I use monday Work Management to manage my daily tasks and keep track of different projects. It's really easy to use and helps me stay organized without feeling overwhelmed. I like how I can customize boards based on my workflow, and the automation features save me a lot of time. Everything works perfectly according to my workflow, and I don't need any changes. monday Work Management fits my need well and helps me stay organized and productive. I really like the customization options and automation features in monday Work Management. They make it easier to adapt the workflow to my needs and save a lot of time. It's how easy it is to organize tasks and track progress. It keeps everything in one place and makes managing work much simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday.com to manage several of our internal workflows as well as track and stay on top of outstanding tasks. It’s been a really effective tool for giving visibility across the team, making it easy to see what’s in progress, what’s overdue, and who owns each task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides of this product to be honest - it's a great tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The flexibility is a big plus — we’ve been able to tailor boards to suit different processes, which means it works just as well for structured workflows as it does for more general task management. The visual layout also makes it intuitive and easy for the team to pick up quickly.

This platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate. I find it quite helpful in managing my workflows.

I can't say that I have any noted downsides at this time.

Personally, this platform keeps me oranized....pretty much it. I can get a clean visual of my daily to-do list and make easy adjustments - with no trauma!

The reports it generates are excellent, and the reporting system is superb. I really appreciate being able to monitor projects because it lets me track the status of scheduled operations in real time. Overall, it’s a simple, intuitive project management tool, and I especially like the task reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search engine should be better optimized, and I’d like to see improved personalization. Also, when the internet connection fluctuates, it can lead to inaccurate reports.

This software is ideal for project management, allowing us to control work the time management. We've saved a lot of resources thanks to its incredible management capabilities, and it provides timely reminders in case of delays. It's used to evaluate and manage projects.

It’s very easy to use, and the colorful design makes it even more convenient.

It would be helpful if there's a date indicated for the last comment update or it tells you when it was last edited for the update/comment

We struggle in prioritizing tasks and now it helps us to be more organized and stay on the top of the game!

How many different options there are to stay organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish existed, that doesn't (YET) is the ability to do a subtask on a subtask.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is able to act as a source of truth for tracking my teams work and projects so things don't get forgotten about and are able to be referenced at a later time.
Keeps Our Team Aligned and On Track with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday.com for getting our team on the right track with our tasks and not duplicating efforts. The best thing is that we can all be on the same page and know at what stage we are for each process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of monday Work Management is that there are many many options for boards and sometimes we may indeed have a few boards with the same or similar content so some team members have to check multiple places to ensure they update all of their own task statuses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving time by checking the boards and not having to wait for a meeting!
Perfect All-in-One Solution with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything in monday Work Management is in one central place, which means I don't have to use multiple systems to get things done. I appreciate that I can use just monday Work Management, and it solves all my problems. Also, the initial setup was extremely easy, and the interface is really easy to use.

This product works fine, i have no problems with it.

I use monday Work Management to centralize all our planning and logistics, eliminating the need for multiple systems. It streamlines payment updates and solves all our planning needs efficiently in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use with monday Work Management, which makes handling my tasks as a product manager straightforward. I appreciate the diverse automation options that automatically send me notifications, assign the right people, and move tasks from one group to another by tags. It's also very convenient that it connects with Slack for notifications and integrates with Zendesk, which helps me manage tickets efficiently. Setting up monday Work Management was very easy too.
