What do you like best about the product?
It is a great project management tool where we can manage project and assign the tasks to the team easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to set up team collaboration and a lack of customer service for any training and support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of complex project with correct assignment of tasks to the team.
Easy, efficient and keeping me on track daily.
What do you like best about the product?
Assigning roles, deadlines and automated updates or reminders keeps you on track with various tasks across departments all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really not much that I don't like, perhaps more "tips" or hints to try new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Items on organized boards help all users keep track with statuses, automated updates and reminders. EG. When we publish a new blgo the entire team is notified and the link updated in item.
So far, an all-around good experience. Versatile software.
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive operation of the software, it doesn't require much training to be able to use the program effectively. I use it daily in my work and am always surprised by the diverse possibilities. Since an Outlook integration is also included, it can be easily integrated into the work environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that can still be expanded. The Outlook integration, for example, currently only allows linking one Outlook account per board. An effective mirroring function for items is also not yet available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a wonderful task management tool that also allows collaboration with external project team members, which greatly simplifies task management in projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Asana, Trello, Airtable, Jira and others in my day to day and nothing makes me as happy as Monday. The flexibility of the platform, along with how easy it is to customize every aspect of it is so powerful. It's perfect for team and department level work, and my own work, as well as things like note taking, automation, etc. I use it daily and can't imagine not having it in my arsenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge is because it's so customizable, setting up properly is crucial - it can be a bit overwhelming to get it going at first, so make sure you take the time to implement it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking work and allowing for flexibile note taking/knowledge management.

Sorting and filtering - I think you should add excluding filters, and removing filtering quicker. It's not easy to use

Automations - you should use AI to suggest obvious automations like moving a task that the status changed to done to a done group
The email notifications - the order is not easy to understand, and I use the email a lot to understand what's going on, you should put at the top the most recent update
notifications - how I work is that I gather a lot of notifications and then I go handling them one by one, and sometimes I'm taking care of something and I don't know where I stopped. you should help me with that (don't know how)

Hoping for More Powerful Automation and Better Board-to-Board Connections
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and intuitive the interface is. The automation is super easy to use and makes things a lot more efficient. They’ve definitely made my day-to-day work smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's a lot of room for improvement when it comes to automation. It would be great to have more depth and flexibility. Also, a smoother way to create two-way connections between boards—something more advanced than basic mirroring—would be a game changer. Being able to update cells and data in both directions through automation would be a game changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management gives us a clear, high-level view of all projects and tasks across the different teams in our department. It’s helped us optimize workflows and make sure everyone stays aligned and on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the platform is to use, and its customizable, we built a workflow for our staffing agency that we do a majority of our processes out of.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the lack of integrations applicable with our business.

It solves our dispatch process and links employees to a board before we send them out to a job.
Monday.com, a great place to manage organized chaos
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a variety of boards & layouts that you can create, as this allows all areas of our business to cohesively exist on one platform. This makes day-to-day operations a breeze as you're not hopping in and out of multiple platforms to accomplish simple tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sheer number of features and size of some of our boards, MDC can become extremely slow & laggy. Sometimes, the web application works quicker than the desktop applications. Recently, an update that requires you to manually open and close the side bar that allows you to access different boards has become very annoying. In the past, it would automatically open and close as you hover over the left side of the application, however, this feature seems to have been taken away.

Visibility & accountability for hundreds of projects simultaneously.

What do you like best about the product?
Automations in this app work buttery smooth and make your tasks much more easier to organize, possibility to connect other softs through API makes it even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you download integrations you can not really see who is using the integration at least i could not find it, when i reached out to support they also could not find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashboards ease my life a lot as they are dynamic i do not need to set up or configure dashboard at all, set up once and thats it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations and the overall ease of use. It's aesthetically pleasing and makes everything easy to implement into daily workflows. I use Monday.com all day every day for my job function and hope to use it more as new features become available. Customer support is quick and friendly. They make it easy to integrate into daily functions and tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email automations are lackluster unless you pay more for the CRM feature. It would be great to be able to send automated and formatted emails to the people we communicate with. It would also be nice to have more reporting features and number tracking. Being able to use functions is nice but they are limited.

It helps keep people and various tasks organized. It's also helpful to be able to track various things.
