Easy-to-use platform with great organization
Monday.com Transformed How Our Team Works
What do you like best about the product?
I love how automations and app integrations streamline our events, projects, and team collaboration—keeping everything organized, efficient, and easy to track in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some subitem automations are still limited or harder to configure compared to main items, which can slow down workflow consistency in more complex boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled to track and collaborate on our strategic plan. Monday.com streamlined workflows, improved visibility, and kept our team aligned and accountable across all priorities. It also helps us track our sponsor benefits, and every part of conference planning—like speakers, sessions, and staff—keeping everything organized and collaborative.
Great Way To Organize Projects
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating and working with the project boards and automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were an easier way to retrieve the archived boards from other users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my project work in one spot. It's much better than organizing my work in multiple applications.
Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I find Monday visually organized and easy to customize to our workflow. It offers great flexibility and usability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features require a bit of learning curve especially for new users. I had a team member help me navigate through the features initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday eases the trackability if tasks, with the setting of deadlines, the action owners and how we as a team we stayed aligned and informed about the progress of the tasks.
Easy project management tool to use
What do you like best about the product?
The boards are easy to create and customize. We are using the software to manage small to medium scale projects. All project team members are finding it helpful with being organized and completing tasks on time. Implementing the software was easy and did not require support from the vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is when you don't upgrade the plan to the licensing that allows for greater functionality and additional users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing for easy collaboration on project tasks.
The best Work Management software I've ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday Work Management because it helps keep me organized. I am able to set myself tasks on specific days & even jot down extensive details on that task in the update section. I am able to tag others in certain tasks that also need their attention! I love that I have the opportunity to full customize a Monday Board to my case needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only downside to Monday is not being able to store documents. But I have found a way around it, which is dragging them on the update section of a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday work management helps me keep track of my case tasks!
Monday.com is our favorite tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great for keeping track of tasks, deadlines, collaboration, and automation all in one platform. It's an easy platform to work with, set up to be visually pleasing, and fun to use.
We use Monday.com for business, but also find ourselves using it to organize smaller areas going on outside of the workplace walls.
We came to Monday.com for the llamas, and stayed for the love of the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
Collaboration with others who have long term, but limited need to access many items is a bit of a snag for me.
I know upgrades in the plan are available, but I think having a clearer layout of how guest accounts work would be great, so teams could plan the best route for their team to take, in seats vs guests.
The ability to send text messages via automation, a little bit easier, would be a great feature to see in the future, but I assume Twillo will be the means to that within the app.

Monday is letting us see the work that's on our plates. There's not work getting left behind, or not being seen. Everything is laid out, automated, and easy to track.
A Reliable Tool for Project Management, Team Collaboration and Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using monday Work Management to track project progress, team attendance, and manage our Scrum board—and it's been a game changer. The platform is highly visual and customizable, which makes it easy for our team to stay aligned and organized. I particularly appreciate how flexible it is—we’ve been able to adapt boards to fit different workflows without needing extra tools or complicated setups. It’s helped us save time, stay on schedule, and maintain transparency across the team. Highly recommend it for anyone managing cross-functional projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could use improvement is the calendar functionality. It would be great to have a true calendar view that allows overlapping events or schedules—similar to what you’d expect in a typical calendar app. This would make managing busy timelines and resource allocation even more effective.
Overall, it's a powerful platform that meets most of our needs with room for enhancement in scheduling features.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Lack of visibility across projects – Before using monday.com, it was hard to get a quick overview of where things stood. Now, everyone on the team can instantly see project statuses, task owners, and deadlines in one place. This has improved transparency and reduced the need for constant check-ins.
2. Difficulty coordinating team efforts – Managing tasks across multiple team members used to get messy, especially with agile workflows. The built-in Scrum board functionality helps us stay on track during sprints and ensures accountability.
3. Manual tracking of attendance and activities – We now use monday.com to track attendance and general team activities, cutting down on manual processes and making our team operations smoother.

Excellent, nuanced and valuable workflow tool
What do you like best about the product?
With fully customizable options, and the ability to filter down to just what I want to see, Monday keeps my workflow on track with precision and clarity. It's been like learning a language, and that took some adjustment, but now that I speak Monday, I'm all-in. I've been using it as my only work management tool for my demanding fully-remote job as part of a 100-employee agency for three years and have no desire to switch to an alternative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is only as good as what team members put in. If you have an agreed process for the workflows and everyone does their part, it works beautifully. However, there are always rebels who skip steps and trip things up. I think that applies to any process, though. Also, its endless capabilities and complexity created the demand for someone at our 100-employee agency to be tasked as the point person for managing it. It's that robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have around 100 employees at our marketing agency working across 5 departments tackling client work in any number of team configurations. For each job that's created on our workflow board, we can instantly see who's combined to form the team for that job and communicate with those people directly and instantly.
We manage more clients than I can count, and each of those has countless jobs in the works at all times. The way we can set the status of a job to be color coded and organized under a status section makes it clear exactly what is happening with a job at any given time.
We share proofs, client feedback, follow up/questions and comments instantly and what we write stays with a job for easy follow up at any time.
Our employees customize our notifications so we receive emails only when we want to, e.g. when someone tags us in a comment. And, the email notification takes us right to that spot in the updates for that job.
Overall, it's just hyper efficient.

Easiest to use and most complete CRM on the Market
What do you like best about the product?
I think it stands out for its user-friendly interface, customization options, and versatile functionality, making it suitable for various industries and workflows. Love its ability to integrate with other platforms, scale with teams, and provide strong mobile access adds to its appeal, ensuring streamlined project management and team productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say the pricing for scaling teams, the learning curve for advanced features, and limited reporting tools compared to dedicated analytics platforms. The mobile app lacks full functionality, and large boards can sometimes slow performance. Additionally, task dependency features could be more dynamic for complex workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved key challenges like team miscommunication, task disorganization, and inefficient workflows. For me, it ensures better organization, clarity on responsibilities, and faster decision-making, leading to more efficient project execution.
