Give Your Agency's Communication A Facelift
What do you like best about the product?
My absolute favorite thing about monday Work Management is how great it is for managing our projects and organizing lines of communication with our clients. The best part is that our clients love it too—the majority of them find the taskboards intuitive to use. Our team would be much more lost without monday. We now center our meetings and daily tasks around monday's My Work feature and use it daily. Outages do happen occasionally, but when they do happen, the support team is great about giving updates, and they get things up and running again the same day. It did take our team a bit of trial and error to find out how to best implement this for everyone, but thanks to their support group and articles, we were able to find a great way to integrate it. Our team is very grateful to have monday Work Management—especially coming from other platforms that claim to be similar but did not work as well for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve, but if you stay curious and seek out answers they are easy to solve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It opens a line of communication that is traceable for both our team and the client. This means less going back and forth from emails to texts to call transcripts-we try our best to get clients to keep everything in one place and on the most relevant task and find that it keeps efficiency up.

It keeps both long and short term projects organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday Work Management to control and manage a request queue system. I have my board adjusted so that depending on the request an automation triggers and emails the requester back asking for more information, saving me hours of time writing the same emails over and over and over. It's very easy to set up automation. I use this every moment of the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of the fields can be used to trigger actions. It would be very helpful to have the ability to do if this then that type actions on all fields
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage hundreds of request tickets monthly and am able to keep track of them all.
Super convenient, easy to navigate and pleasant platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy the most in using Monday.com and how playful and attractive it is. Despite that fact that it has long to do lists of mine, it makes them look much easier. The platform is super flexible and easy to set up (integrate). Since we get to use it on daily basis, it is very important that we get enough support on issues and that is also done smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention here. Usually, since we have boards that combine heavy data, it can get a little confusing, but gets fixed fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a part of Sales team, several directions are working on one platform which helps track progress on specific tasks and projects without pinging anyone.

It is my homebase to make sure everything is in order with the business. I can check in on how my team is doing, keep conversations organized, and know that we're not forgetting anyone or anything.

It's a little pricey for a small business, but doable.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is so easy to use, and it's fast to get your first boards and workspaces set up. I've used it for years and it just continues to grow and evolve. We have migrated so many processes into Monday, and it's now a tool that the whole team uses every day. We are a team of nine and we create training experiences in VR. We keep track of projects, assets, builds, daily tasks, schedules, and other resources all in Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we wish Monday had that it doesn't have (yet) is an option for a forum-like board. Somewhere that we can have fuller discussions on certain topics- that way, when we expand the team again, it would be easy for newbies to catch up on the discussions involving certain topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to utilizing Monday, we were trying to keep track of all of our development in Teams channels. It was messy and chaotic and it would have been nearly impossible to integrate new team members into that. Now, everything is tracked in Monday. Our build, patch, and testing notes are all logged in Monday, our team calendar is in Monday, our project and asset development tasks are in Monday. We also each use our own individual workspaces to organize tasks that are not team-related.

What do you like best about the product?
love that this platform gives me the ability to build my own boards and workflows. It's incredibly intuitive and smart, and truly helps me stay on top of everything. I can customize and create exactly what I need to manage my tasks and projects efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if the platform were better adapted to the Hebrew language.
Also, I still haven’t found an effective way to incorporate full annual work plans for social impact organizations. Right now, I manage separate boards for separate projects, but I haven’t yet figured out how to bring everything together into one cohesive, connected plan.

What I value most in monday is the ability to track and document each client’s personal process within the organization.
The fact that it’s so accessible and allows all team members to update and fill in information easily is fantastic.
In addition, the automations help me monitor these personal processes and alert me when it’s time to step in and take action with a client."

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it really easy to organize all of our jobs into separate boards, and then we are able to keep all of our tasks and materials on track. We have about 20 different boards and three different workspaces going at the same time, so this makes it really easy for the boss to trickle down information to everyone else
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish I had was a better calendar function.

It allows us to disseminate information to all of the users quickly and efficiently without having to worry about email chains or group texts
Efficient and Effective Management
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is a very easy way to have a group or team manage their tasks. Everyone has the ability to see what is being worked on and can communicate very efficiently. Creating and assigning tasks is very simple to do. You can track what you or your group has completed in a time period as well for reporting. We use it every day and it helps us to manage our work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since this was a new platform for me it was just taking the time to educate myself about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work flow ease. Communication among many working facets within the company. Easier way to task manage and let everyone know where you are in a project, and if you need any assitance.
Seamless Integration for Digital Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to naturally interact on updates and the workflow builder.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI summary column is not as concise as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We host our digital classrooms on Monday boards which benefits us as users from different locations and companies can all have access to the same high quality services on the same platform.
