What do you like best about the product?
Monday Boards in Work Management helped me organize and assign tasks with my quality assurance team. I was able to communicate with my coworkers efficiently in other global time zones around the world!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more integration with other customer support tools

I can use it to work on projects with coworkers globally

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com keeps all our communication with agencies in one place, so we’re not constantly digging through old emails. It’s super helpful for tracking project progress, and we don’t have to worry about losing important info when our emails auto-delete every two years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could be more user-friendly—it’s not as smooth or intuitive as the desktop version.

Monday.com helps keep all project-related communication in one place.

A good way to control the workflow

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows us to monitor workflows and ensure they’re functioning properly. It also solved an old problem we had with losing service records before signing up for the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is weird, why do i need to buy 5 users at a time? why can't i just buy one user when i need it?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like mentioned before, Monday helps us to keep records services done in the past

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday every single day to organize our teams sprints. Monday is easy to use and easy to digest a lot information at a glance. Recording new projects does not feel like a chore, it only take a few clicks. I have a lot of stakeholders who reach out for ad-hoc projects throughout the day, and its great being able to direct them to a Monday intake form so my projects are documented and none of them slip through the cracks. I like being able to scroll through my log of completed projects before annual performance reviews to remind myself of key projects I had completed in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
For an individual contributor, Monday has all the features I need to succeed. I haven't had any issues with the tool yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting projects and their status, roadblocks, stakeholders, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an efficient and highly organized tool that improves execution of tasks timeously with proper tracking. The centralized communication platform that it presents expedites transfer of information from one department to another in a very short space of time. Since the introduction of Monday.com, the company has seen improvements in the turn around time of task completion. Also, we have digitalized most of the processes where use of paper was massive. This digital platform offers incredible options that we capitalized on to ensure smooth flow of our processes!
What do you dislike about the product?
The application is sometimes not user friendly. Maybe provision of a guideline on how to navigate the platform should be provided. I received training on how to use the platform but it took time for me to grasp how everything is done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task tracking and management are some of the major benefits of Monday.com. Having tasks pending for a long time is now a thing of the past. Work is now being efficiently managed and completed within the expected times.

What do you like best about the product?
monday Work Management is an essential tool for my job as a Customer Success Manager. My team uses our monday boards every week to ensure that we are up-to-date on our various clients and demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, monday Work Management is an excellent tool. I do wish I had the capability to update an entire column with the same variable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management gives us a place to consolidate all of our information about our clients in one place. We are able to create boards the track last contact, ARR, client health and more in one central place.

What do you like best about the product?
The visual impact and how easy is to see data with widgets and dashboards. I believe it's great for a Project Manager Officer to visualize all projects health in a portfolio and easy to share PMO status in a glance. Dates, timelines, progress, all this is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as easy as it should to use. Missing levels of subitems that will help to create deeper Gantts. I have the feeling that is a tool created to manage process more than projects. The hours and spend report are not at the level I would expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear organization and easy to follow tasks. With the correct dependencies defined, I can track the progress, identify risks and keep an "alive" timeline that I can easily share
