monday Work Management Changed the Game!
What do you like best about the product?
monday Work Management is hands-down the best thing we ever did for our business. It streamlines our projects, helping ensure every piece of the puzzle gets completed in a timely manner. I can't remember the last time we missed a deadline since implementation! It's insanely customizable, making it fit our (or anyone's!) exact needs. The internal automations save us time, and it integrates with external automations seamlessly. It's so easy to build yourself without any sort of software background, but the customer support chat is always there when you need it, too!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real qualms with the software currently are as follows: Can't access formula column data via API for mirrored items. Mobile Kanban view doesn't support opening subitems. When moving items in between boards, the boards populated as options aren't intuitive, or based on moves that are recently or frequently made. The long text column is not easy to edit when the text is more than a few lines long. The automations don't support "if"/"or" type operations, forcing me to create dozens of automations that could be just one (Workflows is a good solution, but is only available to enterprise-level accounts: we have 11 employees, so this doesn't fit our needs.) There is no way to connect a new item to multiple boards natively without using an external automation. These are all mostly minor inconveniences that we work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday does basically everything other than invoicing in our business. It handles everything from CRM to sales/art/production workflow management. We use it for other projects too, like inventories and recurring weekly cleaning checklists. Monday helps us ensure that every single little step that is involved in each one of our projects get completed, and we handle 30-40 projects per week on average. It helps us capture data to analyze, which helps us identify issues in our processes and ensure our profitability. Furthermore, this software was able to grow with us and mold into something larger for our company as we scaled from 1 employee to 11!
We have build dozens of systems on Monday to manage our daily operations.
What do you like best about the product?
it is a very flexible platform that you can create systems on. We use it for clients to sign in on a form at the front desk. once they sign in, it automatically sends notifications to departments that they are there to see someone from that department. it allows for our case managers to pull their file prior to talking to the client. It also checks the client's name against a list of "HIGH ALERT" clients that have given us problems in the past. If the client is on this list then it notifies everyone in the building for us to be on HIGH ALERT. this is a great security measure to ensure the safety of our staff. Further, when clients sign in the have the option to request a satisfaction survey. if they select the check box for the survey tan they are prompted for their email address. they automations then send them our survey for them to complete. this is all going on in seconds in the background. and that is just at the front door.
We also use it to request, approve, track the status of Purchase Orders. from requested, three layers of approval, Approved by all parties, ordered, received, completed.
the requestor and our CFO each get a completed copy of the approved PO and all receipts for their records.
I manage our Board of Directors on Monday.
from Nominee information collection, training certificate and records management, automations reminding us of upcoming terms and renewal notices, categorizing board members into their various roles in committees, counties represented, etc.
We use Monday to track participants at events. Allowing us to keep record of release and authorization forms for media release and liability statements.
We have built our Online Application for services Using Monday.com as a carrier form to submit all supporting documents needed.
The automations set up allows for clients to stay informed of their status as applications are screened, assigned, processed, determined as incomplete, approved, denied, etc.
There is so much we can do on this platform. As much as we have learned and do already there is so much more that we haven't even scratched the surface on.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations I am wanting to start using are not available on the work management side of monday.com. I didn't event know that Monday CRM was a thing until I started looking into some more integrated and automated features I wanted for my systems and they are only available on Monday CRM.

Online Application, Client Sign in, Document management, Online Forms, etc.

I love how I can manage my time and my tasks in the best way and time.
Easy and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I like Monday because it is easy to use and it gets the job done without being flashy. I use Monday daily for our companies sales and project tracking and it has made us more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Monday would be board line limits and it can be somewhat slow if you are using a lot of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have run out of space several times but upgrading to the bigger package doesn't make sense for our small company
Excellent Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the format of Monday - it's easy to view, quick to assign as needed and can view many projects all at once, which is helpful for timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. If there is anything I don't like, it's more to do with me learning how it would work, as everything I've questioned, Monday has had a solution, it's just a matter of educating.

Monday has made it easy for me to see all of the projects during a specific timeline so that I can make impactful decisions.

Project Tracking and Visibility: Monday Work Management has greatly improved our ability to track multiple projects simultaneously. The visual boards provide a clear overview of project statuses, deadlines, and responsibilities. This has eliminated the confusion and miscommunication we previously experienced with project progress.
Task Management and Prioritization: The platform allows us to break down projects into manageable tasks, assign them to team members, and set priorities. This has significantly reduced the risk of important tasks falling through the cracks and has improved our overall productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can set deadlines, alerts and collaborate with others on the same board. It helps me be organized when planning multiple events at once.

There really is not anything that I don't like.

The problem it solves is meeting all my deadlines and making sure that all aspects of my events get done.
Working Smarter
What do you like best about the product?
The 'my work' section keeps tasks readily available. All of my assigned tasks are in one place and I am able to knock them more quickly. Monday provides an new level of efficiency to my very busy work life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any area of Monday that I dislike.

Monday keeps all the tasks in one place and allows for updates to be written and accessed in the same window. You are never behind on a task and you can communicate with other members of the team to get real-time updates.

The automations are fantastics and help me to keep track of projects. I like how multiple people can interact with a project. I use the app every single day multiple times a day. Easy to implement and work with my projects. I like also the integrations with other apps.

I will like to have a better interface on the mobile app.

It helps me to manage my projects in a easy way and communicate with my team daily.

What do you like best about the product?
My business has multiple levels of operations that can become mind-numbing to keep up with. We used to have fractional systems, all separate, and it was next to impossible to keep up with all emails, tickets, tasks, and ongoing projects. With Monday, we are able to hold all of this in a one-stop, easily organized place. I can track my projects more effectively and keep my workflow streamlined and integrated. Best part, it is easy to implement and teach to my team. It has improved their ability to keep up with customer support tickets. We use Monday every day for all major customer support and project management operations. Simplicity and integration at it's finest.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system used to delete, move, or archive certain items could be a bit clearer. At times I may lose an item if I click the drop down menu wrong. The search function also works perfectly 99% of the time, but sometimes I feel it is missing things making it a bit harder to find that random needle in the haystack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has resolved the problem of having all of our different projects and outstanding tasks being saved in a bunch of different places from Slack to FreshDesk. Now they are all in one place, which allows my team to track better and helps me track their workflow and more effectively manage our teams.
