What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that monday Work Management helps me ensure all my client details are in one centralized place, giving me a clear overview. I think this feature is vital in my use as a CRM, helping me manage client information effectively. Additionally, I like the collaboration capability it offers, as it allows me to work seamlessly with my colleagues. This collaborative nature enhances teamwork and project management, making group tasks more efficient and coordinated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the 'search everything' feature to be quite slow. This hampers my ability to quickly find information, which disrupts my workflow, especially when I need to access client details swiftly as part of using it as a CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management as a CRM to keep all my client details in one place, providing me with a clear overview and enabling effective collaboration with colleagues.
Effortless Organization, Stellar Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I'm able to collaborate with other users who are a part of my organization. Being able to tag them, add them to boards, and add them to automations and workspaces allows me to collaborate interdepartmentally with colleagues who need the information I am working on. This ensures we all stay informed. I also appreciate the features that keep me organized; creating workspaces, boards, and forms allows me to action specific tasks based on my current projects. With my role requiring me to manage multiple different projects simultaneously, the ability to update tasks and processes efficiently helps a lot. Additionally, I like being able to go back and review what has been accomplished, duplicate past projects for updates or reviews, and archive or unarchive information as needed. I am also quite enthusiastic about the introduction of AI in monday.com's workspace, which promises to create more efficient workspaces and boards for my team and me. Although I haven't had the chance to explore the full extent of AI capabilities yet, I plan to do so, aiming to further improve my monday.com experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that while automations are not something I struggle with significantly, there is room for improvement in my understanding and utilization of them. There are numerous features available on monday.com that I and my organization have not fully leveraged, partly due to the complexity and breadth of skills needed to capitalize on them effectively. This includes different types of boards and file sharing options, as well as intricate tools like docs. Without enough time to explore and learn these features independently, I find it challenging to utilize monday Work Management to its fullest potential. An account specialist or a designated person who understands our organizational needs and can offer tailored insights into how specific features can enhance our workflow would be highly beneficial. This assistance would be valuable as we often do not have the luxury of time to explore these tools thoroughly on our own. Another area of concern is the integration of monday.com with other tools such as Freshdesk, where I have struggled to fully optimize the interaction for seamless support ticketing within our travel agency operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to receive notifications for task deadlines, ensure organization in project execution, and streamline processes for both one-time and recurring projects, allowing my host travel agency to operate efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
The transparency across all project components is outstanding. Every team member can easily view project status, and the platform accommodates multiple content types—documents, images, videos, notes, and emails—all in one centralized location. This visibility is critical when managing diverse projects across development, admissions, student programs, alumni relations, and summer programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social media integration comparable to Planable.com would be valuable. Robust social media planning and publishing features would allow us to consolidate all marketing projects in one platform instead of using separate tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com centralizes project management for our six-person marketing and communications team serving an entire school community. We manage concurrent initiatives for prospective families, current students and families, alumni, and multiple programs. The platform provides the cross-functional visibility necessary to coordinate effectively across these diverse stakeholder groups.

I find monday Work Management very handy and appreciate how it makes keeping track of all due dates easy. This efficiency is invaluable when it comes to managing tasks. One of the most beneficial aspects is that my entire team can coordinate seamlessly. We can prepare calendars and assign responsibilities effectively, which has enhanced our coordination and planning capabilities significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that monday Work Management could benefit from more automation in creating calendars. Additionally, the initial setup was somewhat time-consuming, as it required creating all teams and noting all tasks.

I really appreciate monday Work Management for its clean user interface, which makes it immensely easy to use, especially with its basic functions. This simplicity is an enormous plus for me, allowing seamless navigation without complexity. Furthermore, I find the emerging AI functions in beta to be very promising and beneficial. We are exploring its capabilities to develop more customized apps that will meet our specific needs. It's exciting to see how these AI features are shaping up, as they show great potential in terms of personalization and enhancement of our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's just so much nuance with the way files and photos are currently managed together, which is not ideal. I'd love to have a separate place specifically for files. Additionally, the team management capabilities could be improved. I wish there was an option to create and manage a weekly schedule that automatically sends updates about daily tasks and reminds team members to upload photos. Lastly, the integration of existing apps was more complicated than expected.

I find monday Work Management solves the problem of organizing project files, allowing us to store photos, notes, and documents in one place, and keeping projects organized across different stages like active, pending, and completed.

It provided our team with a streamlined workflow and held people accountable for both scope completion and deadlines. It is used daily by our teams and was widely adopted early on - once the benefits were articulated to the teams

I have been using monday Work Management for almost a year and a half and find it invaluable for project management. I appreciate its capability to visually organize information in a way that is both easy to understand and comprehensive, fitting perfectly with my needs for tracking fundraising opportunities, monitoring progress updates, organizing workflows, and effectively communicating the status of ongoing work with partners. I am impressed by how it centralizes complex information, which not only keeps me organized and on time with work tasks but also provides crucial data for making informed decisions about which opportunities to pursue. The automation tools in monday Work Management are a highlight for me, as they simplify the updating of records and management of workflows, making the process much more convenient. Furthermore, its integration with Gmail and Google Calendar enhances its utility, allowing for a seamless synchronization of tasks and schedules. Initially, while the setup required some getting used to, it was fairly easy from the start and has now become second nature. Overall, I am highly likely to recommend monday Work Management to friends or colleagues, as reflected in my high rating of 9 out of 10.
