We Love Monday!

What do you like best about the product?
We love the automations that allow us to keep info corralled in one place, but be notified through email, etc when changes are made. And which also helps us create workflow. My boss said it has changed her life! Also love how we can email an item straight to a board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is not quite as easy to use as the web platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with allllll the tasks. Being able to categorize them in a way that makes sense for our organization, but then with one click I can see all the tasks assigned to me in My Work. It also allows colleagues to simultaneously update information and notify collaborators without having to do a multi-step process.

Seamless, easy and customizable

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has made tracking both my tasks & those assigned to my team seamless and so easy. I can customize each board to my each departments unique needs and processes. The ability to create automations that transpose teams and projects has been paramount for a small, lean crew like ours. A ton of integrations with other platforms allows us to streamline processes. A bonus was that it was easy to implement: our team was able to adopt it easily and made the transition that much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Can seem complex:
The learning curve can be steep, especially for users unfamiliar with project management tools

2) Limited agile capabilities:
While monday.com offers Kanban boards, it lacks full-fledged agile capabilities like Scrum sprints.

3) Time-tracking feature limitations:
Time-tracking features may not be robust enough for many businesses/employee types
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task Management, marketing project management (assignments, time to completion, status checks, asset management/assignment), collaboration within teams & across departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Monday has been a great addition to every day tools and managing tasks efficiently and easily. It has made a huge difference also in managing tasks where multiple persons are involved and in order to facilitate an easy way of tracking pendings and communicating via the tool. The option to also link emails within tasks is of great use as well. Our company uses Monday on a daily basis for all kinds of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike about Monday so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most efficient in collaborating on projects and tasks within the teams and where multiple persons are involved.

There’s so much to talk about Monday… The quality of the system and the clean design are my favorite things about it.

I honestly can’t think of a single thing I dislike about Monday.

Monday Work Management helps me organize and prioritize my daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. It solves the problem of scattered workflows by centralizing all my responsibilities in one place, making it easier to remember, track, and plan my work efficiently. This has increased my productivity and reduced the risk of missing deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Monday.com for few years, and it's significantly improved how we manage our projects and team collaboration. The platform is visually intuitive, easy to navigate, and highly customizable — which has allowed us to tailor boards to meet the needs of different departments.

One of the standout features is the automation tools, which help reduce manual tasks and keep workflows running smoothly. Integrations with tools like Google Drive, and Outlook have also been seamless, which makes it easier to centralize work across platforms.

The customer support team is responsive and helpful whenever we've needed assistance, and the documentation is thorough enough for most questions to be resolved independently.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Monday.com is incredibly easy to use, making it simple for anyone to get started. It scales quickly across teams, enhancing collaboration and efficiency. Plus, its vibrant and playful design adds a touch of fun to our daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com has great features, paying extra for member licenses can be costly. Additionally, the inability to use formula columns in dashboard charts limits data analysis flexibility.

Monday.com effectively addresses the challenge of ensuring all team members have access to and are aware of project plans. Its intuitive platform allows everyone to view and update project details in real-time, fostering transparency and collaboration. Monday Helps Solve all our Workflow Challenges and then Some!

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many benefits! We're able to communicate with any division within our agency in one central location, anyone new to a project is able to easily find all historical info on projects/clients. The widgets and automation capabilities make it seamless to be notified of any updates/tags on a project. Allows us to funnel pertinent data that leadership needs in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmmm, if there is something I'm unaware. I wish I had more time to really dive into all it's capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps is solve tracking uses. We're able to set timelines for everyone to see. Able to track data from different boards into one for leadership to easily see where our company goals stand.
We recently started using the CRM portion of Monday which has greatly benefitted our sales to account manager handout. This process used to be very challenging to get all contact info and impossible to reference email conversations that occurred before the account manager was assigned. Now it is very seamless and allows the accounts team to have full visibility on how the contact came from a prospect to a client!
