The use of monday is very important in my job, because otimizate my more time.
What do you like best about the product?
the easy to use of the tools and my team is able to use the sistem and give a lot result.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that in my project us have a 2 spaces, and I don't have integration between these two spaces to move activities between one work area and another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving project management problems, making it possible to manage the project and have a short, medium and long-term vision.
User friendly and ideal for operations management
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the automations and possibilities to connect boards, and how it facilitates operations and improves efficiency in our workflow. It has been improving our customer support by keeping track of deadlines. It is very easy to use, easy to implement, and user-friendly. We use it daily in our workflow.

sometimes some integrations are not possible

Great organizational and workflow tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Getting started with Monday was so simple! I love how easy it is to create boards using templates and automations. It's become a go-to tool for basically everything I do. The ability to move things between boards is great too, and you can even use automations to send something directly to another board with the click of a button. I use Monday mainly as a project management tool and it works great for that! I also use it to track open purchase orders, a daily task list, and a call log of all the calls I take during the day. I have automations set to email the call notes to myself with one click. The Monday app is great for accessing and editing your boards on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I've ever had was a little bit of downtime due to the Monday system experiencing some minor outages. All problems were very quickly resolved!

It is keeping my work organized and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love monday.com—it’s been a non-negotiable in my workflow from the start. I even told my boss it was essential, and it’s proven itself time and again.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the status buttons to be infinite, it has limited me when I used that format for a "country" column and then can't get all the countries in to one column.

Workflow tracking - our server has a million duplicate spreadsheets on it and I vowed to import one a day into monday.com to make this problem dissolve slowly until it disappears.
Fully customisable and versatile, this platform has so many applications
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to use monday Work Management for our technical workflows, data tracking, customer databases and device registers. Having one platform to cover so many uses is such a rare asset in a world where it seems a new login is required for every new business requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the templates are not as helpful as I expected. I would prefer an AI based tool that asks questions and helps you build as you go.

We need to keep centralised registers which can be accessed by various stakeholders like suppliers. monday Work Management allows us to do that in a way that is easily searchable and can be shared as required.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday.com daily and I love how it allows for deep personalisation and vibrant colour coding, making it easy to clearly see tasks, priorities, and progress at a glance. The automations are incredibly helpful too—they streamline repetitive processes and keep everything running smoothly without manual effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that when Monday.com experiences bugs or downtime, it can disrupt workflows significantly, as we keep ll our briefs and important documents on Monday.com. There’s no backup option, so if the platform ever goes down, we risk losing access to critical information, which is a big concern for us."

It solves the problem of tasks and project visibility by centralising all work in one place. This helps our team stay organised, track progress, and collaborate more effectively. As a result, we save time, reduce miscommunication, and ensure deadlines are met consistently.
Purchased for CRM but got additional capabilities - Implementation management and Client renewal
What do you like best about the product?
Much easier to use than Sales Force with a lot of additional functionality. It;s very intuitive so I can pick up most of it on my own without needing support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I'm aware of thus far? Perhaps a better way to view more information at once on the sales boards
We've been using it for @3 years now, mostly as a CRM for sales but also for keeping track of client renewals and our implementation team uses it for project management. We have not explored all the other ways we could be using it but its very feature rich.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of keeping track of new leads with the status of each project in the sales pipe and enabling our implementation team to communicate with new customers about their action items needed for a timely delivery. It's great to get reminders about upcoming client renewal dates so we can plan ahead.

Easy and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
It's super user friendly, has great options for "view only" members, and the included automations are really easy to set up as a first time user. We use it just about every day in my department.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there were additional, flexible pricing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a lot of manual calendar work. Having the option for automations is a big time saver.
