Excellent Project Tracking, but Occasional Glitches and Notification Overload

What do you like best about the product?
It provides a very clear and logical project management tool to help us track our projects - of which we run around 600 per year.

I find the notifications and the ability to keep all communications in one place incredibly helpful - although sometimes the sheer volume of notifications I receive can be overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have experienced a number of glitches with Monday that take time to resolve - and sometimes our partner organisation cannot always help with this. I find it quite frustrating that Monday uses AI bots for their support channels, that to date have yet to actually resolve our issues.

We are currently experiencing problems with automations being retained (and active) on project boards created from templates - and this has taken weeks to resolve. I believe the issue began when Monday created the 'template centre' which removes templates from specific work areas and houses them together. All Monday support team have told us is that this is expected behaviour - when the same process can create three different outcomes... how can that be?

We also experience a high number of sync issues - maybe this is due to the volume of projects we run, but we are on the whole a small company and I cannot believe we run more projects than large companies - so I don't know why we have so many problems with information being missed because of sync issues/outages. We also don't have visibility of when this happens, making the data unsafe/inaccurate.

Great Project Visibility, But Mirroring Limitations Hinder Automation

What do you like best about the product?
The visibility it gives me of where every project is at and the comms linked to it updates etc... and in one place and easily seen through dashboards etc....

What do you dislike about the product?
Limited mirroring levels means I can't always easily get the data I want onto the boards I want and then I can't use mirror columns to trigger automations even with some of the add on apps it isn't always easy to get one that triggers of the columns I want it to

Support is ok once you get to a person but the chat bots etc are annoying as they never have the answers

What do you like best about the product?
Monday work management is very easy to use, and you can soon be up and running with scaleable project management boards. Once up and running taking your boards to the next level with automations and Workflows is a really easy step.
What do you dislike about the product?
That font and customer colours are not part of the everyday use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collating data from multiple suppliers in the form of a questionaire, that can then be presented in visual forms
Management of teams across managed templates, to ensure they are achieving their goals in a timely manner

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility that Monday Work Management allows amongst all the different areas of the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Monday is super responsive and listens to their customers needs!

Monday is allowing our teams to mature at their own pace in their Agile transformation. It is also enabling teams to quickly build and implement cross collaboration tools.

Visual, User-Friendly, and Logical—But Some Restrictions on Board Connections

What do you like best about the product?
how visual the board are, friendly user, easy to learn and apply automation, it is very logic and I love it about Monday. It is more and more used by my team in pm becaming a day to day thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
some restrictions from users to connect boards, The standard setting in my enterprise account is quite restricted. it is annoying when you rely so much and Monday is out of service (I had to cancel a couple of meeting when that happened)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication gaps holding information on many different places. The way I run meeting today is sharing my screen and going through the Monday board so everyone sees the tasks and notes and accountability taken. One cannot say they did not agree with it after all. Also, the timelines, when you need to anticipate, there are some issues on getting all dates together, needs manually updated.
