Easy UI and fully customisable CRM system
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is so easy to use - everything is very logical, I can colour code things, and the automations save me so much time
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have integrations using my gmail account and I have to change the password it turns off all automations that use it and I have to go in manually and reconnect them all - it only happens every couple of months but its quite irritating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are adding more and more automations that are helpful and are always reaching out for feedback and acting on it
Essential for Our Team’s Daily Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and customization. We can tailor boards to fit a wide range of workflows—from simple content tracking to complex project timelines. Automations and status updates keep everyone aligned without constant check-ins, and the interface is intuitive even for new team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use the Comment/Update field heavily and would like to be able to search on comments or keywords, but have not found an easy way to perform this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us solve visibility and organization challenges across teams. For knowledge base content, it gives us a structured way to track article ownership, progress, and updates—all in one place. For projects, it helps us break work into manageable phases, assign responsibilities, and monitor timelines. This has reduced manual follow-ups, improved cross-team collaboration, and made our processes far more efficient and scalable.
Positive Experience with Monday Board
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com boards are an incredibly intuitive and flexible tool for managing projects and team workflows. The visual layout makes it easy to track progress, assign tasks, and collaborate in real time. Customization options are a major plus—you can tailor boards to fit any workflow, whether it’s a marketing campaign, product development, or team planning. Overall, Monday boards help boost transparency and productivity while keeping everyone aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there's one thing I would change about Monday boards, it's how easy it is to accidentally delete something without a clear way to recover it or track if someone else deleted it by mistake.

Great software for project management!
What do you like best about the product?
It's automations and workflows are crucial to our work, being able to send multiple emails out, manage systems, creating multiple templates and SOW's makes our work so much easier. I would recommend for any non profit looking to organize themselves well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use some more customization on it's forms. They look very plain right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM Systems, Email Collection, Surveys, Project Management, Kanban boards, Project Documentation.
Very Happy WIth My Switch from Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I liked Asana but they inexplicably removed a feature that allowed the user to adjust several tasks at one time by the same number of days. With Monday, I can say shift several tasks the same amount with just one click. The other way it’s makes my job much is that I can duplicate a board easier and then shift all the tasks by a similar number of days.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like notifications when another user posts files into a task for me to review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to keep track of my tasks, my teams tasks and the status of projects from start to finish. Critical with a remote workforce.
Great tool for tracking project progression and keeping one another accountable.

Organises work tasks in a simple snapshot
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me keep track of multiple assignments, which our team can also access.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have the option of customising the dashboard with different designs for inspiration.

With multiple projects on the go, I like how you can instantly update and re-order, as well as include related correspondence. The colour coding system makes the status easy to view at a glance.
Really nice project management software - better than Excel
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great project management software. It's better than Google Sheets or Excel. You can tag key contributors, set due dates, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sub items cannot have different columns than the main items. makes it difficult to create subtasks that may have a necessity for a different set of tasks

Step wise duration for each step is not getting track. Can add more steps like In Development, In Testing, Ready to deploy, Deployment Done etc...
