Great way to get organized
What do you like best about the product?
We have multiple teams with different workloads that intersect and monday allows each team to work independently on their tasks but also collaborate and join forces on the pieces that they need to. This has been a great tool in getting our team organized and on track to meeting deadlines. We really like the layout visually.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't make sense for businesses to add 10 seats at a time. I really wish the system would allow 12 or 13 users instead of needing to upgrade to 20 users. It doesn't make sense for us and I'm sure it doesn't make sense for a lot of medium size businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Superb work and project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Our team loves working with Monday because it is fully customizable and very straightforward, easy to use platform. The section that is very helpful for my work tasks is the ability to upload files and add links and notes and collaborating with the rest of the team on specific items.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a rabbit hole for someone who is anal in task personalization, sectioning etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of collaborating with the team on projects and tasks that involve the whole members of the team.
Intuitive, flexible and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Monday.com lets me connect with different services and stay plugged in all at once. It keeps everything—from communication to file sharing—in one place, which makes collaboration seamless and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s frustrating that keywords in task comments aren’t searchable. Important details can get buried, making it harder to find information quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of all my tasks and stay focused. Since it integrates easily with Google Workspace, it’s much easier to manage documents, emails, and schedules all in one place. It keeps everything connected and organized.
Monday has been an excellent project management tool for my Marketing team.
What do you like best about the product?
While there is a fair amount of tools Monday.com offers, we utilize the project management tools for managing our marketing projects. We are able to systematically take marketing requests from outside sources, outline our projects, and manage all areas of our marketing efforts. The new AI tools have also assisted our team in creating content outlnes, summarize project status, and builid out useful workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the functionalities we are using is positive, what would be a nice improvement would be a closer synchronization to our HubSpot instance. Right now those software systems don't directly update each other and that causes some redundancy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves our project management gaps.
I find monday work management very clear, intuitive and well organized
What do you like best about the product?
It has many options to add any sort of information, including files and links, yet it doesn't feel overwhelming or complicated. The UI is very clear and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find a good way to track after ongoing tasks, like a task you need to complete on a weekly basis, without creating a new task each time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Tracking and documenting marketing resources such as in-house videos, banners and influencer videos. As a user acquisition manager it's easy for me to work with the other departments and track after my request.

The visual layout helps with quick overviews, and the built-in automation and integrations with tools like Slack and Google Drive help reduce manual work and improve communication. It's a dependable platform for staying organized and improving team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features—like certain automation options or time tracking—are only available in higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams. Also, while the platform is user-friendly overall, getting the most out of all its features can take some time and experimentation.

Monday Work Management helps solve the problem of keeping project tasks organized and transparent, especially when working on multiple development projects at once. It reduces the need for constant check-ins by making task status, deadlines, and priorities visible to everyone. This improves team coordination, saves time on updates, and allows me to focus more on coding rather than managing workflows manually.

Easy project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for projects and to-do lists. The automations are relatively simple to set up and I like how quickly you can customize things like the status column. I know it integrates with many other pieces of software, though I don't use any connections currently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could add a new layer of subitems under subitems. Overall though, I don't really have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use two types of boards, those for myself that essentially function as to-do lists, and collaborative boards that host anything from meeting agendas and their notes, to marketing calendars, to a resource hub.
Great tool for time management and visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very user friendly. It has highly customizable workflows and strong collaboration tools that automate capabilities and workflows. Monday is easily compatible with other tools and is an exception tool for time and resource management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to Monday. I haven't come across any flaws or severe limitations by using this platform.

Monday solves the problem of status tracking. It enables my team and I to stay on the same page with project and workflow management by using time efficient automations.

What I like best about Monday.com Work Management is how easy it is to use and customize. It's a very user-friendly tool that makes it simple to manage projects, track progress, and collaborate with others. The interface is intuitive, and it's easy to manipulate boards and workflows to fit our team’s needs.

What I don't like is that the automations don't work correctly sometimes and there is limited support from the company.
