What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Monday is its flexibility to be adapted to all types of business at a professional level, it is very easy to implement and design any work process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I see that would be good to improve is the reporting aspect; there are many customizations missing with the sub-elements that are not yet available. When I contact support, they tell me they are in process, but this implementation has been taking a long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would like there to be reports for the sub-elements so as not to use mirrors in elements and extract the information from sub-elements.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations that you can use and the simplicity for creating them. Very customizable. You have the ability to link boards and workflows so that you can cooperatively work with other teams and feed your information into their boards. Integrates with GSuite well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the automations break when you add fields to the boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility for tasks and processes. Automations make life easier.

What do you like best about the product?
So flexible to create and edit boards. Integration with multiple apps to enhance productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be very helpful if we can add sub-items with more than 2 to 3 levels of depth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Activity tracking | License assignments | Collaboration portal | Integration with other apps to create a knowledge base among others.
Benefits: Improve collaboration within our company, and integrate and share dashboards with clients, promoting collaboration and communication without any dependence on availability to participate in meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management has the best UI of any work management system. Everything is placed exactly where it needs to be and it is so easy to learn. Our workflows would be a lot more complex if not for this fantastic tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that have had long standing request by the community that just haven't been worked on by the Work Management team. These features would put Work Management head and shoulders above their competition but they fail to deliver on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has given us the ability to get our production flows to our vendors with quick communication and easy automations.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me team work cross functionally to track projects and ensure quality delivery to our customers. We use it for project management and task tracking. Also super helpful for daily task tracking and even personal project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functionality and dashboarding is difficult for someone just getting started and required me to do additional training and watching Youtube videos to make it work for my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us solve the project management problem for our distributed team. We can easily track project statuses across timezones and when there are customer deliverables also involved.

What do you like best about the product?
Keep track of all of the assignments that are my responsibility, has a clear organized structure for what invoices are due and have been sent out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday has a big learning curve, keeping track of all of the different work streams can be tough to do when you are first getting used to the systyem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping documentation in one organized work space

What do you like best about the product?

The limitation of lines, automations, and workflows. I also don't like the graphs that are limited.

Awesome Organizational Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very helpful for planning our workloads and tracking time per project for our organization. The live edit feature of the website is great for making sure our team is up-to-date on any updates throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is less visually appealing/UX friendly than the website, so most of our team just uses the website instead. Also, sometimes a rogue automation will be running and it takes a little time to figure out why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project organization and communication between our team(s).

Streamlined processes in an old, clunky system

What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing Monday benefited our accounting team in ways that I didn't think were possible. From being able to format a board for importing timesheets into our system to tracking the progress of client invoices, this system has saved us time and allowed us to be more efficient in our workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team relies on Monday to process a large amount of data - there are times when the system has difficulties accommodating the data immediately so there is some lag when dealing with data heavy boards. The animation of the hand waving into nowhere makes it amusing while you wait for your data to synch though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My department needed a better way to track invoices to be paid that didn't involve a shared excel file that had to be saved and opened separately for it to be usable. The boards allow us to track new, in progress, and paid invoices while also allowing us to post comments and questions on any special cases.
We've also been able to utilize a board for time entry with all the relevant information I need to be able to import into our old system. This has saved us thousands of dollars on seats in our accounting software.
We track our status of client invoice requests, creation, review, completion, and distribution with the help of boards and status' - with multiple clients on different deadlines and all with different needs, this has centralized our communication as a department.
