MDC makes life easier

What do you like best about the product?
The colours and also the way it’s easily accessible and also user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the automation had way more options to explore and also image uploading could be much more easier in terms of space
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to do a workflow for a whole team of 20 people but Monday makes it easier for me with just a workflow being raised and I don’t have to communicate specifically to 20 people

What do you like best about the product?
Everything works well and quickly. It has lots of features and integrations and even automations... And I think something that other project management software don't have which I really like about Monday is the beautiful UI—all those colors and design just makes it fun to use. The drag-and-drop feature is a joy. It's such a fun software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more automations allowed even for basic accounts (we only have 1).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything related to a task (comms, files, links, etc.) in 1 place --> Makes work easier and faster

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can have everything in one place. You have the different visualisation options, the place for you to plan and track your sprints very customisable. But the best part is being able to prepare metric dashboards directly on Monday to keep tracking processess, whaterver is delivered and team member's scope distribution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Monday is a minor aspect. I find it difficult to drag activities from one group to the other because it simply rolls down way too fast and you get lost in the groups and items. I feel the screen doesn't always properly adjusts to the computer screen, making it also difficult to delete subitems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves lots of management problems: team management, clear deadlines, attributing responsabilities. It helps my team to have a clear view of the weekly work load, everyone knows their own responsibilities for the week, along with the deadlines. Monday also helps us prioritizing and leaving it clear for the whole team. It is awesome as an activity tracker as well because management can easily evaluate the teams development and deliveries.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly; you might not need a manual to use it, yet you might find great support and solutions provided. I think companies should not struggle to develop their own Work Management Platform/Program/App because it will be very time-consuming, but less efficient (Monday, as a widely used platform, is well developed, and you have the whole world to feedback, update and improve it)
What do you dislike about the product?
A campaign with a price discount might be needed. Except for the price issue, I do not see why a company should not use a convenient management platform like Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is a good platform that integrates lots of management work with a simple workflow and clean presentation.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using monday.com for few months now and to manage my both personal task and my small team projects, and overall my experience was great. And my favourite part who would be the flexibility that it provides for our boards. I can customize my call on so suit almost any work flow and even manage my weekly to-do-list.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile application for it is not very user friendly as compared to our desktop version.
And it is a bit costly as a team will grow be also need some advanced features that will not be cost of affective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started working on monday.com things were not organised it was mostly scattered the spreadsheets and the emails were just not very feasible to us, and our biggest issue was visibility.
Monday.com has helped us in many ways to deliver our services at the right time with better precision.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has helped us stay organised across teams, projects, and deadlines in a way that no other tool has.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I can think of that could be added that will help is to be able to have different column headings for different groups on the same board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest improvements we've seen is in efficiency. By centralising all our project details, communications, and timelines, Monday.com has significantly reduced the time we spend switching between tools or chasing updates.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the most the different trackers we've created and the accordng forms. With ease one can fill out a form & then see in the full table (+ the according calculations). Adding & removing stuff from the tables is also easy.

Monday's team being ready to discuss and to edit new features for us, which could create difficulties in our workflow. Willingness to adapt it to our team's needs and make the necessary changed to ensure positive and easy workflow.

I use it multiple times on a daily basis and no tutorial was ever needed, as it is made very easy to navigate through.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't enjoy are the unannounced updates - for example when one scrolls through the form down, the number sections can be changed to -1, -2 and etc, which was not the case earlier. Also, there was an update in which when you click on a specific entry, it showed in a very different way, however, the support team managed to reverse that. Lastly, the US format date in the forms, however, on my end it has been updated recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It basically creates the perfect platform to ensure smooth communication between our team & the legal team. We've created the forms in such a way, that you cannot miss any information when adding something to Monday, which ensures that little to no mistakes are made. As our job concerns the legal department of our team, it is crucial to make sure that all needed information has been provided and it is correct. It's easy to discuss things with the other team and make the necessary changes when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I think is the customization options you have. They allow you to respond at every necessity without too much effort. It's a best-buy and must-have tool for project management.

Nothing at the moment, there are minor changes but I guess will be released in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
As a project manager, I love how flexible and visual monday.com is. It builds actual workflows that make sense for how your team works. I’ve used it to manage everything from onboarding to marketing pipelines to custom project tracking, and the ability to automate repetitive steps, integrate with tools like Slack and Gmail/Outlook, and customise views for different team members is a game changer. It’s intuitive enough for new users but powerful enough to handle complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more automation options around time tracking. For businesses that rely on accurate time logs (especially when building finance boards and dashboards in monday), this for me is a critical feature. A bit more flexibility here would go a long way in supporting teams that bill by the hour or need to track effort for budgeting and reporting purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly monday.com has become the central hub for how I run projects, onboard clients, manage teams, track time, and even report to executives. It solves communication gaps, keeps priorities visible, and eliminates the need for juggling spreadsheets and disconnected tools. I can build custom workflows for every department I support, automate repetitive admin, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
