Flexible Project Management Made Easy

What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday.Com to manage our ongoing client projects, and it provides clear and easy insight into what items are in progress, overdue, etc. It allows us to collaborate in a fully remote environment, sharing resources, and the integrations with Slack, Zapier, and G-Suite allow for automating so many recurring tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Collaboration with client teams who do not use monday.com can be a challenge. When they're still using Excel, but you want to share your KanBan board with them!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping as many elements in one place as possible and providing flexibility with integrations really helps us keep track of our projects!

What do you like best about the product?
We started the implementation of Monday, along with the process mapping project, and without the platform, the process would certainly be more time-consuming. The platform allowed us to quickly analyze the flows, improve the company's productivity with customizable resources, automation, file centralization, reports and analyses, integrations, security control, and data protection. I highly recommend Monday!
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support leaves a bit to be desired, improve it for Monday to continue being the best platform on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisting in the monitoring of the entire project flow.

What do you like best about the product?
One of Monday.com’s biggest strengths is its flexibility. Whether you're managing complex project timelines, tracking billable hours, or coordinating team deliverables, the platform offers a wide range of templates and automation features that save time and reduce manual follow-ups. Integrations with tools like Outlook, Slack, and Excel also help streamline our workflow.

The ability to create dashboards with real-time data and visuals (charts, timelines, workload views) has been particularly helpful for reporting and decision-making. And the user-friendly interface means that even new team members can get up to speed quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can become cluttered if not maintained properly, and some advanced features (like more complex automations or integrations) require a bit of a learning curve. However, the support resources and community forums are very helpful when troubleshooting or looking for best practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of visibility across projects:
Before Monday, it was difficult to track who was working on what and how tasks were progressing. Now, with shared boards and clear ownership, everyone stays aligned and informed in real time.

Manual follow-ups and status updates:
With automations and status columns, we’ve reduced the need for constant check-ins and reminder emails. This saves time and lets us focus on more strategic work.

Scattered communication and documents:
Monday centralizes our communication, files, and updates in one place—no more digging through emails or chats to find the latest version of something.

Inconsistent processes across projects:
With templates and structured workflows, we ensure consistency and standardization in how we manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables across teams and clients.

Difficulty in reporting and tracking metrics:
Dashboards and custom views allow us to monitor performance, billable hours, and deadlines more efficiently supporting better decision-making and client reporting.

The result:
Improved team accountability, smoother collaboration, faster onboarding of new members, and overall better project outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use, how many sheets and boards you can create, as well as a lot of templates to choose from if you do not want to create your own boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is a limitation on automations and sometimes there are not useful templates for all types of work, and also that it is not easy to import an excel spreadsheet the way I want it to be...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A program where we get everything on one platform, no need to go to different excel spreadsheets to get info, and where I can just put a status on a project and where all other co-workers can see and access all these.

What do you like best about the product?
Is an easy tool to manage projects and tasks. It has many ways to connect charts with different external apps. The look and feel is nice.

Automatizations are useful but at the beginning are difficult to implement.

What do you like best about the product?
The most I like user-friendly and enjoyable design. It's easy to navigate, adjust and manage everything.

There is nothing in particular I can mention. All good.

What do you like best about the product?
The Monday system is flexible and helps in matters related to organization and human resources operations in a big way.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the problems with the Monday system is that most of the integrations require a fee, and there is no multiplicity of interfaces, which makes working on the system a boring pattern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing work is one of the things that has added a lot to us as a company.

monday.com is easy to use and great for teamwork. Bringing guests also makes collaboration smooth with people outside of the organization.

It's sometimes hard to keep up with the changes, and some changes are integral to how some of the processes have been built.
