Good features for pros, but also accessible for newbies

What do you like best about the product?
I would say in our busiest times, Monday is the tool that has kept our team on track to complete a project without leaving gaps or having things fall through the cracks. I've used other kanban or task management style programs before but Monday has been my most preferred by far.

It has enough features to serve more complex projects, while also being simple enough to teach brand new staff to use.

We use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we've wished Guest users were able to access more features, but I understand why this isn't the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday serves as one central place where we can all see the progress of a project. This benefits each of us in the team as it keeps everyone accountable and up to date with what's happening.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about monday Work Management is how seamlessly it adapts to complex workflows. In the health industry, where coordination and follow-up are key, it helps me stay on top of interviews, sponsorships, and event logistics, all in one place and with full team visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the amount of customization can feel overwhelming at first, especially when you're managing multiple boards across different projects. It takes a bit of time to streamline everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me centralize scattered workflows from editorial planning to sponsorship tracking, which reduces miscommunication and saves hours every week. It keeps the whole team aligned and focused on priorities.

Easy to start using, crucial for projects management

What do you like best about the product?
As soon as I started using Monday.com I was able to implement it in helpful ways. I have about 200 projects and tasks at any given time, and Monday.com has allowed me to stay on-task without missing anything. I would be lost without it. I especially utilize the boards and the ability to see status and updates instantaneously when I'm in a board. I utilize the documents a lot too, especially for meetings.

I have successfully implemented Monday.com in our small marcom team, adding two other colleagues. Keeping track of group projects is also especially easy and helpful. I use Monday.com every single day with my job. I like how customizable it is, even down to color choices, which make it not only easy to organize and interpret, but also fun to use.

I dislike work management systems that are calendar-based. I appreciate that Monday.com offers many different ways to input and view projects.

I honestly refer Monday.com to anyone who is struggling with work management or looking for solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the boards could include a document. I haven't found a way to do this yet. I often want to take more detailed notes or meeting notes alongside the board but on the same page.

The ability to begin managing projects right away was so easy that the only downside is, I haven't taken the time to learn all the things I can do with the program. I know there is so much more I could be using but I don't feel like I have time with my work responsibilities. I have tried looking up tutorials, and I wish there was one that did more of an overview of all the ways someone could start using it immediately, especially for group projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the problem of the sheer amount of projects and tasks I have at any given time. I would be completely lost without this system.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Monday for years and love how organized it keeps us! We have boards for nearly every area of our business. If my team needs to check on client fulfillment, it's there at a glance. When we're ready to share an affiliate link to a product we use, it's so easy to find. The best part for me is keeping all of our testimonials and proof ready to find at a moment's notice.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a little learning curve to get your boards operating the way you'd like them, but once you know how to do it one time, it's easy to replicate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps every member of our team on track, and we always know how our work is benefiting the company as a whole and our clients individually.

Monday.com's Work Management Tools Are Game-Changing

What do you like best about the product?
As a fully remote team, Work Management allows us to collaborate seamlessly across a multitude of sectors. The flow of communication is easy to follow, and email reminders ensure that messages aren't missed. As a team manager, I love Work Management because it allows me to easily delegate daily tasks and check in on projects without micro-managing team members. We frequently onboard new interns, and the platform is intuitive and easy to train/integrate new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Work Management has a multitude of capabilities, I often feel we are not utilizing all of the features to the best of our ability. This really is no fault of the platform; we simply don't spend the time learning these capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work Management solves the problem of email inbox "overwhelm." When trying to manage projects via email, communication can be missed, misunderstood and sometimes lost to the trash folder. With Work Management it easy to visualize project statuses, as well as keep track of updates and questions within each work segment. This helps us eliminate unnecessary time expenditure searching for the email communication and file attachments as it is all conveniently organized in monday.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday's customization features allow us to use different templates for planning. We really love that we can give colleagues visibility to projects, allowing for better communication and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that we don't love is that people who can view boards cannot respond to emails where they are tagged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to process orient event planning for our enterprise. monday is easy to use and intuitive in most ways. We love the customization options and visibility features.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is the only tool that works for me. As a designer, I struggle to manage my time well, but this streamlines the process. I am able to understand at a glance which projects are due and the status they are currently at. Without Monday, my schedule would be all over the shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally nothing. It does everything I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s solving my time management issues and communication issues. Everyone is aware of where a project is up to and the due date expectations.

A Game-Changer for Event Planning and Admin Work

What do you like best about the product?
I'm an event planner and administrator for a large church and community center, and I’ve tried a bunch of different apps to stay organized. Monday.com really stands out. I love that it sends me text updates when there’s something important going on—like if there’s an issue they’re fixing. But my absolute favorite thing is how many automations you can set up. It saves me so much time! And their AI tool for building automations is amazing—it’s honestly way better than the ones I’ve used in other apps. It just makes everything easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t love is that some automations still need third-party apps to work. I really wish more of them could just happen directly within Monday.com without needing to connect to something else. That said, there are still tons of automations built into Monday that make it a super powerful tool, so it’s not a dealbreaker—just something I hope gets even better over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emailing customers with event updates used to take me hours to type up, and plug in their info. Now, with an automation, I just click a button, and it emails the customer with every update and custom field that they need to know about their upcoming event. This alone has saved me hours of work a week.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can collaborate with team members & clients directly in our Monday.com boards. I love using the review/markup & comment features

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the plan hierarchy - ex: I dislike that you need such a high amount of seats to get the pro version, but without pro, you can't use predecessors. I think that even the most basic plans should have predecessors, as that's a very basic project management need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me keep my projects on track by having everything in one place - our workback schedules, internal & client review of deliverables
