The diferent spaces in which you can work depending on the status

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can get really specific with Monday.com and I like that it’s super customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t think there’s anything else I’d change about Monday.com!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes me & my team get lots of workflow but Monday.com keeps everyone in check on tasks and responsibilities!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday enables simples distribution of tasks, while having easy access throughout the teams that allows for great checklisting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday's system can sometimes be a little slow, specially when marking a task as done. This worsens in the mobile app, which lags a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help centralize the tasks so management can see our availability and the completion of our tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Customization, and user friendly. Nothing falls through the cracks anymore,much better than standard spreadsheets we used to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit expensive as you grow, it would be great to have additional customization for reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us to communicate, stay organized, and cut down on internal emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has a lot of key features that we use without being too overwhelming. It's easy to use and helps us manage all aspects of our business. The best part is that we also use Monday with clients, which has helped us meet deadlines, and reduce time spend going through emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have certain tasks hidden.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us meet our deadlines, stay on track with tasks, organize business information.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has transformed the way our team collaborates and tracks progress. The interface is clean, visually engaging, and easy to use,even for less tech-savvy team members. I love how flexible the boards are; we use it for everything from project planning and task tracking to onboarding and reporting. Automations and integrations help us save time and reduce manual follow-ups. It's become a hub for our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I really enjoy using the platform, I sometimes feel like I'm only scratching the surface of what's possible. There are so many features and workflows I haven't had time to fully explore or implement. I wish there were more simple, time-saving resources or guided workflows tailored to different business types,something that helps you go from “basic user” to “power user” without needing hours of research.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us stay on top of tasks across multiple projects and teams. Before using it, things would fall through the cracks, deadlines were missed, updates got lost in emails, and accountability was unclear. Now, we have one central place for communication, tracking, and progress. It’s helped us streamline operations, improve team transparency, and save hours each week.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Monday is that I can clearly see the daily and weekly workload. This helps me measure my time and avoid work-related stress.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about Monday is that sometimes it is a slow application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problems I see are that the machine needs to be updated constantly, and that it is a bit slow from time to time.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't have to worry about my team wotk, or sending emails to everyone in each project. Everything is centralized and anyone can edit, add or comment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all, I don't have any discomfort woth the software.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is one of the easiest and most customizable project management/work management systems I have worked with. I have worked with most of the larger brands over the previous few years, and Monday has topped them all for me. The ability to create custom boards with all the custom fields, columns, groups, etc., that I need is a game changer, and then to be able to attach reports and various visualizations to those boards so I can easily keep track of the progress of each project, is fabulous. The automations are easy to setup, and the workflow center allows for complex algorithms that are easy to create through a nice visual UI. I was initially hesitant to use Monday because I have used so many of the other large systems, but I am so glad I tried it out. I have moved my entire team over to Monday now and we officially use it for all of our work and project tracking. In just a few short months, we have completely transformed our processes by finally being able to house them in one easy-to-use comprehensive system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that sub items and groups could have separate columns/fields from the main table, instead of being restricted to the same columns/fields. Sometimes I want to view information on the same board but that has different data needs, so it would be nice to be able to create one board with multiple groups and have the ability to create different columns/fields for each group. But, in the grand scheme of things, that's a minor issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we used multiple systems to keep track of daily activities, processes, and KPIs. Monday has allowed us to consolidate most of those systems and to become more efficient at tracking those actvities/processes. Monday has also become an easy-to-access knowledge repository for us for many sets of data that we need to routinely access. Project management and problem resolution has become much cleaner and easier to monitor since switching to Monday. I can easily see all the projects my team is working on and what the status of each project is.

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management every work day - it is very easy to use and set up, it's great for collaboration and it's very intuitive. I'd set up a Project Dashboard which served 2 purposes: 1) project planning & updates, 2) project resource allocation. This was shared with a team of project managers who picked this up and ran with it with relative ease. I was able to create different views using the same board - for our internal Steering Committee, for our external clients, for our internal resourcing discussions, it's great! All using data entered in the same place. I love the automation as well which makes my (and my colleagues') lives a lot easier by automating the creation of repetitive and standard tasks. Also love the monday-Slack integration which simplified updates and made our lives a lot easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sometimes there's a lag when displaying multiple widgets on the same page - performance issue?
2. Need more free widgets, especially in the Dashboard space :)
3. Would love more flexibility when creating automation rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems:
Project managers used to create their own project plans using other utilities and we never had an overall view of all the in play and up and coming projects, and their statuses. We also had a fragmented view of our people resource allocations.

With monday Work Management we were able to create a space where all projects are added and tracked, along with resources allocated for these projects thus providing us with different views of the project data captured. We were also able to standardise the task creation by automating this.
