monday Work Management is user-friendly and easy to adopt
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the UX is simple and pretty, and the product is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to collaborate with non-monday users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving hard to communicate, hard to keep up-to-date project items and overall project progress. It helps us stay on task, have improved collaboration and clarity on projects.
Great overall, could use a little more collaboration across boards
What do you like best about the product?
I love that every team in my company have a streamlined work management place. It allows seamless cross collaboration among our teams in order to clearly see project timelines and progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Comments on tasks/projects in Monday do not carry over to other boards when the task is in multiple places. Additionally, you cannot link things or attach things when commenting on someones update in a task/project
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is one place that everyone in our company, regardless of team, can see project process and contribute. For example our creative, brand, and innovations team all look to Monday to determine project progress, give edits, create timelines, etc. Our project managers also use it to ensure nobody has too much work.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very versatile. We use it to facilitate scheduling of employees, to solicit information from internal stakeholders using forms, to communicate with our team about everything from vacation schedules to budgets to project and task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is expensive and the learning curve can be a bit steep when first starting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a platform for communicating in many directions--internal to the team and externally also.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management is our main collaboration tool for our team to indicate what we are working on individually and as a team. It is useful in guiding us during our weekly team meetings. The automation tools and the integration with Google Forms is helpful in collecting data. This also provides our team with an opportunity for other employees to ask inquiries through our monday board. The platform is easy to use, organized, and has a user-friendly interface which makes it simple to access the various features.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is not being able to add a task at the top or in the middle of the list. I constantly need to drag it up which can be frustrating if I have a long list of tasks already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems such as documenting weekly tasks, team collaboration projects, and employee inquiries are being solved through monday.
Easy to use and manage
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to add/edit tasks, it houses all of my projects in an easy to view format. I love that I can export them and send out, if needed, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful is that I haven't quite figured out to calculate the days it takes to complete a task, and if one task gets delayed, how the rest of the tasks get updated. I'm doing it all manually, right now. Also, if I export the timeline, it takes a little time to reformat the file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into all of the tasks required to get a project done. It's benefitting me in that I'm able to track down the necessary person/department, if needed, so we stay on task in meeting deadlines.
Flexible and intuitive product
What do you like best about the product?
There's a huge amount of flexibility and capability with Monday. You can use it to track and manage all kinds of projects, and there is seemingly no end to the capablities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often I think "I wonder if Monday can do..." and I learn it can but I'd have to pay more for that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of progress on individual items such as contracts and budget line items, and speaker management.
Monday, a useful administration tool for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to manage and coordinate tasks with different teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool does not have locks robust enough to prevent team members who are not administrators from trying more advanced modules. Additionally, if it is a small or medium-sized enterprise, the support is not directly with Monday, but with an intermediary, which sometimes makes problem resolution difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot in reducing emails and in giving visibility to different teams about the pending work between areas.
Great for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been a great tool in monitoring both internal workflow and external projects, workflow management and team collaboration. It makes monitoring and communication easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could improve on delivery of alerts for when changes are made and graphics

Good for business
What do you like best about the product?
As a system administrator, monday provides a very flexible way to manage our companys jobs, the boards system works well, alongside a very easy to use API, making automation a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacking offline capability, meaning data has to be added after.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy central place to manage all of our systems and data

The integration with mail and ability to export data to Excel.

Sometimes the the boards lack of the capability to adapt to very specific circumstances.

It allows me to share information with all my team in an easy way, forcing me to share all the requested data.
