A great way to give order to your process
What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management does exactly what its name implies, it helps you to manage your work and does it seamlessly. It's easy to use and visually beautiful, has a great Ux and UI design, an excellent customer support team, and works perfectly with integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes specific tasks are difficult to create, such as setting a subtask timer. We tried to establish an organized workspace using tasks and subtasks and even got to install the timer correctly. The problem begins when we need to download our monthly reports; the timer in subtasks doesn't show and it's difficult to present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The application has helped us with time-tracking and organizing our team within multiple projects ongoing. The best thing that happened to our team was being able to track time, this way we're capable of getting better results and working with clients to create more efficient workflows.
Monday.Com review
What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful with daily comms for review. All of my colleagues can document what they addressed on there shift versus what the rest of us face on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search features when selecting a topic are a bit clunky. Results don't remain selectable. You have to search again for the same thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calendar creation only visible to my team.
Finally we have the work team operating in a coordinated manner
What do you like best about the product?
Each stage of our quotation process, from selection of materials, quotation, supplier search, calculation of indirect expenses and delivery costs to the client, are reviewed on a single screen, where all agents involved have response times and follow-up on their performance, which makes our commercial process more efficient by 300%.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of users jumps from 10 to 20, that's a lot more users and a lot of extra costs that have to be paid. If, for example, in my company there are only 12 users, we have to share access between 2 users to stay within the range of 10 users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us detect bottlenecks or people in the process who stop the flow of information, so that a coordinator can access this person and provide immediate support so that the flow of operations does not stop.
Great Progect Managment Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It’s the simplicity and flexibility. It’s really easy to use, and I like how you can customise it to fit different workflows. Plus, the visual layout makes it easy to see what’s going on without digging through clutter.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that the mobile app can sometimes be less intuitive or slower compared to the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me gain a comprehensive view of a project’s workload, allowing me to track progress in real time. This enables me to stay proactive, identify potential delays early, and ensure deadlines are met efficiently, ultimately improving project delivery and team coordination.
A Project Management System For Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
When compared to more traditional Project Management systems, Monday.com is so intuitive and easy to use that any member of a company could use it. The templates, boards and workspaces can be as basic or as detailed as you need and the graphics are a great way to get an overview of how a particular region or larger project is working.
The automated help AI is also brilliant and I use this regularly to check how to add new items, 9/10 it is possible to do exactly what I was thinking.
I'd recommend Monday.com to anyone.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only hinderance I can think of is not being able to alphabetise when you have a lot of folders, or being able to select multiple folders at a time to move these. However, this is a really minor bit of feedback and the pros massively outweigh the cons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows all members of a Project team to work cohesively, whether they have extensive experience or not. It also allows me to consolidate reports into visually clear overviews for regions or companies, so escalations are simple and quick to amend.
Project Management, Product Development, using monday on daily basis for almost 6 years.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful things about monday is how intuitive the platform is. You don’t need hours of training to start using it – everything is very visual and user-friendly, which makes onboarding new team members quick and easy.
What I really like is how much time it saves. Instead of jumping between emails, spreadsheets, and chat apps, I can keep everything in one place. I can create boards for each project, assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress at a glance. This helps me stay organized and avoid missing anything important.
Another big upside is how flexible monday is. Whether I'm managing a marketing campaign or planning new project, I can customize the workflow to fit exactly what I need. I can choose different views like Kanban, timeline, or calendar, depending on the type of work I'm doing. Automations are also a great feature – they help cut down on repetitive tasks, like sending reminders or moving tasks between stages.
Overall, monday Work Management makes collaboration so much easier. Everyone on the team knows what they should be working on, and updates happen in real time. It’s really improved communication and transparency in our team.
If you're looking for a tool to simplify your work, stay on top of deadlines, and get more done without the stress, monday is definitely worth trying.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I really appreciate how much monday offers, I have to say that one of the least helpful aspects for me is the sheer number of features available. The platform is packed with advanced tools and options, which can be a great advantage for some teams, but for me, it's a bit overwhelming. I often find myself using only a small part of what monday can actually do, mainly because I simply don’t have the time to explore all the other features.
It’s not necessarily a downside in the traditional sense — the tools are there, and I’m sure many of them could be useful — but it can feel like a missed opportunity. I’ve already developed habits around certain views and functions that work for me, so I don’t always feel the need to change or explore new ones. As a result, some of the platform’s potential remains untapped in my day-to-day work.
In some ways, having too many options can slow you down, especially when you just want to get something done quickly. I think a simplified version or some kind of guided tour for underused features could help users like me get more value out of the system without feeling overwhelmed.
So while monday is extremely powerful, the learning curve for its more advanced tools might be a bit steep for people who are short on time or already used to a specific workflow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps me solve the challenge of managing a full project portfolio in one centralized and easy-to-understand place. It allows me to keep track of multiple projects at once, without losing sight of key deadlines, responsibilities, or progress. What’s especially helpful is that the way information is presented is clear even for stakeholders who don’t use monday on a daily basis.
This transparency really improves communication and alignment, especially when I need to update others quickly or highlight potential roadblocks before they become actual problems. I can easily show where things stand, what's on track, and where we might need extra support. It saves time, reduces confusion, and helps everyone stay focused on the bigger picture.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have about monday is that on occasion notifications don't come through. This makes it very frustrating since people may be waiting on me to do a task but I was never notified of it. Several team members have experienced this issue as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped our team to keep project details all in one place which makes it so much easier to pass projects between team members. It has also helped everyone to have full visibility of how much open time each person has for the week to distribute the workload across the whole team.
