One of the Best Solution for Task and Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I run a whole team of developers, and project managers. Using the friendly UI of Monday and keeping track of all main activities and details is amazing.
My team use the app daily, they even said they keep Monday open in one of their screens all day long.

What do you dislike about the product?
Until now I havent experience any downside, compared to other apps we have used in the past for the team, it has been the best.
We even moved some of our providers to work in Monday.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically visibility. It is always hard to have different teams and indivuals working in a project every single day, and keep track of their different tasks, and progress.
With Monday everyone can see what their peers are doing, and even use it to leave the proper documentation for others.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create boards for both personal and professional use are very important to me. I have many projects that I manage in both my personal and my professional life that have been far more successful by being allowed to track their progress within monday.com. The features I like to use the most - forms for surveys after webinars that I hold; forms for surveys after a project or client has been completed; embedding a calendar view on a website after other businesses submit via form their upcoming events; tracking goals and progress; the variety of free templates that can be manipulated to match my needs; easy native automation with "start from scratch" aka custom, option. The ability to invite guests to project plans, meeting notes (via monday doc), and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dependency feature is still clunky - it would be nice if this were more flexible and able to natively automate movement of dates of subitems based on an item's due date - forward, or backward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of all work needing to be accomplished as well as progress on current projects & goals.

GitHub integration is lacking, can not automate some GitHub action workflow

dashboard to show the overall progress of a project and list view for who is respoisbile for each sub task
Easy organization for tasks and clients.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very customizable. No matter what kind of list you are trying to make or automate, there are templates for it. It is also intuitive to use. It's more streamlined than having your things on an excel spreadsheet and easy to use on mobile as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is that connecting boards could be a little bit easier. But once you tinker with it it's not too bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keep all of my information in one place. My clients have various accounts so it is nice to have them amalgamated in one spot.

Best customizable project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has really changed my workflow and my ability to complete projects in a timely manner. It was really easy to implement a process and review all the data from our process. This has been my daily tool I come into to track our progress. I love how everything is formatted exactly how you want it, and you can add different views. The automations have made my workflow manageable since I do not need to do a lot of manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Monday.com grows, I am very excited to see what the future holds. I do have some key feedback for things I found issues with. The first one is improving the automations. I found myself needing some special automations, like when a progress bar hits 100%, change this status. The second thing is improving the duplicates. The way I run some of our projects and boards was to add our item numbers as the name, and sometimes I found myself finding a lot of duplicates. A good way to combat this is maybe having an automation for duplicates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems Monday.com solves for me are ease of project management and automating that process. I run multiple projects at the same time, and I have subtasks on each project that go live at different times. I was able to customize on a line-item basis, allowing me to get accurate project go-lives.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is extremely helpful for keeping track of projects and ship dates. Before Monday we were trying to tack everything using multiple spread sheets, now we can easily keep track of everything in one location. It took less then a day to switch everything over and it is a tool we use daily. We've even recommended it to a number of clients to help them more easily keep track of their workload. Monday saves us hours of extra work every year and it is a tool that has lead to our companies thriving success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about would be not being able to set reminders more then 1 week out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday we had multiple spread sheets to track outgoing and incoming orders. With Monday we've been able to consolidate every aspect and process of each order in one easy to access and update location

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the clarity Monday brings to my daily workflow. I can easily group tasks, manage backlogs, and track everything through the calendar view — all in one place. It has helped me feel more in control of my priorities and keep the team projects running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user, I quickly realized there was a steep learning curve to overcome. I’d advise new users to take it slow, invest time in onboarding resources, and not get discouraged early on. Once I got past that initial hurdle, the platform started to really shine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has been working wonders, especially in a remote setup. It allows our team members to manage their own time and tasks without constant check-ins, ensuring accountability while boosting autonomy. The platform brings all our project needs into one place, making it much easier to stay on track and deliver on time.

Monday work management helps me keep daily tasks in order and ablet to track down items in an orderly fashion.

What do you dislike about the product?
Automation of task could be a bit more simpler.. sometimes it can be cumbersome to do what you want to do. I haven't found downsides to this management other than I haven't had time to train on all its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Monday has provided solutions for is task management for IT helpdesk requests.
We also use this for billing tracking and process and historical billing records.

I love how user-friendly the platform is. When onboarding new team members, Monday provides structure and makes new team members joining the team seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that comes top of mind. I love it!
