Clunky and Lacking Features Compared to Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I don't like much. We use it for some projects but mostly use Asana.

Clunky, doesn't off the same features as Asana.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has a clean, stable user experience, which makes it both easy and genuinely enjoyable to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d say the mobile app could be a bit better, although that might also be because I mostly use the desktop version and haven’t spent enough time with the app yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep our team’s tasks organized, especially when coordinating requests with the graphic artists, so that’s been good.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s incredibly easy to customize boards, views, and automations so they match exactly how my team prefers to work, instead of forcing us to adapt to a rigid system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can pin point. It works perfectly for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information Silos: It gets rid of scattered spreadsheets, endless email chains, and disconnected chat messages.
Lack of Visibility: It solves the "who is doing what, and by when?" problem, stopping tasks from falling through the cracks.
Manual Busywork: It eliminates the need to manually update tracking sheets, assign tasks, or send follow-up emails.

Planning social media and marketing planning in a small team
What do you like best about the product?
Having tried other services, I like that I can work with colleagues and yet have my own planning space. It's also been great to allow us to create forms for colleagues to submit marketing requests. The latter helps cut down on information being lost - being able to rank priorities and plan our social has been really beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a small non-profit, I would love to have the whole team on monday.com but our own finances make this difficult. As such, using it in our small marketing team to plan social means we struggle to share that with the wider team but that's an us issue, not for monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track our social content and marketing requests. It's made our planning so much easier and also assists with future planning.
Intuitive Workflow and Seamless Team Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Kanban workflow and the ease of tagging team members and creating tasks. It's also great that you have the freedom to build it how you'd like. My business couldn't operate without the clear instructions we're able to give each other on monday Work Management tasks. The design of the software makes a big difference, and my employees love it more than what we used before. It's so much easier to view, and the initial setup was very easy and simple. I would definitely recommend it, I'd even rate it a 10 because it's amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it followed up automatically on team members. I use Claude to scrape what tasks are stale / not moving, and it auto-leaves comments. I wish monday Work Management had those capabilities so I didn't have to build around it.

monday Work Management organizes tasks, prioritizes clients and tasks, and keeps our design team organized. The Kanban workflow and tagging ease task management, enhancing my ability to manage team members and providing clear instructions.

What do you like best about the product?
This app helps me keep track of my leads and keeps me accountable for following up.

The only thing I might dislike about Monday.com is that it could potentially offer a bit more customization.

I was failing to follow up with clients, but Monday’s reminders have helped solve that problem.

What do you like best about the product?
I like monday Work Management for its flexibility and how it can be customized to fit my needs. It really caters to what the customer needs, and I'm able to customize it the way I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love tutorials on how to use the AI features. I'm scared to even click on it and mess up my CRM. It was not that easy to set up. It's very customizable, so it took some time for me to customize what I needed and how I wanted my CRM to look like.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a very useful tool in our day to day operations at SPS. We use it for project management, work flows and general day to day operations here in our technology department.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past, Monday suffered from some instability issues. Those seem to have been resolved over the last 18 months or so. That was, honestly, my only complaint about Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us to stay organized and on task. As mentioned we lean heavily on Monday for our project management. In any given academic year, we will have as many as 75 big projects. Monday is highly adaptable and flexible to show the data and workflows that we need. That has increased with the introduction of AI to help us with those normally mundane tasks.

I like monday Work Management for its organization and workload management capabilities. I appreciate the automations and different view options available. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the integration of various applications in automations. At one stage, the automation and subsequent application would have been in that recipe to choose from. Now it has changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for organizing work, managing workloads, and integrating CRM with various workspaces. It helps streamline business and construction clients' processes, connecting with applications like JobTread and SmartBuild.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Monday for its ease of use and its excellent interface. It lets us track projected consumption and billing month by month, and it also makes project completion dates easy to see so we can allocate staff to other projects as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It adapts well to my needs, provides clear, general information, and I find it especially useful because it lets me complete the necessary tasks without distractions or having to dig through hidden menus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage my time and my team's time efficiently, defining tasks and planning weeks in advance. This platform has greatly helped us complete tasks on time, deliver work to clients within the desired timeframe, and even, on occasion, save time and money.
