What do you like best about the product?
it's super easy to use, everything is clear and simple

I don't like the app, I only use the desktop version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If we have a few tasks for different people so it's easy to see who is working on what tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very customizable and easy to use. Our work flow is clear and we can use our phones and computers
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything for the most part is really easy to use, the only thing I would like it a timer to show how long tasks have been in each part of the workflow to help keep track of overdue tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 8 staff on our team that all play a role in each file. Monday helps us track workflow in each stage clearly so no steps of our process are missed and work is done efficiently

What do you like best about the product?
Streamlines all work for the day. I can check it in the mornings to see what tasks I need to complete for the day. Super easy to use too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some buttons/options seem repetitive or are confusing. For example, there's multiple places to search and different things to search within.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to constantly ask my manager for work to do, I can just check the monday board.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Monday Work Management on a day-to-day basis has significantly improved our team's organization and task tracking. What I like best about Monday is its intuitive and visually appealing interface—it makes it easy to onboard new team members quickly and manage complex workflows without needing a steep learning curve. The platform offers a rich set of features like automations, integrations with tools like Slack and Google Drive, and customizable dashboards that keep our projects aligned and transparent. Customer support is responsive and helpful, and we use Monday daily to manage multiple ongoing projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
one downside is that some advanced features, such as time tracking or higher-tier integrations, are locked behind more expensive plans. Additionally, while integration is generally smooth, occasional sync issues with third-party apps can disrupt workflows. Despite these minor drawbacks, Monday remains a powerful tool for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management is helping us solve several key problems related to project visibility, team coordination, and workflow automation. Before using Monday, it was challenging to keep track of who was doing what, manage deadlines across multiple projects, and ensure smooth communication between departments. Now, with customizable boards and automation tools, we can centralize all tasks, assign clear ownership, and set up reminders and status updates that keep everyone aligned. This has reduced the number of meetings we need, cut down on miscommunications, and helped us hit our deadlines more consistently. The ability to view work progress at a glance through dashboards and timelines also allows managers to make faster, data-informed decisions. Overall, Monday has increased our operational efficiency and team accountability.

I enjoy the custom and match automation features.

When reviewing long text inside a field it can be hard to review from desktop mode. It’s easier to view long text from mobile.

What is our primary use case?

We use monday.com on a daily basis for our to-do lists and to stay in touch with our team to see how projects are progressing. We have everything on monday.com for each project step, allowing us to monitor how things are going.

How has it helped my organization?

monday.com saves time and gets everyone on the same page within my team.

What is most valuable?

monday.com is easy to use, and making authorizations is straightforward. If there are any changes, I receive an email which is very useful because I don't check monday.com daily. Whenever something changes or my team makes updates, I get an email notification about it, which is quite useful. monday.com saves time and gets everyone on the same page within my team.

What needs improvement?

If monday.com was cheaper, that would be better because it's quite expensive.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

monday.com is stable. We only experienced downtime once, which lasted for almost an hour. It was a global issue, so neither monday.com nor us could do anything.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

monday.com is scalable. It is not hard to add another user.

How are customer service and support?

Although I never used their customer service, during the setup we received sufficient help and training sessions. I would rate their customer service a ten.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We used Trello before switching to monday.com. Trello was confusing and adding another person to our team was quite hard.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup of monday.com is quite easy. We had someone from their team show us some basics, and they provided trainings.

What about the implementation team?

We received help from someone in their team for setup and training.

What was our ROI?

monday.com saves time and consolidates our team's progress in one place.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

We pay almost 20K per year for approximately twenty users. It is quite expensive.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We used Trello before switching to monday.com.

What other advice do I have?

monday.com is not hard to use for adding another user, although it is really expensive. I would rate the overall solution a nine.

An awesome tool for task management

What do you like best about the product?
I like the design and ease of use. Day to day, I'm logging in to filter and view specific tasks and progress to provide updates to our customers, and I was able to get ramped up on the platform within a day or two.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to note here; I'm probably not using Monday to it's full capabilities but I really like what we currently use it for, which is to track product roadmap tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in CS, and we use Monday as a cross-departmental tool with our Product team. It allows us to stay up to date on the roadmap to provide updates to our customers with ease, and we are able to submit and manage feature requests as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the different categorizations and breakdowns of complicated tasks into the most minor details I can add about a task. The UI feels straightforward to use and interactive, and it is one of the best SCRUMs I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a fact that one time out of ten, the website is busy, not responsive, very slow, or not active at all. Availability is one of the biggest criteria when it comes to work-related things, and Monday fails to provide it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I gives me the option to break down the project with detail to each and every task with its estimated time and actual time for the task. This helps to plan the whole project according to time line and proper workflow!
