Facilitate the Organization and Monitoring of Teams

What do you like best about the product?
I like how monday Work Management allows me to easily see the progress of activities, which provides clearer organization. I appreciate the automations and the ease of tracking tasks. The real-time visibility to see deadlines is great and makes the work excellent. I find the system very intuitive for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the system to be simpler and faster, especially the initial setup, which could be simpler for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to easily track activities, deadlines, and priorities, bringing clarity to teamwork. Automation and real-time visibility make work efficient and organized.

Essential for Remote Teams, Easy Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how monday Work Management allows our remote team to easily plan work and share updates without relying heavily on emails or phone calls. It helps us map out every part of a project, assign the appropriate people, and communicate everything we need without anything getting lost in an email. The user interface is one of the more user-friendly ones I've experienced, striking a balance between simplicity and having enough features to track updates. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and I love the available templates that let us create different things based on how our work centers monitor project progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could get more benefit out of the mobile app. I have to admit that I'm not sure what I'm looking for, but the experience on the phone and the experience on the desktop feel like two distinctly different experiences, but not in a way where they feel like they're the same product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps our remote team plan work and share updates without unnecessary emails. It maps out projects, assigns tasks, and ensures smooth communication, preventing things from getting lost or forgotten.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Monday because it is the day to organize priorities, align expectations, and set the pace for the week, avoiding rework and improvisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the excess of accumulated urgent demands that could have been organized earlier, which disrupts the week's planning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management solves problems of lack of organization, task visibility, and fragmented communication, benefiting me with clear planning, deadline and priority tracking, and increased team productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has changed the way I work. Its collaborative features allow me to get a clear, real overview, while also tracking metrics that might otherwise disappear into the void.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about monday work management is that, at times, the integrations can be difficult to manage and operate. We’ve had to invest heavily in personalising these integrations to make them work the way we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and accountability have been the biggest improvements; it has largely transformed the way our business operates across departments.

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely user friendly! I have found it so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some automations and the display glitch. I.e. something might appear slightly off screen and i am unable to click a button. This page display has actually completely glitched as I've written this and everything is in the top quarter of the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots! Currently I am bringing together separate boards (maintenance tickets, development in the building, wider projects) on a dashboard to create an calendar of overall works in different buildings

Effortless Task Management with monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
I find monday Work Management makes it easier for me to check which tasks are done and what needs to be done. I'm able to prioritize the things that I need to prioritize, with the help of the statuses. It really helps in organizing tasks that I do every month and makes my work easier. The initial setup was really easy, as you just need to sign in using your email, and that's it. Overall, monday Work Management is really helpful for me, and I don't see anything that needs improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't see anything I dislike about Monday.com because its really helpful on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management makes my work easier by organizing all the tasks I do monthly.

What do you like best about the product?
Work Management lets me easily track multiple projects with complex deliverables and timelines simultaneously across several visualizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding was more challenging than expected. I am still not sure if I am maximazing its capabilites.

Providing more than a simple to-do list, but project management in action down to the task level.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and visually easy to tasks and their details.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may look overwhelming at first glance but once you take the time to learn the navigation, it is easy to pick up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team was not able to keep track of ever increasing projects and requests coming in through email. By having a briefing process and managing all aspects of the project through monday.com, it became the only source of truth. Projects were better managed and timelines are better met.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use, but still has the technical backbone to accomplish even extremely unique tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to add—everything works exactly as it should, and the resources are great.

Our staff makes drop-ships all over the country. This was a way to streamline documentation for billing.
