What do you like best about the product?

Mirror columns unable to break 2 way connection. Unable to sort drop down lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to easily know which jobs are in awaiting vs what jobs are in production.
A robust PM system for teams that collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
The product is extremely easy to use and implement based on your team's needs and structure. It's also very simple to create and add automation within the platform to tackle tasks in a more efficient manner. Support has also been helpful when we are looking for help with out-of-the-box ideas and solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were more options for integrations with other tools. Those connections would make it easier to streamline other processes within our organizations. Right now most of those are running through a third part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to intake requests from across the organization and put them into a single platform where we can evaluate, track and measure workload across our team.
Easy to use software for project management
What do you like best about the product?
What I really loved about Monday.com was how easy it was to adopt (yes, for a company wide approach we had to do some up front setting up to align with how we operate) but, on a singular level, the user interface was very easy to navigate and felt intuitive even for interns who had never used a project management software before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think that some of the core features / apps were inaccessible because they were hidden by paywall. Accessing the things that would make Monday.com perfect for us ended up being very expensive, meaning that we had to do without.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing that Monday has helped us solve is timelining and consistency of the the project steps we're using. It was easy to build out the structure and duplicate it each time we used it.
Monday.com is very useful in keeping things organized.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how much versatility monday.com has. It gives users a lot of freedom to customize their platform and workflow to find what works best for them. The customer support is always there to answer questions and make it as easy as possible. I use it daily, it is always open on my desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the downsides with monday is that there are not many options when it comes to tables in a document. That is the biggest thing I struggle with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is taking everything and putting it in one place. It is easy to cross-reference a lot of information at once which improves my workflow.
User Friendly Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is extremely intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is a lot of potential to make Monday even more flexible and customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and visualizing and informing timelines and dependencies for stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
We can classify tasks according to our groupings and needs, assign them to relevant individuals or groups, and track them. Additionally, we can add the status, notes, progress, and extra details of a task, such as photos, etc. We can also access all photos and documents separately. We can see the work results of all teams or employees as a report. It would definitely be remiss not to mention the contribution of filtering to our work. Just like a coordinator staff, it speeds up our work and keeps us informed of every situation with mobile or desktop notifications. It is very easy and effective to use. You can start using it directly without any training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing of the per-user licensing model can be made a bit more flexible. By offering extra discounts to old/loyal customers, customer loyalty can be ensured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It seriously provides benefits in managing team management and work distribution. Therefore, Monday has become like an employee of our business.
Powerful and easy-to-use every-day project management
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday.com in the context of a marketing team, as admin and "board master". From my perspective, what I like the most is the ease of use of the interface and how simple it is to customise the boards depending on your needs. It's the first software I open everyday on my laptop and the last one I close. I manage basically everything in there.
What do you dislike about the product?
To become a master of boards it takes some time, particularly to understand all the potential combinations of automations you can activate, views, filters, and so on. But ones you access a deeper knowledge of the tool the possibilities are quite varied. From a final user perspective at times I receive feedback from the team that some things we do with boards can be over-complicated (too many steps). From ad admin perspective there are some limitations, but they can bypassed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps to centralize information, be precise about who does what and when, assess workload, having a grand view of what's going on in my department and all the projects. I also use to collaborate with external parties or other departments.
Monday makes everyday as fun as a weekend
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is SO easy to get up and running. There are numerous features that allow you to have as simple (or complex!) project management toolset. We use Monday everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
We found Monday was initially tricky to share with clients - however, customer support helped us fix this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keep us all on track with client projects. We could not survive without it now. It's intuitive to use and makes our clients feel like they have strong oversight with the projects
Great assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, easy to create tasks for my team members, and follow up. Also, automation is wonderful. We have created weekly agenda items to elevate productivity among them. We have used this program in our Operations Department for almost two years, achieving target goals easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing Files could be more intuitive. The tool improves the management of priorities.

Monitoring and follow-up tasks is great. Automation helped to reduce time.
