Great for Organization, but Could Improve Task Management Features
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, monday.com Work Management is an excellent tool for keeping teams organized and on track. It’s user-friendly for the most part, which makes onboarding new team members fairly simple. One of the standout benefits is how it helps us manage multiple projects efficiently. It has also proven invaluable when someone leaves the organization or goes on PTO. We’re able to seamlessly take over their responsibilities without delays, keeping project progress uninterrupted.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is great in many areas, there are some limitations that could be improved. Setting up recurring tasks, especially for mid-month schedules, is unnecessarily complicated. Instead of having one simple task set up, I frequently find myself creating two monthly tasks as a workaround. Additionally, setting up a reviewer column isn’t intuitive, and often requires resetting the entire task, which interrupts workflows. Addressing these issues would make an already helpful tool even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com Work Management has been a game-changer for our remote team. One of the biggest challenges we faced was staying organized and keeping track of workflow completion without a central platform. With monday.com, everyone now has clear insight into project timelines and task progress, which helps us identify when things are completed or if something is left unfinished.
Working remotely also made it difficult to stay connected and align on projects, but monday.com has bridged that gap. It ensures that every team member knows where we stand on a project, something we didn’t have before. Additionally, during times of turnover or even when someone is on PTO, the platform has allowed us to stay consistent. New hires can quickly get up to speed and easily identify what’s expected of them, which keeps our momentum strong. It’s these improvements in organization, visibility, and continuity that have made monday.com invaluable for our team.

Best tool to stay on top of tasks!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Monday are the automations, first they were a little tricky for me but once i learned how to use them they have become a game changer for me to stay on top of my tasks and get keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it glitches and certain automations will just simply stop working.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how monday.com allows for collaboration to take place easily. They also have so many integrations to really help your workflows run smoothly. As a team, we are all able to quickly see updates, connect various boards, track progress and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Monday; I think it really hits all my pain points within my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work management is solving everything that has to do with tracking customer success, sales, marketing and even admin operations.
Simple, centralized, work management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows our team to stay connected to the latest updates on clients, and it provides for an organized way to manage progress of work activity. We can set up automations to send emails, update other boards, etc. when triggered by a certain activity, thereby making our jobs easier. Monday is simple to use, and we love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could integrate this app into our firm software for case management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralize work within a team of workers. Track progress of work/case. Automate emails when triggered. All of this makes my job easier and allows my team to all be on the same page about client matters.

The least I like about monday is that not eveyone is alowd to access some of the infomation at hand.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Monday because of it's versatility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday quite loads slower when working on longer / bigger documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps track tasks and allows better visualization of work management and process flow.
A Brilliant Event Management Tool with Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can tag team members into tasks, set deadlines which pop up as reminders in my inbox and you can create automations to speed up workflow, its great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes organisation can become messy, so best to make sure you keep an eye on how you build tasks and make sure to check back to tidy things up, but more of a user issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A great way to list out all the tasks you need to complete in an easy to navigate way. Event planning has masses of tasks to complete and Monday,com helps reduce the stress of 100's of tasks being hard to track and keep on top of.
Streamlined business coordination and tracking
What do you like best about the product?
The user intuitiveness and visibility of communication/notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may not be an issue with Monday, but the wide range of boards created and the connectivity between them.

A one stop shop location for all project coordination, tasking, milestones, etc..
Excellent workflow system
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to easily communicate with colleagues, clear communication markers throughout the system, and it makes it easy to work in a remote workforce. All of the features and its' organization is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes quite a while to upload large documents into the system.

Allows our team to collaborate remotely in a very organized manner.
