I love the automation features that allows for more efficient project management tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
The color coding, UX, and clear deadlines make Monday.com easy to use and my workload (and anxiety!) feel super manageable, thank you!

What do you dislike about the product?
Monday work management can almost get *too* granular with the number of features, but as long as I stay in my workspace, it's a non-issue.
The app occasionally has a bug where a task's status will change involuntarily after choosing a different option.

Lack of productivity and accountability - it's helping me track my work and feel more accomplished.

I think it is too fluid for some organizations. When you change templates you need to fix it in all the old boards

Ease of use and super-friendly interface! Even non-tech-savvy users can easily navigate the app.

As easy to use as it is and packed with many cool features, it can sometimes feel overwhelming. It’s not always clear how to navigate all the different options available- as there's so many.

I needed a way to consolidate all requests coming from different people in my department, have them accessible in one place, and be able to prioritize them

What do you like best about the product?
I like the design of Monday as it really helps optimize workflow and task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the design and placement of the notification center within Monday, it often goes completely disregarded by me since I forget it's there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the difficulty caused by cross-department collaboration by providing a place/board for departments to get on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy implementation of a workflow, fully automated and easily integrated with other work tools like Outlook, which ensures not only flexibility and better deadline tracking but also real-time team engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage identified so far is the possibility of presenting better indicators from consumed licenses to team KPIs.

Centralize team activities in a single location, from workflow to document collections and internal directory links.
Monday has helped to keep track of my day to day tasks in a very orderly manner.
What do you like best about the product?
I think it will be the ease of use. Anyone can get hold of it within a day. The colours make it very pleasant to understand and differentiate between tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have felt the formatting inside the text boxes is not upto the mark - expecially when trying to add code, bullet points, links etc. I have felt it very annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps to keep track of your tasks across different projects you are working on. The user friendly UI helps the task owner and reviewers to leave comments and follow up in a very orderly manner.
Easy to use and extremely expansive. A great platform for work management.
What do you like best about the product?
We use this platform for nearly all of our departments, and every day. HR, PM, estimating and sales, scheduling and timecards, equipment, and much more. The automations are especially helpful to eliminate basic user tasks and save time between teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
User licensing - being limited to members without paying a higher premium.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps our estimating and sales tracked in a very clean and easy manner. It is easy to make a quick chart of all our sales statistics, when proposal are due, who is assigned to different phases of the proposal process, and how much work we are bidding for each customer.
