You dont need another software
What do you like best about the product?
it is user-friendly, I am able to create a regular board or a GANTT one if I please.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still doesnt sync with Salesforce CRM tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Track all my teams tasks, provide a quick glance of what is going on w/ projects & easy to use for non-users

I enjoy the ability to track statuses and customizing columns to fit board needs.

The limits to share all boards into a master board.

I like the customizable boards and automations. I use it often for my organization al tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bulk entry is a little tough and sometimes the boards can feel slow, as well as automations not triggering all the time.

Monday helps our development team stay organized and focused by providing a clear, daily list of tasks. It allows us to assign, track, and prioritize work efficiently, ensuring everyone knows what they need to do and when. This structure improves accountability and keeps projects moving forward smoothly.
Monday.com, a more efficient CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The beat thing about Monday.com is the ability for everyone at the company to use it at the same time and understand what’s happening. It’s not some secret language that CRM’s have and you need to break the code to decipher what’s going on. I like because it’s simple

I dont like the way it looks. It needs to be eaaier on the eyes. It looks to old school and busy at the same time

What do you like best about the product?
monday is incredibly user friendly and simple to use, yet offers a number of features to really enhance your experience. It has a clean user interface that helps me stay on top of tasks for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to tie-in to third party apps that may not be currently featured.

Keeping all pending matters in one place - it ensures tasks do not get forgotten and timelines adhered to.
Reliable platform for team collaboration and project tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com makes it incredibly easy to manage tasks, collaborate across departments, and track progress on initiatives. The interface is intuitive and customizable, and automations save us time by eliminating repetitive manual tasks. I especially appreciate the integrations with tools like Slack and Google Drive, and how easy it is to set up different views—like Kanban boards or timelines—depending on the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is powerful, advanced automations and some integrations require a higher-tier plan, which can be a limitation for small teams. It can also be a bit overwhelming for new users due to the number of features available, so onboarding requires some investment of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps streamline project tracking and team communication across our engineering, QA, and DevOps teams. It replaces scattered spreadsheets and inconsistent update processes with a centralized platform that provides real-time visibility into task ownership, due dates, and blockers. This has significantly improved our ability to meet deadlines and hold teams accountable.

What do you like best about the product?
The automations and integrations make it easy to create a system that works best for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to have more that 1 user log into a shared account. Every team member has their personal account in addition we have generally accounts for customer service, production....etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved from a legacy ColdFusion backend to Monday.com, which now serves as our primary CRM and operational hub. As enterprise-level users, we manage everything from customer relationships to custom orders, artist coordination, and fulfillment on the platform. It’s helped centralize our workflow and modernize how we track data across teams. While we've built out a lot internally, we’d love more support for advanced reporting and automations to match the complexity of our needs.
Monday is a great office tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is a easy and clean platform to communicate with other departments to get a task done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find this tool to be very helpful and have no issues with Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has created an easy way for sale planners and Account executive to communicate and execute sales!
Project management board with integrated features
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up and navigating boards. being able to prioritize and assign jobs and add messages. The integration with Google/Gmail is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like Monday to sync with billing portal BigTime to help try and even simply job assignments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of jobs and priorities. still learning some of the features and working on getting all employees to utilize it more. it is easy to set up.
Monday has streamlined my task management.
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to update tasks and get approval from my manager faster. She is also able to get back to me quick so that we meet timelines
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app gets glitchy, I notice it while scrolling.

Monday helps me collate all tasks in one place so that we're aware what all is happening in the project. Team members are able to keep a track on what everyone is doing
