Monday.com gets it done
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to integrate boards; collaboration works well with others; easy to use once you get the hang of it
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex for new users even with training modules but once you know what you want to use it for, it is very helpful for project and task management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing onboarding and offboarding; creating feedback surveys; keeping track of priorities
Great program with a terrible name.
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of customization to fit what you need to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The name monday is awful for a program. Telling your colleague that you have something to look at on monday is extremely confusing and you always have to clarify that you're talking about the program and not the day of the week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In technical support it helps us keep track of cases we get from our customers to help with troubleshooting issues. It also allows us to track what products we are getting for to help us better help customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Great API documentation and sandbox for testing .
What do you dislike about the product?
monday is rapidly growing and adding new features, so I occasionally encounter bugs.

It helps communication and collaboration between departments

We are able to stay on the same page as a team. We have team members across the country and keeping communication clear has been amazing with Monday.com

I wish there was a better way to handle daily and weekly tasks

Simple, Robust Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
It's a simple, approachable platform for managing projects where you can collaborate and share updates with teammates and keep all links and notes in one place. Automations are incredibly powerful and useful, especially how they easily integrate with other tools like Gmail and Slack! I literally use it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
My use of Monday is pretty simple, so it's not really an issue for me—but I could see how the robustness of Monday could be daunting. Sometimes I have trouble finding teammates projects, or previous/archived projects. It's honestly been easy to implement into my daily workflow and I have no major complaints or technical/support issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so many tools and platforms and communication avenues, Monday helps keep everything organized—it's basically the one-stop shop for projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company used Monday.com as production management platform and it works really well for the size of our company. What we like about the software is how customizable it is, which essentially allows us to set up the software the way we want to with workflows, different boards ect... It also allows us to have full visibility on order statuses as they come through production, and we can also upload and attach different files/documents to each order such as drawings, quality documents ect... which helps in production, but also allows us to have traceability for future use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if Monday.com was able to integrate with out accounting software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are continuing to develop the product and offering new capabilities which allows us to grow with it.
I really like the accountability when you tag people on a job.

If people do not check it, then some information can be missed.

Great Way to Stay Organized
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and freedom to customize boards and automations makes staying organized easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for creating discreet folders within a workspace. The navigation bar can get a bit crowded as team members continue to add docs and boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday.com, we mainly used Google Sheets and Slack to keep track of tasks and processes. Monday.com provides a simpler, more streamlined way for our team to track projects' progress and stay organized.
I have been pleasantly surprised with Monday.com

The sheer number of different kinds of cells that you can add to a board. This is very helpful in todays world of tracking things across many sites.

There isn't much I don't like about Monday .com

It helps us track meeting AI's and upcoming meeting topics. Along with many more things
UI as the Ultimate Differentiator
What do you like best about the product?
An intuitive system that can be used for both simple and super-complex processes, for individuals and groups. The ability to connect data and centralize it makes it significant in cross-project processes. A captivating UI that attracts the new user and makes him curious and inquisitive about it. Even non-tech users find the implementation process relatively easy. While using the platform, I encountered quite a few bugs, but the support service was very fast and accessible and gave a good feeling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure tends to become expensive quickly, particularly for growing teams. No option to buy extra automations operations/workflow features. The mobile experience falls short of the desktop version, limiting effectiveness for instant updates. Automation - Monday offers basic options, but more sophisticated workflow automations typically require enterprise account which is highly expensive, external apps or creative workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting different users from different departments in the company to one process, where communication is clear and everything is in one place and doesn't get lost - documents, updates. Saves a lot of time double-checking, and allows you to see real-time information about things in a transparent way across the organization. Automations for managing repetitive processes, connectivity to higher levels that reflect to management the information they want to see, and of course the world of dashboards and Gantt charts.
