mobile version is a little bit buggy but both is improving and making good changes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Aesthetic, Easy-to-Use Collaboration Platform for Every Skill Level
What do you like best about the product?
It creates a aesthetically pleasing, easy to use platform for users of all tech levels to collaborate in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
For those who were a bit more tech savvy some of the automation capabilities could not preform what our team needed them to do. I would reach out to their customer service team and would be told that the tool could not perform that. It seemed like I had to do a lot of work arounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It created a simple CRM system for me and other departments to focus and work on together. It allowed me to create a seamless system for our social media workflow and posting schedule.
Keeps My Clinic Tasks Organized and Easy to Track
What do you like best about the product?
I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. I use monday Work Management to keep track of routine clinic work that is easy to forget during busy hours. For example, I note follow-ups after consultations, small admin work, and content tasks for the week. This helps me not miss things when patients are coming in one after another.
It was easy to start using. I created a small board and added my daily work without any setup. Updating status and due dates is quick, so I can see what is pending and what I have already finished. This is useful when I have many small tasks in a day.
I open it a few times a week, and sometimes daily when work is heavy. The basic features like task list, notes, and priority are enough for me. I don’t use advanced features, but for simple clinic planning this works well.
When I needed to understand a small option, the in-app help was enough. It also fits into my routine because I plan work here and then do the actual calls, messages, or content work in my usual tools. This keeps my day more organized without making things complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the page takes a little time to load on slow internet, especially when many items are on the board. I also noticed that adding notes from the phone app is not as smooth as on desktop, so I prefer using it on the computer for updates. For small daily tasks, notifications can feel a bit extra if you don’t adjust them, so I had to turn a few off to avoid too many alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using monday Work Management, daily clinic tasks and follow-ups were mostly in my head or written in different places. During busy hours, it was easy to forget what was pending and what was already done. This created small delays in follow-ups and admin work.
Using monday gave me one place to note down work as it comes in. I can see what needs to be done today, what can wait, and what is already completed. This helps me plan my day better when the clinic is busy.
It also helps with follow-ups after consultations and content tasks that I plan for the week. I don’t have to rely on memory for these things anymore. Overall, it reduces missed follow-ups, saves small bits of time every day, and keeps my daily work more organized.
Versatility and Integration in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday Work Management is very similar to Excel, but a bit more structured. So, the organization of the spreadsheet makes it much easier to visualize and highlight information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transition between spreadsheets is not very well done, as I can't efficiently retain the information from the columns. When I transfer from one spreadsheet to another, I need to choose which spreadsheets to forgo, and they end up being incorporated into the logic of the new spreadsheet. It's not clear how to use the integrations with extra tools, so this could be made a bit easier for the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to organize tasks, integrate teams from different areas, and as a CRM for clients. It facilitates contact management, invoice issuance, and important automations for approval workflows until project completion.

How has it helped my organization?
monday.com has impacted my organization positively by being very useful in organization and tracking of deliverables.
With the organization, task and projects, and processes, it gives a visual status because it uses listings, timelines, and various dashboards that make it easy to understand and easy to track projects.
What is most valuable?
The best features monday.com offers include tracking.
When I mention tracking, I mean it in terms of tracking task deadlines and also seeing other team members' progress working on the same projects that I am working on.
What needs improvement?
monday.com can be improved by continuing to support automation as we grow with technology such as artificial intelligence, as long as it continues to evolve based on the evolution of technology.
To continue achieving success with projects and task management, team collaboration, and workflow automation is what I would like to add specifically about the needed improvements.
